Vacation rentals with a patio in La Victoria

Este Airbnb superó nuestras expectativas en cuanto a comodidad y conveniencia, nos encantó la atención a los detalles. Desde la decoración (Goku) hasta la comodidad de las instalaciones, todo fue perfecto. Los anfitriones pensaron en todo lo que los huéspedes podrían necesitar y se aseguraron de que tuviéramos una estancia placentera y sin preocupaciones.

El lugar es impecable y tal cual como se muestra en las fotos. Luis estuvo siempre atento, responde rápido y se asegura de que todo esté bien durante la estadía. El departamento está ubicado en una zona perfecta tranquila, segura y ideal para caminar con total confianza. Sin duda volveré

The apartment is exactly as described. It was very clean and cozy. I loved the floor to ceiling windows. The super market across the treat is very convenient. My only issue is we had to rush out of our ubers because the front door to the building is on a main road, so there was always honking or angry drivers behind us when our drivers stopped to let us out. Id suggest using the address to one of the stores in the parking lot next door to avoid this.

Excelente lugar para quedarse! Cathy fue una excelente host y respondía bastante rápido. Además, de ser posible, son flexibles con las horas. El dpt es de estreno y tiene todo lo necesario. Muy cómodo.

We loved staying at this apartment with a stunning view. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe, easy to walk around. Vladimir was very responsive to every question. This was a great experience with great views and the sound of the ocean!

Very nice apartment in a very walkable area. Nice grocery store and coffee shop downstairs. A ten minute walk to an atm and big grocery store. Very safe area. Building has someone at the front desk 24 hours a day and the door stays locked. The bed is comfortable and has a large, easy to use smart tv - I had no problems watching Netflix. Nice bar top counter to eat at. Uber picks up almost immediately from the apartment and it is easy to travel to different parts of the city. Miraflores is about a 45 minute walk. The only caveat is that if you plan on doing a lot of very extensive cooking with complicated recipes, it may be difficult because the kitchen is only stocked for basic cooking. Otherwise I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone!

Adriana es una buena anfitriona, tiene un trato muy cálido y te trasmite mucha confianza. Siempre está atenta a apoyarte y brindarte las mejores comodidades, es una gran persona...!!!! En cuanto al departamento, su ubicación es céntrica y estratégica para encontrar el transporte como el tren, metropolitano, centros comerciales, restaurants, parques, es una buena opción. Saludos =)

Muy bueno el alojamiento limpio, ordenado y muy cómodo, en cuanto al lugar es muy tranquilo con mucha accesibilidad, me gusto mucho se los recomiendo 👍

El mejor lugar para alojarnos , Claudia una excelente anfitriona con un trato muy cordial y amigable, la casa es maravillosa 100 % recomendable. Lleve a mi hijo de un año y amo la casa desde el primer momento , estábamos cerca a restaurantes y una ubicación cerca a todo. El jardín de la casa es una maravilla, volveré muy pronto.

This place is just perfect. Excellent location, very peaceful neighborhood, walking or biking distance to so many things! The space is even more beautiful than the photos, newly remodeled and has everything you need. The blackout curtains in the bedroom keep the place dark and it was very quiet to sleep which is important as there’s very often construction noise in Lima. The bed was comfortable, there is an ac and heating unit available, a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen. A very cute outdoor patio and even an open air laundry room. Monica was so communicative with our arrival and departure, offered to arrange airport transportation for us and greeted us to show us all the amenities and answer any questions. This place is well worth the money, very clean and secure. We rented bikes at the inks market nearby and were able to keep them inside the gate when we weren’t using them. You will not regret booking with Monica!

Excelente casa muy acogedora para grupos grandes, hermoso patio con hermosos árboles y Flores, y una tortuga que causó sensacion a mis niños. 100% recomendada. Todo inmaculado.

Waking up to that ocean view every morning was such a gift—absolutely breathtaking and the kind of peaceful you hope for on a trip. The neighborhood felt really safe and secure, which made the whole stay feel easy and relaxed. I loved having a private entrance—it gave me a sense of privacy and freedom that made it feel more like home. The in-unit laundry was clutch, especially for a longer stay—super convenient and made packing lighter a breeze. Location-wise, it doesn’t get much better. Just a short walk or quick Uber ride to Barranco, where I had incredible meals at namely Isolina and Canta Rana, and plenty of nearby cafes for great coffee and people-watching. The apartment was peaceful, stylish, and in the perfect spot to enjoy the ocean view without city noise. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Es una casa ubicada en la zona habitacional de barranco, la casa es muy amplia y tiene acceso autónomo, el anfitrión súper comunicativo y dispuesto a ayudar.

La estancia fue perfecta, buena vista, todo muy limpio, cómodo y acordé a las imágenes. El anfitrión muy amable y atento. el alojamiento superó expectativas desde la ubicación hasta la comodidad. Agradecidos por esta experiencia.

We had a very comfortable stay at Maria Elena’s! The view from the beautiful living area and the location are top notch. Everything functioned perfectly making the stay relaxing. Grocery shop within a 3 minute walk was extremely convenient. Doing laundry was effortless. We slept great here and enjoyed our time so much!!

El dpto nos hizo sentir como en casa: comodidad inigualable, pulcritud única y una vista excelente a la ciudad y sus alrededores. Vale la pena muchísimo hospedarse en este hermoso hogar, esta cerca de centro comerciales, casas de cambio de moneda y Estadio Nacional de Lima. No dudaré en volver a hospedarme aquí, cuando se vuelva a dar la oportunidad de regresar a Lima.

Gabriel has been extremely easy to communicate with and very accommodating. He provided my partner and I a wonderful experience in Lima. Will highly recommend using his services again!

It was a cute place right in the middle of Baranco and Miraflores. The neighborhoods have a lot to offer! However Karina is what made the trip more memorable. She was always responsive and very nice. We felt safe in the apartment and there was a helpful front desk. Would recommend to anybody for a stay in Lima.
