Beautiful rustic cottage with panoramic views of the north east coastline, just a short drive from Nebolos and Madraikas. The interior is comfortable and thoughtfully furnished including air conditioning, local products, and a cafetiere. If you're looking for a peaceful place to unwind after a day exploring Zakynthos' beaches and tavernas then this it. Fantastic value for money.

We had a great time in the small but beautiful Exo Chora! The front yard offers lots of great seating and the bed is cozy. Georgia was very helpful and tried to make our stay as good as possible! :)

The house is well situated in the center of a quiet village, ideal to explore not only the stunning west coast but the whole island. An authentic stone house with high ceiling and lovely big terrace. There are a couple of very good tavernas, a bakery and a store in a walking distance. Panagiotis is a great host - very friendly, thoughtful, fast responding (we booked on the go hours before arriving). He even brought fresh flowers for decoration. We could have easily stayed for longer if we weren't heading to Kefalonia.

We were very lucky to stumble across this tranquil villa. From requesting to book to the point of checking out, Savvina was very helpful and swift with replying, with some great suggestions to certain things we wished to do. We were met by mama nena on arrival who showed us around the villa and made us very welcome, with the added kindness of some lovely homemade produce, the following day we were totally spoilt with the arrival of a delicious pie. The villa was in a quiet area, which we were looking for, with a very short drive to the nearest beaches/taverners. We took in some beautiful sunsets and an amazing sunrise at the villa. Amazing clean studio surrounded by greenery and a beautiful view down the hill up to the beach. The hosts were very generous and nice, helping us promptly with any problems or requests, and leaving us freshly picked fruits and vegetables from the garden. Definitely a great stay.

The house is right next to a tiny beach with deck chairs. There's a kayak for guests to use for free, too. Georgios is very nice and helpful.

An amazing holiday, with friendly and very helpful hosts in Sybille and Eckhard. The house was spotless and extremely well equipped, the pool is stunning and the views to die for. Lots of seating around the property to maximise the shade and fans or air con in the bedrooms at night. We spent time in Agios Nikolais at the beach and in the friendly cafe perched over the water. Favourite restaurant among many only 10 minutes drive away was The Old Windmill. Definitely the best holiday we have had for a long time.

Harrys’ villa was excellent. The place was beautiful and very clean. There is a great view with a pool that comes right up to the edge of the villa. The air conditioning was strong (great for me and my wife because we like it cold at night). What really stood out was Harrys himself though. He is a wonderful, responsive host. He was there to check us in and brought us US wall adapters for our electronics. When my wife needed to do her hair, he brought over a straightener for us. He gave us a dinner recommendation to Prosilio’s (recommend!) and called the owner to let him know we were coming. When we got there, the owner greeted us and offered us a free dessert on the house. Harrys really made our stay incredible and demonstrated that famous Greek hospitality. 10/10 would recommend and will likely go again.

Kyprianos and Irini are super hosts. They were always available and happy to help you. The space was as described and ideal for 2 to 4 people. The accommodation is located near Keri, a somewhat quieter area of Zakynthos surrounded by beautiful nature.

There were five of us there and we felt comfortable right away! The house really has everything you could need. It is quietly located, clean, modern and leaves no room for optimization for us :) especially great, approachable and personal communication! We received great local tips. The house is wonderfully located for excursions by car. We would go there again in a heartbeat :)

Dear Leticia and Spiros! We really didn’t want to go home! Their hospitality was outstanding, they were the best hosts we could find!!! Spiros even brought us apple pie, homemade, best we’ve ever had! We loved the quiet atmosphere, the house is completely remote and surrounded by olive trees. Our daughter loved the cats that are in the area, they all had names in the end :-) They waited for us at the church in the middle of the village and brought us to the house. We had snacks and water and wine from them. They showed us around, made sure we got everything we need. It was just perfect. We had the best holiday there! These people just deserve the 5 star rating! See you soon Leticia and Spiros. We will come back soon!

INCREDIBLE STAY! This place was everything we hoped for and more. The studio was spotless, cozy, and beautifully set up. The hosts were absolutely amazing—so warm and welcoming. We were greeted with delicious home-cooked local food and fresh eggs straight from their farm (honestly, the best eggs we’ve ever had!). We also did a boat tour with our host and later took the boat out on our own—highly recommend exploring the area by boat, it was such a highlight of our trip. The location was peaceful and relaxing, yet still really convenient for getting around. We loved every minute of our stay and would come back in a heartbeat!

House was perfect felt right at home, the host was lovely & very responsive the villa was so clean and a lot of security. Hot water 24/7 and had working amenities all throughout. Would definitely stay again no doubt

This place was INCREDIBLE. We can't say enough good things about the house and the host. House: The place was immaculate. They've done a beautiful job in the design of the place. There are endless spaces to relax, enjoy the views, and lounge comfortably. The beds and couches were cozy and the views are spectacular. The Location: The house is located on the quieter side of the island and was exactly what we wanted for our relaxing vacation. It was a short drive to half a dozen or more stunning and non-crowded beaches and lots of delicious and charming restaurants. Renting a car is a must and will make exploring the area much easier. The Host: George is the best. He's very responsive and went above and beyond in making our stay comfortable. He even baked us fresh cookies for our arrival. What a gem. A truly fantastic stay! Staying at The Tower in Vasilikos was an unforgettable experience. The Tower itself is full of character and charm, with beautiful views. Waking up to the view of the olive trees and the sea in the distance from the bedroom balcony was a highlight of our trip. The space is clean, peaceful, and uniquely designed, striking a perfect balance between rustic and comfortable. Valory and Vassilis left us some helpful local tips and ensured we were well informed before we arrived about check in and all of the features of the house. The location is fantastic - near some beautiful beaches (St Nicholas beach was a highlight for us) and great amenities. One of the highlights for our family was the pool – our children absolutely loved it! It was the perfect place for them to cool off, play, and enjoy the sunshine. If you're looking for a serene family friendly getaway in Zakynthos, The Tower is a rare gem. We left feeling relaxed, rested and not wanting to return home!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our room was cleaned regularly and they were very attentive, giving us extra bedding when needed. We got fresh sheets/ towels every 3 days and were made feel very welcome. Although it is very close to the main “strip”, we felt there was minimal noise pollution but at busier times, maybe ear plugs would be beneficial for light sleepers.

We had a wonderful time. We were very warmly welcomed and everything was in line with the photos! The host was easily reachable and helped us several times.

I really enjoyed my stay. Annamaria was very personable and friendly. She very kindly offered to pick me up from the airport but I already had transport arranged with friends, so she met me at the accommodation. The room was spotless and as described. The highlight for me was the, glass doors and wooden shutters that opened out to the balcony and the sea. It is a good sized balcony with a table, two chairs and a clothes line. You can sleep to the sound of the sea and waken to the sunrise. I was there the first week in May, pre party season. Locals say it kicks off 24th May. It was already getting busier by the end of the week. If you prefer quiet, it’s a lovely walk to the far end of the beach past the hotels and cafes and (in the day time),by the turtle nesting beaches. These beaches are closed in the eves to protect the turtles. Beg of May is turtle breeding season, there are many in the sea, close to shore, occasionally popping up their heads, which is lovely to see. Thank you

Michalis was immediately very kind and proactive, he gave us valuable advice on trips, beaches, taverns and boat tours. The house is located near the most beautiful beaches in the south. Of course, it is recommended to have a rental car to get around the area. The round stone house is very original and the outdoor spaces are very beautiful. The goat Ursula and the 3 cats are very nice and enjoyed our croquettes. We were two friends and therefore had plenty of space and a bathroom each. It is important to know that there are no blackout curtains and therefore if you are sensitive to light, bring a sleeping mask. The mattresses are new but a little hard for us, but this is a personal consideration. Nearby there are mini-markets within walking distance and an excellent bar (sit and share) for breakfast or an aperitif in the evening. We can recommend the round house and the super host Michalis 100%. Very welcoming and quiet place that remains in the heart.

Great stay close to the main strip in laganas. Host was very welcoming I recommend

room was simple and basic as described, but clean and tidy. it is situated in a great location. about 7 mins walk to the beach with loads of restaurants, bars etc nearby. but at the same time not too close to the night strip where it's loud music deep into the night. hence making it very convenient. owner very responsive and helpful too.

I also chose this place for the great reviews. I was extremely satisfied because they were absolutely true, there was nothing that disappointed me, on the contrary... Everything has already been written in the previous reviews... Very clean house with everything you need, outdoor and indoor patio (with very comfortable outdoor shower) super relaxing. But the added value is the DELICIOUS people who also delighted us with culinary delights. I would add that the location for us was optimal, very close to our favorite beach Xigia Pelagaki, not far from Zakynthos Town and a few minutes from Alikes which offers the choice of many restaurants and services. From there we easily reached Porto Vromi where we rented a boat to see Shipwreck Beach. Super recommended, my family and I left our hearts there.
