Anlayışlı, çok iyi bir ev sahibi. Ev tertemizdi, ev ile ilgili verilen bütün bilgiler ve resimler doğru ama resimler arkadanızda dağ havası, önünüzde deniz manzarasının güzelliğini göstermeye yetmiyor. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz.

Not the first time in this place and as always it was a perfect stay. The location is absolutely stunning - quiet, beautiful and very peaceful. The house itself is spacious, well-designed, and equipped with everything you might need. It truly felt like a home away from home. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I will definitely be coming back!

חמישה לילות שהינו בוילה כריסטינה ,שלושת ילדי ,חברה ואני ,חמישה בוגרים סה"כ. הוילה התאימה לנו בול לאופי המשפחתי שלנו ומייד הרגשנו בבית. המטבח מאובזר במיוחד ,השירותים נקיים מאוד ,החדרים נוחים והמצעים והמגבות מריחים טוב. הבריכה היא פינוק אמיתי ,לא היה יום שלא נכנסנו לתוכה וחוף הים היה נפלא. כל הבית היה מתוחזק מאוד ושום דבר לא היה חסר ,עד הפרט הקטן ביותר כמו שנאי לחשמל. הוראות מדויקות מאוד לכניסה ויציאה מהנכס וכל שאלה שהיתה לנו נענתה מיידית עי כריסטינה. אם אתם ללא רכב ,כמו שאנחנו היינו ,תוכלו לבקש מכריסטינה את מספר הטלפון של ג'ורג ,נהג מונית מנוסה שעשה לנו את החופשה לטובה בהרבה.יש לו אנגלית מצוינת וידע הסטורי וכללי נרחב.לגורג יש מונית גדולה. ללא ספק אמליץ לחברי על וילה כריסטינה.חופשה רגועה,משפחתית מושלמת.

Great place for a quiet family vacation. The staff was very friendly, especially George and Anna. We enjoyed their conversation at breakfast. Apartment Right on the beach and with everything we needed.

Overall a nice and relaxing stay at a well equipped villa. Rui and his partner are responsive hosts. They gave us useful recommendations and helped make our stay as comfortable as possible. The villa is super well located with easy access to the airport, shops and a lovely beach (within a 5-15 min drive). Villa is also extremely quiet! Worth saying that the villa is well equipped with everything a guest could desire including a reliable AC system and a modern kitchen. The outside area is nice but the pool is superb - one of the best pools ive experienced. There is also a really nice grill area and a pretty garden. Unfortunately the outdoor, indoor cinemas, and the front gate are not currently operational but hopefully this is fixed soon. Be aware that the garden has a very diverse fauna, in case you are particularly scared of various animals including bats, lizards and rodents. I would recommend booking this villa in case you are coming to the Larnaca area.

Stelios was excellent – friendly, easy-going, and incredibly helpful throughout. A real pleasure to deal with. House, Views and pool were amazing.

The service was great! We immediately had a response to everything we asked for, the house was accessible and comfortable, it was spacious and the house looks better than the pictures, it is big and serves you fully. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back again in a month

Vi fik en fin modtagelse ved ankomst til feriestedet, boligen var pæn, ren, og ikke mindst velholdt. Manos er en fantasktisk og meget behagelig vært. Vi havde hjemmefra bestilt lidt forplejning samt drikkevarer der gerne måtte være klar ved ankomst, køleskabet viste sig at indeholde langt mere end vi kunne ønske, hvorfor vi følte os velkommen fra vi trådt ind i boligen, til vi 10 dage senere forlod stedet igen. Vi havde 3 børn med på turen, og fordi vi var der i Påsken havde Manos uopfordret lagt lækre chocolade æg samt påskekyllinger til børnene, og dette ganske uopfordret, hvilket vi satte stor pris på. Endnu en fordel er at Manos selv bor i umiddelbar nærhed af huset, hvorfor det er ganske nemt at opretholde en god kommunikation, og hurtigt få svar på eventuellle spørgsmål. Skal vi på en senere tidspunkt tilbage til Cypern, vil vi helt sikkert vælge denne bolig. Vi vil virkelig anbefale denne bolig som et kommende feriemål. Vi vil helt sikkert huske denne ferie på Cypern.

This house was paradise for us the week we stayed there. Especially the outdoor areas are so luxurious and wonderful and location right next to the beach was fantastic. Indoor the house is very spacious and have quite advanced wiring with integrated speakers, automatic blinds etc. Tony’s assistant was quick to help out with any difficulties. Will definitely come back if we can!

Kiralama amaçlı yapılmadığı belli, kendi evinde kullanım amacıyla tüm mobilya ve beyaz eşyaların alındığını düşünüyorum. Tüm mefruşat kaliteli ve rahat. Beklentilerimin üzerinde bir ev ile karşılaştık. Havuz çok temiz. düzenli olarak temizleniyor. Sizin kullanım durumunuza göre devir-daim motorunu ayarlıyorlar. Çocuklar çok rahat etti. hemen terastan havuza geçilebiliyor. havuzun tasarımı ve konumu muhteşem. Bence tek eksik tarafı bahçevan. Bahçe ile bir işiniz olmuyor ancak daha da güzellik katacağını düşünüyorum. Çalışmayan hiçbir eşya yok. Muhteşem. Bazen kelimeler yetmez güzellikleri anlatmaya. Aynen o durumdayım. Tekrar tekrar gelmek isterim. Herkese de tavsiye ederim. Emeği geçen herkese çok teşekkür ediyorum. Teşekkürler SANDY.

A fantastic value for money place - we were a big group of friends and stayed at the entire place - the outside is gorgeous. Great communication with the team, and the place is very private - easy to get to from the airport. The place/rooms are basic, but have everything you need and were clean - the outdoor space is particularly well set up for a big group with enough space at the big table for everyone to sit down (15 of us) by the BBQ, enough loungers for everyone to relax, and spend time together. I stayed at this lovely Airbnb in Pervolia, Larnaca for one night and had an absolutely wonderful experience. Originally, I booked the stay to view some local properties as I’m considering relocating to the area. Although the property I intended to view wasn’t available at a convenient time, this turned out to be a blessing in disguise—I ended up having an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The host, Kennith, was excellent—very responsive and accommodating, answering all my enquiries promptly. The property itself was beautiful, well-maintained, and located in a peaceful area within walking distance to the beach. I took a serene walk along the shoreline towards the lighthouse and finished the day with a fantastic meal at a nearby restaurant (Theta) that could easily rival those in the world’s most upscale destinations. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a tranquil retreat in a charming coastal village. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!

Wow what a great host and fantastic property. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils, kids toys, linens. Claire was a very friendly, responsive host with plenty of information on the property and local area. The villa was clean and welcoming. The area is quiet and relaxing, a real break from the hustle and bustle of home life. It's a sleepy town, the local restaurants are fantastic. Faros beach close by has a good beach bar and is relatively quiet. We loved the villa and it was a perfect break for our family. Thanks to Claire the host for the recommendations and information. Would definitely return

I wanted to personally thank Marilena for hosting at the highest standard. Always available and happy to help with everything. The villa is located minutes from the beach in an amazing area. Villa is perfectly equipped. Kitchen equipped with everything you need, amazing pool, very comfortable beds at the level of a hotel. We will definitely go back there. Highly recommend.

Very nice place, very close to Eziç Lapta , so silenced environment except cars but does not disturb me . Sea view from balcony. I will choose it again.

We had a 12 night stay at Villa Ivy, 4 adults and a 2 year old. The photos don't do it justice. The villa is very well equipped! Had we known there are even inflatables for the pool there we would not have brought our own. The air con is very good. The pool and grounds are cleaned/ maintained whilst you are there it's very well kept. Steve is very responsive and helpful. Although there is building work going in the area generally we were never disturbed by any noise. You definitely need to hire a car, Steve arranged our airport transfers and we had the hire car delivered/picked up from the villa which worked well. The villa had so much upon arrival - toilet roll, hand wash, milk, bread etc so if you arrive in the evening you don't need to worry about going shopping straight away. There are cats that look for food and company. not a problem for us but unexpected and we made sure to keep the back door closed around meal times to stop any furry visitors! Overall a fabulous holiday!

Andreas was very responsive & very accommodating.The house is located in a lovely complex and it is very private & peaceful. It is a large house & has a lot of space for a big family.The outside area is the show stopper & it will be a wonderful summer vacation spot as the swimming pool area is wonderful.We had a few issues with the heating which was addressed immediately even though it was over the Xmas & NY holidays where many local tradesmen were not working. Andreas ensured it was sorted immediately.We also had an issue with the cleanliness of the house this was sorted out immediately. I would suggest to the hosts to find a more thorough cleaning service as the house wasn’t as clean as it should have been and their cleaning company is not very efficient or thorough.That is the only negative we found This can be rectified if they hire a more professional and thorough cleaning service to ensure toilets,floors,inside all cupboards are cleaned.We would stay again,lovely hosts.Thank you

Ons verblijf in de villa was erg prettig. De keuken is lekker ruim, er is een royale zithoek - maar je je natuurlijk vooral buiten zijn. Zowel voor als achter het huis kan je zitten, zodat je zon of schaduw kan kiezen. Het eigen zwembad is ook een genot om in af te koelen. Elke slaapkamer heeft een eigen airco, waardoor de temperatuur aan de eigen voorkeur is aan te passen. Wat wij vooral als pluspunt hebben ervaren, is gastheer Yilmaz. Hij is bijzonder gastvrij; toen wij aankwamen, was hij zelf aanwezig om ons te verwelkomen. Hij heeft veel informatie gegeven over de faciliteiten in de omgeving: waar zijn de verschillende soorten supermarkten (goedkoop of meer luxe), waar zijn de leuke strandjes (rustig of populair), waar kan je goed eten. Daarnaast heeft hij ook inzicht gegeven in geschiedenis en cultuur van Cyprus. Wij komen graag nog eens terug!
