Ok, this place is amazing. Felt like home away from home. No hassle whatsoever. The host and everybody was so polite, proactive and friendly. I will definitely book again.

Very good value, the pool was clean and very quiet and comfortable. Can easily order foods for delivery and the host was very helpful and kind. Will definitely be back again. Good for dogs as the house has walls and the gates are well blocked so dogs can’t get out. Also the place was very peaceful.

很现代化的一个别墅，位于芭提雅市区，周边生活便利，对面即是79秀场，别墅里面有ktv独立包房，我们在这里度过美好的一天，还有热情的房东给我们回答了很多旅游相关的问题，十分感谢！

최고였습니다. 남자2명이서 여행을 하였고 아주 만족스러웠습니다. 빠른 피드백과 항상 문제가 있는지 물어봐줍니다. 집은 아주 아늑하고 편안한 느낌을 줍니다. 여행은 남자2명이 했지만 넓은 집과 큰 방 2개가 있어서 전혀 답답함이 없었습니다. 다음에도 또 여길 올것같습니다.

Sehr schöne Villa mit tollem Pool(kleiner Kinderbereich),alles was man braucht um Urlaub zu machen.Gute Betreuung durch den Besitzer.

Nida was helpful and communicative which made for an easy stay

Nagyon jól éreztük Magunkat. Kellemes környezet, gyönyörű növényzet. A medencét nagyon szerettük, gyors felfrissülést biztosított a számunkra. Nyugodt csendes környék. Bolttal közlekedve minden gyorsan elérhető.

Our host was very accommodating and responsive. Mam even drove us around on our first day to buy food and drinks. It was 10-20 minute drive from the busy spots of Pattaya. The place was a bit old (but in a good way), very huge, and beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in this home.

Vi havde et dejligt ophold . Der manglede nye knive og div. køkken redskaber i køkkenet og så manglede der en ovn .. Vores vært Mini har været fantastisk venlig og hjælpsom under vores ophold så hende giver vi 5 store stjerner ..

Fantastic time at Jan's house. It was perfect for my family, very spacious and ticked all the boxes for us. Very peaceful and private, staff very helpful and amenities very good. We regularly used the gym and pool. Jan was a great host, very responsive and thoughtful with the way the house was presented. I would recommend own transport if you stay here, we had a car so it was no issue for us. Bang Sare is 10 min drive and Sattahip around 15 mins, both are great for food, drink and relaxation. Jans place is definitely recommended.👍🏻

lovely villa, great pool. nice and quiet. alian was helpful. supermarket near villa lovely little bakery to with great food to. big question ❓ would I stay again. Yes.

Beautiful Villa and a nice quite nabourhood, restaurant, bars, and 7/11 near by. lovely pool excellent clean rooms this great Air Conditioning units. I would happy stay at this property again without hesitation. Thank you Lin

Was een geweldige villa waar we alles op ons gemak hebben mogen doen en snelle service the host was bij elk probleem in een kwartier in actie om het op te lossen. Echt leuk dat je supermarkten in de omgeving hebt moest je iets te kort komen kan je alles gelijk halen !!

Our stay was a home away from home. The host was very responsive. This a location perfect for a family or a quiet getaway. You are have 5 minutes away from traditional Thai/Korean/Japanese family run restaurants. Also 15 minutes from malls and sriracha nightlife. If you need to go to Bangkok (1 hour away) or Pattaya (25 minutes), it’s very easy to navigate to toll road. This place is basically centrally located if you need to go in any direction. Keep in mind this is not in the city but you are close enough to anything you want or need to do. Highly recommend a car or at a minimum motorbike. Just want to give the security guards credit for being very friendly and helpful. Overall if you are in town for business it’s a great place. It’s a modern Thai house with western enmities. The price is accurate for the space and area.
