The apartment has a 2 balcony with Avenue view, free WiFi, cable TV, safe, central heating and cooling system, hair dryer, iron, electric stove, microwave, teapot, washing and dish washing machines. The towels, bedsheets are provided.

Жили месяц в доме. тихая деревенская местность, рядом есть небольшой магазин совсем необходимым. все кафе и рестораны находятся в центре города 10 минут на машине или 30-40 минут пешком.

Edgash et sa mère nous on accueilli avec bonne humeur malgré notre arrivée tardive. Les mignonnes maisons en bois sont en très bon état et le cadre est splendide.

We had a great relaxing stay at the shore of the Lake Sevan, with a lovely beach right in front of the house and a lake view from the veranda and from one of the upstairs bedrooms. The house had everything we needed. The hosts helped us with all our questions and with the shopping too. They also helped us get very fresh local fish and helped cook it! The location offers a great balance: it is away from the crowds (which was important as this was peak season) but also the nearest town is a mere 15 minutes away by car or taxi. This was an excellent stay and we highly recommend this house. It is especially good for families and for people seeking quiet and inspiration.

Мы заселились очень большой семейной компанией (14 человек), места всем хватило. Арег был всегда на связи, встретил нас со своим братом, все рассказал и показал, за что отдельное спасибо. Теперь немного подробнее о доме - он еще в процессе строительства, где-то можно встретить листы гипсокартона)) но это нам ни сколько не помешало, тк строительного мусора и пыли не было, все было чисто. Дом просто огромный и очень интересный, напоминает старинный замок, здесь можно сделать потрясные фото, но изюминка - это сад 🥰, там можно и абрикосы поесть и в гамаке поваляться и шашлык приготовить и там же покушать)) просто супер! И еще один очень важный момент, который нужно учитывать - в доме очень холодно, нужно обязательно брать с собой теплую одежду! В целом впечатления хорошие, однозначно рекомендую!

Шикарное расположение домика, хороший ремонт и обустройство внутри. Есть мангал, небольшая кухня с плитой, посуда, а также постельное белье и полотенца. Расположение прям на берегу Севана. Рядом с монастырем много ресторанов, есть маленькие магазины, также можно доехать на такси до супермаркетов. Нам очень понравилось!

Incredible views and awesome location. We really enjoyed the balcony and it was a quick trip to the sevan peninsula and up to dilijan. Tigran was very quick with responses and offers paragliding adventures! We had a great time

Арендовали квартиру у Давида на 6 дней, семья 6 человек Квартира очень большая, разместились с комфортом: 3 изолированные комнаты + огромный зал и холл, большая кухня. 2 больших балкона, где можно за столиком посидеть и выпить кофе Квартира обставлена эксклюзивной итальянской мебелью, с большим вкусом. Абсолютная чистота везде. Есть все необходимое для комфортного пребывания, на кухне также есть все необходимое Были приятно удивлены наличию шампуней и одноразовых тапочек. Расположена в самом центре, пешая доступность до всех достопримечательностей, много кафешек, где можно вкусно позавтракать или пообедать. На первом этаже дома - небольшой супермаркет. Давид и его супруга - очень гостеприимные, внимательные и порядочные люди. Моментально откликались на любые вопросы, помогали сориентироваться в городе. Спасибо! Обязательно вернемся еще!
