Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Lake Brienz

What a wonderful and peaceful experience it was to stay at Emanuel’s greenhouse. I only wish we had booked a longer stay. His offer (and accepted) to pick organic strawberries from inside the greenhouse was much appreciated.

The house was huge and had everything we needed. A nice touch was the rice cooker which is hard to come by. Will definitely visit again if I’m in the area. This is the most value for money house that we rented in Switzerland. Giuseppe was always responsive and this is important especially if guests are already in the house and needed help.

Beautiful home with modern appliances, pool, and gorgeous view. Definitely recommend for couples or families! Thank you to the owner for accommodating us and being extremely responsive.

السكن في مونترو كان جميل جدًا من جميع النواحي. تصميم المنزل راقي والمكان نظيف ومرتب ويوحي بالراحة. الإطلالة مميزة والموقع هادئ. كل شيء في السكن مرتب ومجهز بشكل ممتاز. المضيفة كلاوديا كانت متعاونة جدًا، تواصلها سريع وتعاملها محترم. كانت إقامة مريحة وجميلة، وأوصي بهذا السكن لمن يخطط للزيارة.

Das Haus hat eine fantastische Lage zwischen den Weinbergen von Brissago. Die Architektur, das Interieur und die Räume sind sehr schön und haben uns sehr gut gefallen - wir lieben puristisches Design. Viele Details im Haus und darum machen das Haus zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Wenn man abends auf der Terrasse sitzt , grillt, die grillen Zirpen und man bei einem Glas Wein auf den See blickt - dann ist diese Stimmung etwas Uniques- welches man nicht kaufen kann. Eva - die Hausfee - ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns viele Tipps gegeben. Mille Grazie für den schönen Aufenthalt im Casa Largo. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Stephen was very responsive and was quick to help us with a family emergency that we had. The accomodations of the home was exactly as desribed. The washer, dryer and all of the amenities were easy to use. We enjoyed how quiet the neighborhood was while still being close to restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend this place. Stephen was an excellent host.

Yvonne communicated with us often. Carmen met us at the house and explained everything about the house and area to us. We absolutely loved the house on 3 levels and amazing views from all 3 levels. The spa tub, sauna, and cold plunge were the icing on the cake. There is so much to do in Vitznau/Mt Rigi Spa/Ferry around the lake, and so much more. We will stay here again, soon!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Gandria ist ein malerisches, kleines Dorf und trotz der ruhigen, beschaulichen Lage gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Kaffees, wo man einkehren kann. Die Wohnung von Louise wurde mit viel Bedacht gestaltet und hat alles, was man für ein paar erholsame Tage braucht.

I had a wonderful stay at Nicole’s apartment. The house was cosy, neat, and clean, which made me feel right at home. Communication with the host was excellent—responses were always quick and helpful. I really appreciated the complimentary taxi service provided by Nicole, which made my arrival so much easier. While climbing the 70 steps to reach the house was a bit challenging with large luggage, the stunning balcony view made it totally worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming stay!

The chalet was as beautiful as advertised. very responsive to all requests. Liza was an amazing property manager and very helpful and everything was in working order. Murren is a hiker's paradise for outdoor enthusiast. stay away from the touristy places and enjoy what the nature has to offer you.

Once we arrived Bart greatest is. He was extremely friendly and answered any questions we had. His place was clean and it was definitely what was pictured. The location was peaceful and the ability to sit in the Hot tub in the evening time and gaze out at the mountains and listen to the cowbells. I would highly recommend this place.

Vincents home was the best airbnb we’ve ever stayed in. A great view of Staunach falls right from your patio. Vincent has great communication, super helpful and friendly. If i fould rate this home any higher i would!! Book this home now!!

Reto est super sympathique et parle apparemment de nombreuses langues parfaitement! La cuisine est non seulement très jolie, alliant du mobilier ancien et charmant avec de l’électroménager récent de très bonne qualité (cuisinière induction, hotte d’aspiration du futur, tous les ustensiles nécessaires à disposition, magnifique frigo… le tout d’une propreté impeccable). Difficile ensuite de revenir dans notre appartement citadin modeste 😅 On n’a manqué de rien, il est également possible de manger à l’extérieur. Les containers pour les poubelles sont très proches, aucun problème sans voiture. Pareil pour la salle de bains, confortable et généreusement fournie en serviettes de différentes tailles et produits de base fort appréciés. L’ensemble est extrêmement cosy et confortable, très accueillant et chaleureux. On espère revenir bientôt! Et la région est absolument fantastique, on a eu la chance de faire des randonnées magiques et espérons beaucoup pouvoir revenir chez Reto en hiver!

We absolutely loved staying at Janine’s Airbnb. As a host, she responded immediately to messages. Directions for access were clear and concise. When we got inside the entire home is spotless with regard to cleanliness. It’s clear that she goes to great lengths to provide a clean stay. We did not find that it was cluttered, and it had everything we needed to prepare meals at home. Most importantly, this Airbnb is beautiful. The location is truly amazing. When you walk out onto the deck you’re greeted with giant mountains and a view of the entire landscape. You’re a short bus ride to downtown or a scenic walk. If you are planning on staying in Grindelwald and this Airbnb is available, book it right away before someone else does. 5 stars from us.

We stayed at Karin's for four nights and can’t thank her enough for making our time in Switzerland so enjoyable. The house is located in the quiet, peaceful village of Ruetigen, where you can wake up to spectacular views and the tranquil sounds of cowbells. During our stay, we visited several popular tourist destinations all just 25 to 40 minutes away, which was incredibly convenient. The house itself is extremely spacious. There were only two of us (plus our two Yorkies), so we felt very lucky to have all that space to ourselves. And the sauna - After days of driving from Scotland, we were exhausted, and discovering that Karin's house had a sauna was the best surprise. Karin went above and beyond to prepare everything for us. I also want to mention the Panorama Card she provided - it was amazing! We used it to visit Harder Kulm and got 15% off, which was a great bonus. It’s only been a day since we left, and I already miss it. Without a doubt, we’ll be back at Karin’s place again. 👍

La vista desde su casa es preciosa

Es war einfach perfekt! Der Blick ist atemberaubend, die Ausstattung war unglaublich gut und alles war super sauber. Alles ist ordentlich und perfekt vorbereitet. Such a beautiful place in an equally beautiful location. For those who wish to experience the Swiss country side and yet be fairly close enough to cover all the main attractions of the region, look no further. Stayed 5 nights with my family with 2 kids, and everyday was memorable. The house layout is made for the view, and it’s simply unforgettable.. all the basics are in place and more, no complaints there whatsoever.. in fact one would be pleasantly surprised coming here, for the photos just cannot do justice to what one feels here.. keywords: spacious, comfortable, magical, and beautiful. the hosts and manager were wonderful too.. always ready to help with whatever u need may it be home related or otherwise.. thank you for the amazing experience.. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who wishes to come back to a serene Swiss paradise at the end of a long day of travel, tourists, and attractions..

We logeerden met 7 architecten in deze prachtige woning. Het overtrof onze hoge verwachtingen. Het huis en de omgeving zijn ongelofelijk mooi. Het was een plezier om er 2 nachten te verblijven.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location right by the Rigi Cog station made it easy to get up and down the mountain. The wood-fired hot tub made for a perfect spot to soak up the view each evening. Our hosts provided wonderful information prior-to and during our stay. Highly recommend!

We had a beautiful stay at the house, it’s very quiet, has a wonderful setting and is well equipped. Stuart was very responsive and forthcoming. You do need a car for getting around for shopping and visiting nearby attractions, and the traffic can get dense during rushhour. This house is highly recommended if you want to spend some beautiful days at and on the lake Geneva.

Die Unterkunft ist das oberste Haus in der wunderschönen Ortschaft Brè und liegt direkt am Waldrand. Das Haus ist gemütlich und mit allen Notwendigkeiten ausgestattet. Von der Terrasse und dem grossen Garten hat man einen grandiosen Blick auf Brè, den Monte Brè, den San Salvatore, den Lago di Lugano und die umliegenden Hügel. Es ist der perfekte Rückzugsort, wenn man seine Ruhe haben und schnell in das umliegende Wandergebiet eintauchen möchte (da es direkt vor der Tür beginnt). Die Kommunikation mit Matteo war direkt und problemlos. Wir kommen gerne wieder!!

View from the house is lovely. That's the main plus. Bunk beds (for 3rd and 4th person) a little cramped, the main minus. otherwise a beautiful house with a private area outside to sit and enjoy there breathtaking view.
