We loved this place! The apartment was cozy and well laid out over two levels. The kitchen, dining, living room area was a great place to congregate. And we enjoyed the balcony. It had plenty of room for five adults. We also thoroughly enjoyed the town—lively but didn't feel overly touristy. And the surrounding area was spectacular! We hiked almost every day.

Roberta is an exceptional host. The apartment was spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with everything we needed. From the free bikes to the thoughtful touches throughout, everything was perfect. She was always available, kind, and made us feel completely at home. The serenity and calmness of this place was the highlight lf our stay. If you’re looking for a spotless, clean, quiet and cozy apartment, then this is the place to book! Its an apartment in the first floor with a balcony accees through the kitchen/room. We enjoyed our mornings cooking breakfast and enjoying the view in the balcony. The kitchen had everything we need and more. Also the place did not need AC in june since the weather was cool specially at night, we opened some windows during sleep and still enjoyed a quiet night. Neighbourhood barely had cars passining by so no noise at all. Doris was welcoming, kind and responisive, we arrived later than the agreed time of check in, and she was waiting for us patiently to arrive and came to say good bye before leaving. You will find all information needed during your stay in the Dolomites on the corridor table. Winter activities, summer hikes, maps, lakes to visit and more is all included in detail. Lovely stay!

It was the best place to stay during my stay in Italy!

If you like peace and quiet in the Dolomites this is the ideal location. The apartment was excellent for our family. Sabrina is very helpful. I highly recommend this accommodation.

We were there for hiking, mountain biking and of course exploring the city. It was awesome! The area is great for this and you can enjoy the beautiful large house and garden! We had 2 small Chihuahuas with us and that worked great. Shopping and a bar as well as a very good pizzeria are within walking distance. Otherwise, you should take the car and drive into town. There is ample parking. We were also able to reach some lakes and attractions. It was worth it! We traveled a lot, but we also very much enjoyed and appreciated the generosity of the house and host. We stayed with Stuart for the second time and felt right at home! It's really great to have Stuart as a host, he is easily accessible, always nice and helpful :). You have the whole house to yourself, which is a great luxury and we always enjoy very much! In Kaprun you can walk to everything from the house, but at the same time you have your peace and quiet to relax superbly. We will definitely come back several times to be Stuart's guests:)!

Our stay in Sarnonico is unparalleled: The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Beautifully located and so lovingly and richly equipped that you feel more than comfortable and welcome from the start. Everything has been thought of that you might need as a guest, very clean and very cozy - the farewell was not easy for us! The garden, varied with beautiful corners to linger, invites you to explore and the natural swimming pond is another highlight! In addition, the selection of delicious herbs, salads and vegetables is fantastic - thank you so much for letting us help ourselves so much! Such a gem! Francesca's home is so beautiful and welcoming with thoughtful touches everywhere. The surrounding nature is breathtaking and peaceful. We loved using the jacuzzi with the kids and sitting on the balcony to eat our meals. Everything was truly impeccable.

The house is exceptional! Amazing view, very clean and spacious. Truly different from any other place we’ve stayed at in Italy. The toilet even has a chair-style bidet, which was a great! Things to note: • There’s no AC, so we had to keep the balcony doors open but there are no insect screens, so bugs can get in. • The downstairs room doesn’t have a door and is located right next to the toilet and shower.

Francesca and Nico have created a beautiful oasis in the heart of the Dolomites. Even the welcome in the apartment was above average warm and courteous. Francesca was always available for questions and was able to give us great tips for exploring the Dolomites. She lovingly takes care of the guests! The apartment has everything you could ask for. The amenities are excellent and fully correspond to the description of the listing. You can feel how much love it was designed with, so we felt at home from the first second. This allowed us to enjoy wonderful relaxing days. We haven't been able to relax like that in a long time. The location is also ideal as a starting point for hikes. We recommend this apartment to everyone from the heart and will certainly come back ourselves!

We had a very nice time in Brixen and surroundings. The apartment is clean, bright and offers great views of the city. The personal check-in was friendly and informative. The accommodation definitely helped us have an absolutely successful vacation!

beautiful, cosy house surrounded by incredible mountains. We had such a great stay here and want to come back! We loved cooking in the very well equipped kitchen and having a bath in the evenings in the relaxing, low-lit wood-panelled bathroom. Sara is a very communicative host and I really appreciated her quick responses to my questions - thank you! The only thing I would note is that the power does tend to cut out if you’re using the oven range and another appliance at the same time - the host did warn us about this but it was still a little bit irritating. But other than that - absolutely perfect.
