Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Preneuse

Merci à Julie pour son accueil et ses conseils. Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce logement, tout confort. Merci également aux propriétaires Dominique et Michel pour leur accueil. Le logement est parfait pour un séjour en famille. Spacieux, au calme et proche de la nature. Si nous devions noter un point négatif, c’est le fait que la maison soit reculée du centre, il faut impérativement une voiture pour aller faire les courses ou aller au restaurant. C’est une adresse que nous garderons si nous revenons à Maurice. Anaïs,Sylvain et Isaïah

We had a wonderful time at Shangri La! Our host Francine was great, she communicated very well and the house was fantastic. We wished we could have stayed longer and we plan to be back soon!

We had a most pleasant stay. Ramesh and Do were always available to help & went out of their way to help specially when my husband needed help getting a chair to use at the beach. Linen & towels were changed regularly & we had access to all the necessary amenities. The sunsets were spectacular, garden is well maintained & had the most beautiful flowers. Ramesh even helped with arranging for a catamaran cruise. I will definitely use them again, should I go back to Mauritius.

Staying at Sharvins was amazing. with views of the bay a standout. very relaxing with nice restaurants within a short distance. sharvin and family made us very welcome.

Le logement était très bien, propre, confortable et conforme à la description. L’emplacement est idéal, proche de tout. Chaima a été très réactive et vraiment gentille, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ! Merci Chaima !!

The Place was amazing, it was clean and beautiful just like the pictures. We enjoyed our time there and liked the privacy we had there. Also our host Julie was great, she gave us recommendation for restaurants in the area,also she was very helpful and responsive for our check in and during our stay.

Wir hatten eine wirklich großartige Zeit in Mauritius, dank des wunderschönen Ferienhauses, das alle Annehmlichkeiten für unser Familientreffen bereit hielt: mit Paddelbooten kommt man über die Marina zum Strand, der Pool bietet die nötige Abkühlung, viele Sitzgelegenheit und die geschmackvollen Zimmer laden zum verweilen, ruhen, spielen, essen und lesen ein. Und dank der Empfehlungen unserer Gastgeberin durften wir schöne Orte zum wandern, einkaufen und essen erkundigen, die wir sonst sicher nicht entdeckt hätten. Wir waren rundweg zufrieden, und bedanken uns herzlich bei Amelie!

Das Haus von Loic hat eine gute Lage und ausreichende Größe für 6 Personen. In fußläufiger Entfernung finden sich ein großer Supermarkt (150m) und mehrere Restaurants (mein Tipp: das Roots Spirits!) sowie der öffentliche Strand von La Preneuse (nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß). Der Ort eignet sich super für Erkundungen im Süden und Südwesten der Insel (z.B. Strand von Le Morne oder der Black River Nationalpark). Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig und gut. Toll sind die Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer. Außerdem gibt es einen (allerdings recht kleinen) Pool auf der Terrasse. Eine kleine Erneuerung bräuchten die Poolliegen und das Geschirr im Haus. Trotzdem kann ich das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Loic ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der umgehend auf Nachrichten reagiert hat. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in La Preneuse!

5/5 Sterne! Wir hatten ein unvergessliches Erlebnis in dieser traumhaften Airbnb-Wohnung in La Gaulette, Mauritius! Die Wohnung war sauber, modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Blick auf die Berge und das Meer von der riesigen Dachterrasse war atemberaubend. Die Lage war perfekt für uns um den kompletten Süden der Insel zu Erkunden. Dhareena war sehr gastfreundlich und hat uns bei allen Fragen geholfen. Ihre Eltern haben uns Empfangen und sie waren unglaublich freundlich. Durch Verspätung unseres Fluges und Problemen mit dem Mietwagen sind wir erst viel später als vereinbart an der Wohnung angekommen, auch das war kein Problem und durch die gute Kommunikation mit Dhareena hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir können diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen!

L’appartement est très agréable, correspond parfaitement à la description, très bien placé juste en face de l’île au Benitier ! Nous le recommandons fortement et reviendrons sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé deux semaines magnifiques dans cet appartement. Il est encore plus impressionnant en vrai : la vue est sublime, et chaque matin offre un paysage digne d’un tableau. Dominique, en charge de l’entretien, a été exceptionnelle : discrète, disponible et très gentille. Son aide a été précieuse tout au long du séjour. Le lieu est parfait pour ceux qui recherchent du calme, de la sérénité et un vrai moment de déconnexion. L’hôte a également été très réactif et arrangeant, notamment pour l’arrivée et le départ, en s’adaptant parfaitement à nos horaires de vol — ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. En revanche, si vous prévoyez de nombreuses activités autres que nautiques (surtout en hiver), les environs accessibles à pied sont un peu limités, notamment pour ceux qui souhaitent une ambiance plus animée avec restaurants, bars ou lieux pour sortir. Malgré cela, c’est un endroit absolument idéal pour des vacances reposantes et dépaysantes. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux.

Nous avons séjourné 5 jours et 4 nuits à la résidence Dilmed. Agréablement surpris par l’accessibilité à pied du centre de Flic en Flac et des commerces autour. Les photos de l’annonce sont identiques à la réalité et l’appartement idéal pour un couple. Le nécessaire est présent dans le logement et petit + une assiette de fruit et un jus sont offert à votre arrivée. Martine et Sabrina sont facilement accessibles et sur place tous les jours si besoin. Le ménagement est fait 1/2 fois par semaine, et les draps et serviettes sont changés également. L’hôte Ziaad reste disponible par téléphone également, je recommande +++ et je vous assure que pour la localisation le prix est relativement abordable. Si besoin d’un taxi de l’aéroport à la résidence aller/retour. N’hésitez pas à demander à Ziaad, il sera vous conseiller et le réserver pour vous avec un prix abordable, beaucoup moins cher que les taxis à l’aéroport. On peut dire que c’est réellement les vacances. Merci à vous

Le logement était spacieux, bien aménagé et avec tout le nécessaire pour s’y sentir parfaitement bien ! Non loin de la plage et des commodités. L’arrivé et le départ autonomes sont un + Merci encore, je recommande fortement !

Wonderful, clean, cosy and very practical in terms of location. Ample parking and great maid service was offered. Would stay again without any hesitation.

Wow! What a beautiful apartment in a truly wonderful location. Very well appointed, especially the kitchen which was great for us as we like to BBQ. A special mention for Pamela who is just wonderful. Nothing was too much trouble.

We really enjoyed how this airbnb wasn't in a tourist area. Beautiful views and great facilities. We felt having a car rental was useful, shopping center 5 mins away as well as lots of day trips. Also using the free kayaks and making the most of a home cooked meal from Ganesh on the last night was a treat. Daily room turn down was a plus also.

Excellent séjour chez Isabelle qui est une hôte tout simplement incroyable. En plus des nombreux conseils concernant les environs, nous a proposé une visite guidée du sud de l’île et nous a mis en contact pour une excursion bateau dauphin et cachalot. Appartement dernier étage avec superbe terrasse vue mer pour voir les plus beaux sunset. Rien à redire, foncez ! Merci Isabelle

Thank you for the lovely stay Sheel! We felt at home and appreciated the attention towards details found throughout your apartment. The kitchen was well equipped for our extended stay. The building was well maintained, had friendly staff and felt very safe with the security team. Having a pool was a wonderful bonus after an excursion day! We’ll miss our daily breakfast on the balcony enjoying the views! We recommend this great stay :)

Our stay here was very pleasant. The hosts were friendly, responsive, and always eager to help. All common areas were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and the apartment itself was very comfortable. We had a slight issue with the hot water on the first day, but the hosts responded promptly, resolving it with a smile, even though it was late. The view of the park is lovely and calming, perfect for morning or evening walks. The apartment complex is gated with a security guard, so we felt very safe. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and highly recommend this place.

Die Unterkunft hat unsere (hohen) Erwartungen noch übertroffen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und haben uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist super modern, makellos sauber und hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf die Lagune. Ich habe es geliebt, morgens den Kaffee auf dem Balkon zu trinken und aufs Meer zu schauen. Die Ausstattung ist super. Die Waschmaschine ist sehr praktisch. Unsere Kinder haben den unteren Pool geliebt. Dort hat man einen tollen Blick auf den grünen Berghang. Auf der Dachterrasse mit Pool kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Es ist so schön ruhig und alle (Bewohner/Angestellte) sind sehr nett. Supermarkt fußläufig erreichbar. Generell würde ich aber ein Auto empfehlen. Super Lage um vor allem den Süden zu erkunden. Die Unterkunft war für uns absolut perfekt! Roumila hat auf jeden Frage sehr schnell geantwortet und ist sehr nett.

Ashvin nous a parfaitement accueilli dans son logement à la Gaulette. Nous avons bien discuté avec lui, il a été de très bon conseil pour des restaurants et activités aux alentours. Son logement est impeccable, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires, et d’une propreté irréprochable ! La vue sur le Morne et la verdure alentour est vraiment un plus. The villa is absolutely beautiful. Artistic fixtures everywhere that gave the feel of walking through an art gallery. Swimming pool, gym & jacuzzi all included in your stay. You couldn’t really ask for more. Florian was an amazing host, clear & timely communication, suggestions on what we could do every day (even BEFORE check in) on different parts of the island. He was persistent is ensuring we had a great experience. We have stayed at SO many different airbnbs all over the world & honestly I would say Florian is the best host we have encountered. I’m not just saying this, we don’t owe him anything this is just a true reflection of our experience. We stayed in a hotel before we stayed here & wished that we had found this place & stayed here the whole time. It turned our trip from good to great & is a big reason why we would even return to 🇲🇺. If I could rate our stay 7 stars I would as 5 doesn’t even do it justice. Thank you Florian for everything & we hope to stay with you again!

Océane is an excellent host, she was super responsive and provided us with great local recommendations. The studio is as described in a beautiful small garden.
