So many adventures to be lived:)

c'est avec plaisir que nous vous accueillerons dans notre logement se trouvant au rez- de- chaussée de notre maison , pouvant recevoir un couple avec un enfant dans un quartier très calme à 15mn à pied du centre ville et 5mn du lac. L'appartement se compose d'une cuisine, d'une chambre (lit double) d'une petite véranda attenante à la chambre ( séparée par un rideau) comportant un lit d'appoint style futon, il est lumineux et dispose d'une terrasse extérieure avec vue lac. parking privé.

Beautiful flat of 110m2 with two bedrooms, a private garden, terrace and spacious veranda. It also has a large living room and a beautiful dining room/kitchen. The place is tastefully decorated. The view is panoramic on the lake and the mountains. The entrance to the A9 motorway is 3 minutes away. Many walks in the Lavaux vineyards are possible directly from the house. 5 minutes away from the beach of Rivaz (Lake Geneva) and 30 minutes from the mountains!
