Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Lake Balaton

A lovely homey spot in Balatongyörök, we felt welcome with toddlers and a dog too. You can walk to the beach and small groceries and restaurants. Its peaceful inside and out. Amazingly equipped kitchen with everything you may need. Rooms and bathrooms were tidy and clean. Absolutely recommend.

A szálláshely a leírásnak megfelelő, érdemes elolvasni a részleteket, mert fontos információkat rejtenek. A ház csodás, hihetetlenül hangulatos. A fejre tényleg vigyázni kell. :) Az utca rendezett, csendes. Az egyetlen negatívum, amivel találkoztunk, az a hátsó szomszéd, ahol ha buli van (mi belefutottunk a hajnali mulatósba), akkor a tetőtérben nem lehet aludni a zajtól. A lenti szoba és a kanapé remek mentsvár voltak számunkra, ott csend volt. A játszószoba hatalmas plusz pontot érdemel. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat!

A házigazdánk Kinga nagyon készségesen, kedvesen, azonnal válaszolt az utazás előtti kérdéseinkre és az ott tartózkodás ideje alatt is állandóan tartotta velünk a kapcsolatot, folyamatosan érdeklődött, hogy minden rendben van-e, szükségünk van-e valamire, segíthet-e valamiben és mindig biztosított minket arról, hogy ha bármilyen kérdésünk, kérésünk van forduljunk hozzá bizalommal. A check-out időpontjában is nagyon rugalmas volt, amit ez úton is nagyon szépen köszönünk neki. A velünk nyaraló kutyusnak is adott volt minden kényelem a szálláshelyen. Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat, bármikor visszamennénk, biztosan nagyon sokat emlegetjük majd a kerti medencében úszás után a "romkocsmában" játékpartival töltött estéket. Pontosan azt kaptuk amire számítottunk, nagyon szépen köszönjük az életre szóló élményt!

Cudowny, czysty i przestronny apartament. Taras przed domem, trawnik i widok na winnicę i jezioro wspaniały. W kuchni wszystko co potrzebne łącznie ze zmywarką. Gospodarze bardzo przyjaźni i szybko odpowiadają na wszystkie pytania. Dziękujemy, to był cudowny pobyt!

Két babával és egy négy évessel érkeztünk többen. Jól éreztük magunkat a jó ízléssel felújított nyaralóban. Minden volt, tényleg otthonos. :)

Gorgeous few days right on the water in beautiful Balaton. Very comfortable house and garden right on the lake. We enjoyed wading out in the lake with our child. The lake is very shallow (around 3ft) for over 100 meters so you can walk out very far on the mud/sand. I would definitely recommend renting/bringing Stand Up Paddle Boards or an inflatable boat so that you can get out to where the lake is deeper to swim. At the moment, these are not provided by the host. There had been a recent invasion of buzzing non-biting midges (Chironomidae/greenish insects) along the shores of Lake Balaton but they only really came out just after sunset and were fascinating to watch. Incredibly relaxing to wake up and have coffee on the dock. 5 star stay!

We had a great time at the lovely house. The lake and a really nice beach is only a few minutes walk away. There are some hiking/running routes in the forest close to the house. We enjoyed the terrace a lot. The kitchen is well equipped. Communication was easy. We would definitely come again. :)

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Vor allem die beiden Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Badezimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr sympathisch, äußerst hilfsbereit und sehr gut persönlich oder via Smartphone erreichbar. Hildrun hat uns am Ankunftstag mit selbstgemachter Tomatensauce und Spaghetti ausgeholfen und uns ebenfalls immer wieder mit anderen Leckereien überrascht. Die tollen Ausflugstipps und netten Gespräche haben uns ein sehr familiäres Gefühl gegeben. Wir möchten an dieser Stelle noch einmal "Danke" sagen!!!

Wspaniała lokalizacja, w malowniczej, spokojnej i cichej okolicy. Doskonała dla chcących odpocząć od miejskiego zgiełku. Apartament z wyjątkowym wystrojem, czysty, schludny wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy i sprzęty dostępne na miejscu. Gospodarz jest bardzo pozytywną osobą. Wykazał się dużym zaangażowaniem, otwartością, był bardzo pomocny i było można na niego liczyć. Czuliśmy się jak w domu. Polecam każdemu!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Viktoria war einfach rundum perfekt! Von Anfang an war sie super herzlich, immer erreichbar und hat uns mit großartigen Tipps versorgt – vor allem ihre Restaurantempfehlungen waren echte Volltreffer. Egal, ob wir eine Frage hatten oder etwas gebraucht haben, Viktoria war sofort zur Stelle und hat sich liebevoll um alles gekümmert. Man spürt, wie viel ihr daran liegt, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen. Vielen lieben Dank für deine Gastfreundschaft – wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Sehr schönes, neues Apartment direkt am Wasser gelegen. Traumhaft gelegen. Supermärkte etwas entfernt. Wlan funktionierte während unseres Aufenthaltes wegen Bauarbeiten leider nicht. Ansonsten schon höherer Preis, am Balaton aber bei der Lage offensichtlich normal.

Nagyszerű házigazdák. Minden a leírásnak megfelelő volt. Kedves, segítőkész kommunikáció, figyelmesség jellemzi őket. Kisgyermekkel is kényelmes az itt töltött idő, minden szükséges eszközt megtaláltunk. Központhoz közeli, mégis nyugodt. Köszönünk mindent!

We loved it. Beautiful, clean house. Dora was very kind, she gave us eggs from her own hens. I highly recommend the place and the host.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Keszthely! The location on Nyárfa utca 29a was quiet and peaceful, yet just a short distance from the lake and town center. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was friendly and helpful, making check-in smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and hope to return again!

Fantastisk lejlighed med perfekt placering. Den har alt man har behov for, vi følte os hjemme 😊 meget stille selvom den ligger så tæt på hovedgaden. Meget sød og imødekommende værtinde. Tak for denne gang😊

Maximálisan meg voltunk elégedve mind a szállással, mind Máté segítőkészségével, rugalmasságával és fogadtatásával. Balatonfüred sétatávolságra volt, de mégis olyan csendes és természethez közeli szállásunk volt, hogy imádtunk minden reggel a madarak csicsergésére ébredni. Szeretnénk a közeljövőben is visszatérni hozzájuk, nem okoztam csalódást nekünk🤩 Köszönünk szépen még egyszer mindent!

Jestem bardzo zadowolony z pobytu , wszystko zgodne z opisem , wrażenia przebywając na tarasie są nie do opisania, mieszkanie bardzo czyste i świetnie wyposażone a kontakt z gospodarzem bardzo dobry , odrazu odpowiada na wiadomości. Auto posiadało swoje przypisane miejsce parkingowe więc duży plus , osiedle niezwykle spokojne i ludzie mieszkający na nim bardzo mili. Podsumowując na podstawie własnego doświadczenia zdecydowanie polecam , mieszkanie jest położone w pięknym miejscu , gospodarz bardzo miły, mam nadzieję że jeszcze będę miał okazję tu powrócić.

Eva was very responsive. It was a great place to stay. Very quiet. Easy, close, free parking. Great accommodations. We will definitely stay here again!!

Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt zentral im Städtchen, ist aber gleichzeitig sehr ruhig. Esther war immer zur Stelle und stand stets mit Rat und Tat bereit. Zum Plattensee (sehr schöner Strand) sind es fußläufig ca. 10 Minuten, ebenso zum Bahnhof, von wo aus z. B. Budapest erreichbar ist. Direkt bei der Wohnung ist kein Parkplatz verfügbar, aber Esther erklärte uns, wo wir ein paar Gehminuten entfernt in einer Seitenstraße parken können. Das war völlig unkompliziert und sicher. Zum Ein- aus Ausladen des PKWs konnten wir in den Hof fahren. Für uns war auch wichtig, dass die Wohnung tadellos sauber ist. Das einzige, was wir vermissten, war ein Mückennetz in der Wohnküche. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung für zwei Personen absolut empfehlenswert.

Very nice place to stay, quick easy access to public transport, easy walk to the port. Denes was very quick to reply to messages and a really nice guy, he let us check out late as there were no guests coming the next day which we really appreciated. The flat itself is peaceful and quiet and has nice big rooms and it was really nice to have the balcony with seating, and air conditioning in the rooms too. Great value for money!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Very quiet area with lots of things to do. We cycled the path around the lake, swam in Lake Heviz and walked up to the lookout from the house. We ate in a great restaurant recommended by our hosts too. The flat has everything you need - we especially appreciated the washing machine. Hot tub was amazing - we used it every night. Communication was great and we received lots of local tips and suggestions. Would highly recommend. We stayed with children aged 8, 11 and 13.
