Vacation rentals with a patio in Lake Lugano

I cannot say enough good things about Vanessa’s place in Argegno. The town itself is a gem, away from the “hustle and bustle” of the town of Como but yet easily accessible by either ferry, bus, or taxi. Almost as if she painstakingly thought through everything a visitor might need, Vanessa’s note to us had quite literally everything we needed and more. The “more” was the extensive list of recommendations. We were there for a wedding and thought our limited free time would be spent strolling around the small town and perhaps a few hours on the lake on a boat ride. But when we saw that she had a great connection for a cooking class, we took advantage of this and had SUCH a great time. The property itself and walking to and from it always made us feel like we weren’t tourists but locals coming home. The properly had everything we needed, was super comfortable, and we especially loved having a glass of wine on the little outdoor seat & table. LOVED IT!

Sehr empfehlenswert!!! Wir haben uns in Elkendas Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war blitzsauber, und bietet alles was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es ist genügend Stauraum für Gepäck vorhanden. Elkenda war sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Sie hat auf unsere Nachrichten jeweils sofort geantwortet. Leider haben wir sie aufgrund unserer späten Anreise nicht mehr persönlich kennengelernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Vielen Dank liebe Elkenda

The apartment is very wonderful - we enjoyed every moment ,very clean and complete and its location is more than great , very safe as no one can go up to the apartment without a special key for the elevator . Miss Jennifer was waiting for us in front of the building , she is a very nice person and went up with us to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed . She prepared a file related to the apartment and all the restaurants and shops and their locations in the town , she was with me by message about anything I need . I will come back next year and repeat living in the same apartment.

Thomas gehört zu den freundlichsten Gastgebern überhaupt! Die Kommunikation war immer sehr nett und man musste nie lange auf Antworten warten. Die Wohnung selbst erfüllt alle Wünsche, hat eine sehr gute Grundausstattung (Pfannen, Gewüze, Sodastrean etc.) und entspricht genau den Bildern. Der Blick auf den Lago ist einzigartig und zu Fuß dauert es zum Lido nur knapp 10 Minuten. Wir sind sehr begeistert. Auch für unsere 1 1/2 Jährige war alles vor Ort :)

We spent a long weekend at the apartment and were very happy with our stay. It was easy to find, and Daniela made the check-in process seamless by providing clear instructions in advance. She also shared plenty of tips for local activities and restaurants. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed from cooking essentials to laundry facilities. Although the parking area next to the house was sometimes full in the evenings, there was also some space where you could park just up the road, so it wasn’t an issue. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this place.

High quality accommodation in a great location. Very peaceful and tranquil area. Bonus if you like dogs and cats as the owners pets are very friendly. Would recommend the accommodation without hesitation to other travellers

Aurora is a perfect host, the place was our home base for excursions around lake Como. It is not far from Mennaggio, which is a gorgeous town and part of the golden triangle from where you can reach Varenna, Bellagio and other towns via ferries. We were a bit concerned about the driving, but no need its narrow roads , but you get used to after driving twice, and it's worth it, the peacefulness is great after the hectic in "selfie-land" down at the lake 😀. we loved the contrast and the possibility to have both. Cooking yourself with fresh Italian produce is amazing, even more with your own fireplace and modern well equipped kitchen! THANK you Aurora 😊

Monica und Andrea haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und sogar Ausstattung für unser Baby bereitgestellt - inklusive Badewanne für heiße Tage :) Die Aussicht ist der Hammer und wir haben die Tage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Amazing house! Peaceful and perfect place to retreat and take a break from a long vacation. Very clean and feels like an hotel, host was very welcoming and left us some food and water when we arrived. Would not recommend if you don't plan to get a car or have a car to go up to the house, unless you are very motivated to go up steep stairs for 20 minutes. Ferry easily accessible as soon as you get down, some good restaurants next to it.

Tolles Apartment oberhalb von Menaggio. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf den Comer See und die Berge ist traumhaft. Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Das Zentrum von Menaggio ist gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, gute Wandermöglichkeiten in direkter Umgebung. Georgia Louise hat sofort auf Rückfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen!

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Gegend ist ruhig, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür aber trotzdem kein Lärm von Busse etc. Wir hatten das Glück, direkt vor der Türe auf den weiß gekennzeichneten Parkplätzen zu parken (kostenlos). Es gibt ein paar Treppen bevor man in die Wohnung gelangt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Sehr empfehlenswert

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment in Lenno! Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, sehr gemütlich und die Aussicht einfach traumhaft. Wirklich alles wie auf den Fotos, sogar besser! Besonders praktisch war der kleine Restaurant La Cooperativa direkt auf der Straße, für den schnellen kleinen Hunger ideal. In der Umgebung gibt's gute Möglichkeiten zum Essen oder Einkaufen, alles schnell erreichbar. Obwohl es viele Nachbarn gibt, war es angenehm ruhig - wer sich hier vom „Lärm" stören lässt, schläft wohl sehr leicht. Die Wohnung war insgesamt sauber, nur an ein paar Stellen etwas staubig - nichts Dramatisches. Leo war immer schnell erreichbar und hat immer all unsere Fragen schnell beantwortet. Alles in allem: Ein toller Ort und eine tolle Wohnung - wir würden definitiv wiederkommen!

This Airbnb is lovely, very modern on the inside and in a peaceful location away from the city. It’s perfect if you want tranquility but still well located for things to do nearby in Lugano. The place was spacious and clean and perfect for us as a family of four.

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

This is a great apartment in an amazing location - just a very short walk from Milano Centrale station. Comfortable bed, all of the essentials provided, and has a cute little balcony. Highly recommend staying here when in Milan! Thanks for hosting us, Michele.

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Antonio is an exemplary host! Nothing was too much trouble, his responses to our requests were immediate and he couldn’t have been more helpful. The views, location and ambiance are 5 star plus! Styling was minimalistic but on point. We loved the vibe and it’s the perfect couples retreat. Highly recommended! As hosts ourselves we know how important it is to communicate and provide a bespoke experience for our guests and Antonio exceeded all expectations!
