The 1930's double is the entire second floor with private front and rear entrances, Living and dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1.5 bath, screened porch and laundry. Relax and enjoy a walk-able neighborhood after exploring the many activities of the city. I live downstairs and enjoy meeting our guests upon arrival. Restaurants, bars and markets are on St. Charles Avenue!

I loved this place, which was fenced behind the backyard for extra privacy. Very close to Tulane and only an 11 minute walk from the streetcar line on S. Carrollton. It's a super safe area and very peaceful. The small studio made the most of the space provided, and was also very cozy, had a very nice ambiance. Pool was right outside the door, which was perfect for cooling off in June. I took advantage of the pool multiple times, I had a fantastic experience. Overall, I would love to get this place again in the summer.

Logement agréable plus grand que ce qu'il n'y paraît sur les photo. Tout le nécessaire fourni est au delà de ce à quoi on peut s'attendre. Nicole nous a donné plein de bons conseils et a été très prévenante et flexible. Tout peut quasiment se faire à pieds sinon il y a un arrêt de bus à 100m. Nous recommandons Nicole et son beau logement !

David's chateau is a beautiful place. I love the country setting. It's's nice and spacious and just a short drive from interstate 10. I've now stayed at his chateau multiple times on our way to and from FL and would continue to do so. His place is always clean and accommodating. It has a real I'm at home feeling. I would definitely recommend.

We traveled to New Orleans to celebrate our son's graduation and Rachels place on the bayou was perfect! Everything was exactly as pictured. We enjoyed the gorgeous ride in with all the spanish moss covered trees and even saw a few gators. Rachel was very responsive to messages and quickly added a night for us (we just weren't ready to leave). 10/10 recommend.

It was a great place to stay the beds are VEFY soft which I liked the most about the place! Felt like I was sleeping on a cloud! Everything was as pictured and it felt like a home away from home! Peaceful & Stylish 4BR Retreat

The house was just as listed, and was the perfect set up for us and our friends to share. It was very homey, like being at a friends house. We enjoyed coffee and cards at the large dining room table every morning. Everything was in the kitchen that we needed for our meals. The beds were comfortable, and loved the large master bathroom! All the lotions and toiletries were a very nice touch. The location was perfect for us. Nice quiet and clean neighborhood. Thank you!!!

our stay was perfect! plenty of room for our blended family vacation! we had 7 adults. 1 kid, and 2 dogs! the background is private with a fenced in yard! we loved hanging out on back patio with the hammock and the grill we were all set! highly recommend Reagan and the house!
