It's a private cottage on the shore of lake Muhazi most suitable for a family 1 hour from Kigali. NEW: We are now connected to electricity! We have a kettle, Mini Fridge, Toaster and Filter Coffee Machine available for our guest. There is an equipped kitchen, but you have to bring your own food. At the moment we have only a massbedroom available for max. 5 Guests plus a small room with 1 bed. Specials: We have a small Navette with an outboard engine to let (excluded in the price).

We love this rustic cottage and having access to the private beach! Plus there are a few great beachside bar / restaurants within walking distance. The property staff are very friendly and helpful; they even started a fire for us on a cold night. Only tip for other guests is to bring cooking supplies (oil, salt, coffee, etc.) and toilet paper as well as bath towels, since these weren’t supplied and shops aren’t close by. 10/10 recommend. Already looking forward to the next chance to visit!

good place for the price and great location. Can improve the esthetic and cleaner bathroom. The restaurant accommodated us really nicely late at night. Thank you.

We had an amazing weekend at the lake. Lambert was very helpful, friendly and reliable in communication. He made individual wishes possible (like setting up a hook to fix my mosquito net) in advance of reaching there and could provide with helpful tips about the area we were staying. The housekeeper was also very helpful and friendly. If you look for a place to escape the noise of the city and enjoy a calm outdoor weekend around the lake this is definitely the place for you!
