Mark is a great host. Very responsive and proactive in checking in to see how things are going and if there’s anything you need. The space is very cool—historic and decorated accordingly. Although an older house, kept very clean and in working order which is more than I can say for a lot of the more moderns places nowadays where we’ve stayed. The location is a bit tucked away affording you some nice privacy. Would definitely recommend and great for families as well.

We had a lovely overnight stay at this house — everything looked just like the pictures, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Check-in was super easy, and Alena was always quick to respond, which made the experience even smoother. We got to enjoy the jacuzzi in the evening, and had a peaceful breakfast on the back porch in the morning. Overall, everything was clean, beautiful, and met our expectations. Thank you to the host for the warm welcome and for providing such a cozy place to relax!

Perfect for a Relaxing weekend with friends and Family

I stayed here with 6 girls for my bachelorette trip and we had a great time. Location is great so much to do in the area and loved sitting out my the lake. Only thing I'd say is that the spillway is a little louder than I expected. I loved all the wildlife that we saw too.

The location of the accommodation was excellent, and I appreciated the sense of community and the activities that were provided. However, the property felt a bit dated, and the kitchen utensils and dishes were not very clean. Additionally, the outside deck could benefit from some maintenance.

Eugene was very responsive host and attentive. Ensure placed was cool for arrival since we were checking in late. When we had an issue he was very responsive and quickly addressed it. Overall place is nice and walkable to boonton historic with plenty of coffee shops & restaurants. Plenty of amenities and he put a lot of effort in ensuring you have a great stay. Weather was typical June rain so we did not get to enjoy the beautiful koipond. However you can see it from office, kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommend this place just note that bedrooms and bathroom are all upstairs.

Ben and Serena's place was just lovely! And they made the whole experience lovely and easy too. They were a pleasure to communicate with and responded in a very timely manner. They anticipated anything we might need and it was there. The aesthetic of the home is warm, cozy, modern, tasteful and homey. You might not want to leave!

Very happy with our stay. Responsive and helpful host. Beautiful home and scenery to get away. Surrounded by nature, with deer and geese passing through the property. Had a great time out on the lake using the kayaks and boat available and getting some fishing in.

The cabin is warm, cozy and comfortable. It was a perfect location for a couples weekend. The kitchen is loaded with great appliances and tools so we had a great time cooking. The sauna and hot tub are an attractive addition too, we barely left the cabin all weekend. Thanks Jermaine!

From the beginning of our journey to the conclusion of our journey Livia’s hospitality and thoughtfulness of her space we were very impressed. Squeaky clean, well stocked kitchen (just about everything you’d need) comfortable beds and clear instructions for the household are its selling points. This is our first experience with Livia’s property and it won’t be our last. We’re planning on another visit later this year because of this experience. The ratings are real people! You won’t be disappointed.

The perfect family vacation.! The house has so many awesome features that even on rainy days we all had a great time. Sylwester was the best host! So responsive and was so nice to communicate with. Any issues or questions were immediately addressed. We will definitely be staying again!

Four of us humans and two pups stayed at Morgan's cozy cabin 4 nights for the Memorial Day long weekend. the living, dining, and kitchen areas are spacious for us to cook and do videos games. The cabin is located in a quiet gated community, so there were few cars passing by. We needed to check in at the entrance every time to enter the community, so we feel very safe during our stay. Also, the cabin is about 13 minutes from a huge dog park. our pups got to enjoy running around off leash going there every morning. highly recommend.

Our stay at Marina’s place was absolutely fantastic! The cabin was spotless and super cozy for my family. Marina went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants/things to do and answering all of our questions prior to and during our stay. Even though it was raining pretty much our whole stay, we loved being able to relax in the sauna & hot tub! Extra points for being so welcoming of our little pup too! We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely book again!

We had an unforgettable stay at this magical cabin! Izzy and Joe are amazing hosts—warm, responsive, and incredibly thoughtful. Check-in was seamless, and since late checking was requested by them , they kindly offered a late checkout, which we truly appreciated and made our departure more relaxed. The cabin itself is even better than the photos—beautifully decorated, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed. The bedroom and sunroom with lake views quickly became our favorite cozy spots. The private island with its dreamy daybed swing and breathtaking lake views felt like a hidden paradise, and our dog loved roaming leash-free on the island. Everything in the cabin is intuitively organized, with smart controls for lighting, shades, and TV—managed via an iPad that also contains a well-designed digital guide. We’ve stayed at many cabins over the years, and this one stands out in every way. We’re already planning to return and make this special place an annual tradition

What a beautiful house AND location. We didn't see another person the whole time we were there. the house and grounds were immaculate and had everything you could possibly need for your stay. the hot tub looked inviting but the weather prevented us from using it and unfortunately they had no control over the rain. The local area has so many things to do it was tough deciding but we managed. great antiqueing, if you're into that. I would highly recommend a stay at Cozy Creek Cabin. It's exactly the kind of place I'm looking for in the Poconos. Thanks Jen and Rob

The house is beautiful!!!!! Very quiet ,clean, very spacious, house is well equipped with everything we needed and more the town is beautiful and lots to do. We are already planning on coming back

We spent a long weekend at the Rustic Rust cabin with some extended family and our two dogs. The cabin was charming and well equipped, and it felt like a true retreat. We loved the decor and the stunning landscaping surrounding the creek. The children had a blast, exploring the outdoors and searching for fish in Marshalls Creek. The cabin had a well stocked kitchen, and there were plenty of linens in each bedroom and towels in each bathroom. The owners provided us with information on local fishing spots and there were plenty of brochures about local activities in the home. The dogs appreciated the attention to detail with towels, bowls, and poop bags. We will be back!

Our family and dogs had an amazing stay at this lakeside home! The location is absolutely perfect—right on the water with stunning views. We took full advantage of the kayaks, swam in the lake, and spent our evenings grilling, relaxing on the expansive patio, and unwinding by the fire pit. The house had everything we needed for a peaceful and fun getaway. The host was also excellent—very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. Highly recommend this spot if you’re looking for a relaxing escape

We’ll definitely be back! This place is exactly how it’s advertised! Nela and Landi thought of everything when designing this home, from the bathrobes, to the dog bed. The surroundings were private and peaceful, the perfect place for a relaxing getaway. There is plenty in drivable distance as well! Most of all, every bit of this place was unbelievably clean and well kept. The one MINOR annoyance was the landscaper came on Saturday morning to cut the grass. While it wasn’t at the crack of dawn, it was still early enough for us to still be sleeping. Would have loved to have fresh cut grass upon arrival! Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a low-key, quiet, cozy getaway.

Kate was a wonderful host and was very respectful of our space while also being super friendly, welcoming and helpful. The house was truly one of a kind and incredibly well decorated to feel like a sanctuary. The area was peaceful and we even saw deer right outside the window. We enjoyed walking nearby and saying hello to the horses on the property. Our pup was a little nervous the first night looking outside at the horses wildlife as there are no curtains or blinds but he quickly adapted. We enjoyed sitting by the fire and relaxing in the peace of Kate’s property.
