Vacation rentals with breakfast in Lake Lugano

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Die Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Und das Dörfchen ist sehr authentisch, klein und hat alles was man braucht. Mit dem Schiff kann man wunderbare Tagesausflüge machen.

Lovely little apartment, with a beautiful view of Lake Como. A few nice restaurants nearby, but you do have to be relatively fit as there are hundreds of cobbled steps to and from any part of the town to the BnB! Worth it for the view but something to be mindful of when booking. Annalisa & her son, Ricciardo, were so helpful and quick to respond if we needed anything, and there was free local parking when needed. Thank you!

La maison de Monica et Giulio est située dans un endroit très calme, tout près de Stresa. C’est un endroit plein de charme avec une vue époustouflante sur le lac Majeur. Monica est très accueillante et sa maison est un petit Paradis. Nous y avons passé 5 jours très agréables.

We had a very pleasant stay at Daniele’s house in Como. He was very helpful and responsive—he sent us a video guide for the self check-in and explained everything in detail, which made the process easy and smooth. The apartment is located on the second floor, please expect a few stairs to get to the house. However, the location is convenient, with both the train station and bus stop within walking distance. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches like the provided breakfast and snacks. Thank you, Daniele, for hosting us—we really enjoyed our stay!

Such a lovely place in a remarkable location! Nesso is a beautiful little town with lots to explore by foot - the little supermarket has everything you need, you can hike, and you can see the lake panorama directly from the terrace. Our off-season stay in March meant that the town was basically empty, so we truly got to enjoy some peace and calm. The house is cozy and has some beautiful vintage details (the tiles!). The bathroom is spacious and clean, the kitchen has all the basics, and the hosts kindly provided some snacks and pasta supplies, which was a lovely surprise. One thing to note: there is only street leading out of town from the apartment, and it is exactly 2,20m narrow - so keep that in mind if you're thinking of renting a car :) We loved our stay and hope to return soon!

We had an early morning flight out of the Milan airport. Silvia's place was the perfect location for the last night of our Italian vacation - a short and easy drive to the airport. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean, and has comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Silvia went out of her way to bake a delicious cake for our early breakfast. She was very responsive to our questions and accommodating with our check in.

The hous was neat and clean. Everything was equipped perfectly. Adrian kindly explained in detail on how to use various furniture and facilities in the house. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an Davide für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der kleinen Traube! Die Unterkunft ist liebevoll gestaltet, gemütlich und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Kurzurlaub braucht. Die Atmosphäre lädt sofort zum Wohlfühlen ein – perfekt zum Abschalten und Geniessen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nick's studio was great for my partner and I. The studio is located centrally in Milan about a 5 minute walk from Cadorna metro station and close to many great restaurants and bakeries. We were able to walk easily to many different attractions such as the Castello Sforzesco and Duomo di Milano. The studio was modern and clean, and the black out shades were a blessing! Nick was a very responsive host and quick to answer any questions we had.

This is a lovely apartment with several balconies that overlook the main staircase and streets in Bellagio. There were so many great shops and restaurants, all within a few steps of the unit. The apartment was very clean and well-stocked and had a great espresso maker! Francesca was a lovely host, and was very responsive. Bellagio is a challenging place to park your car (especially on a national holiday!), so I recommend taking a ferry or bus to get into town.

Amazing Airbnb , cannot recommend this enough . It’s in a great location which is on the quieter side but it’s within distance of all the trams and metro connecting to the centre . The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly . The apartment was clean , extremely well organised and equipped just as shown in the photos and is perfect for two . Will definitely be back!!

Valeria is a gracious, considerate, responsive host who has made sure you have everything you need in this beautiful, immaculately clean, well-located apartment. You can walk to the Duomo in 15 minutes; the metro is about 4 blocks away. You’ll find coffee and some yummy snacks waiting for you in the cupboard and fridge. I slept well in the comfy bed. The bedroom windows open on to a courtyard where birds sing in the morning and early evening. I loved coming home to this private, peaceful place at the end of a hot day of touring among the throngs. One thing to note — and this is NOT a criticism or complaint: If you have mobility issues, the high sides of the standard European tub may be a challenge for accessing the shower. Bottom line: If I ever return to Milan, this is where I want to stay.

This was an incredible place to stay! Very spacious, beautiful views, clean, and peaceful! The host was very kind and always responsive. They even had extra things like eggs and little goodies for us in the kitchen. We had everything we needed and more to cook dinner which was very much appreciated. Parking is close by and everything you need to get around Lake Como is walking distance (the ferry pick up and tram station) The one and only thing thats just personal preference is the bed was a little too firm. But over all, would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!

The host gave us a warm welcome and truly embodied the hospitality Italians are known for. It was a wonderful start to our journey in Italy. He provided us with helpful restaurant recommendations and even kindly stored our luggage after check-out. The accommodation was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for two adults. The air conditioning was a great bonus, especially during the warmer days. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and cafés, and it’s conveniently located near all major stations.

We had an amazing week at Tiziana's place. Their B&B was beautifully enchanting, and Lierna is an incredibly charming little town. Tiziana and her family were very hospitable, and the breakfast each morning was outstanding. Lastly, we want to express our gratitude for how wonderfully they treated our 9-month-old baby. We will definitely be returning!

Luca and his family were extremely friendly, proactive and super helpful for recommendations! their property on top of a mountain close to the lago maggiore is absolutely beautiful, with amazing views on the lake! they take care of a lot of animals like dogs, cats, rabbits and even a donkey and a goat, which we found super sweet and which made the stay unforgettable. They also served breakfast in the morning, which was included in the price, which we didn’t expect, and which exceeded our expectations! all in all, our stay at Luca‘s place was very beautiful and we can definitely recommend it to couples, who are looking for a quiet and charming place in nature!

Linda hat uns herzlich empfangen und direkt alles gezeigt. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Ein Plan mit Empfehlungen und Wegbeschreibungen lag bereit. Fußläufig sind einige Restaurants und die Fähre erreichbar, damit ergeben sich viele Unternehmungsmöglichkeiten. Das Frühstück lässt keine wünsche offen.

Definitely one of the best offers on this platform! The room is very tastefully furnished in a really beautiful house with a fantastic view. There is really nothing missing in the house. There is a wonderful garden, a bicycle storage (+repairing!) area and a spacious common room with kitchen. The breakfast is also fantastic, with a lot of care for details. Antonella is a great host and always friendly and attentive. I felt right at home. 10/10 I can highly recommend this place! Grazie mille!

Paolo und Yoko sind die besten Gastgeber, die man sich wünschen kann. Das wunderschöne alte Tessiner Haus bietet alles, was man braucht, um sich zu erholen. Gefrühstückt wird im wunderschönen Garten mit Aussicht auf den See und Yoko hat uns kulinarisch verwöhnt. Sie waren sehr hilfsbereit und mit Tipps und Warmherzigkeit für uns da… wir kommen wieder! Vielen, vielen Dank!

Despite bad weather we had a awesome time, Como is a beautiful place, and Carna is a helpful, service minded and friendly host. Always fast to fulfil any request and help in anyway possible. The location is stunning and the rooms, common areas and pool are very nice. The takeaway food from the local restaurant (provided by Carna) was very good! I would recommend anyone to visit!

Absolutely stunning location. small, beautiful town. very scary to drive into, but well worth it. seriously, if you aren't driving a smaller car, you're in for it. in our small rental, we were sweating lol. Laura was so incredibly kind and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her before we left, and loved the breakfast she fixed for us. Her house is amazing, it's a 5 minute walk to the few restaurants in onno. You can also do some hiking, whose trails started at the restaurants. We hiked the 3 trail, and were blown away by the views (and goats!) it was a tough hike, though. all uphill! well worth it. would definitely stay with Laura again.
