House vacation rentals in La Preneuse

Jean Christophe, his family and Agnes were all warm, helpful and generous hosts. The house and location were even better than the photos and the kindness afforded by the nearby family and the housekeeping team was fabulous. I will miss looking up at Le Morne from the pool 💔 but we will be back! Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful home.

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber alles hat reibungslos funktioniert, jeder Zeit erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei allen Angelegenheiten zB. Ausflüge Sehenswürdigkeiten etc.. kann nur die Unterkunft weiter empfehlen wer wie ich nur zum schlafen kommt und den ganzen tag was unternimmt wird man glaub qualitativ nur schwer etwas finden was dieser Unterkunft gleicht. An den Gastgeber vielen Dank nochmal für alles und komme gerne wieder. Grüße Anton

Die Zeit im Palm Nest war wunderschön. Die Lage in Tamarin gefiel uns, da man von dort den schönen Westen der Insel mühelos erkunden kann. Am Strand La Preneuse vor der Haustür kann man wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Der Kontakt mit Coralie war super hilfreich, freundlich und unkompliziert. 🫶🏻

Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt in deinem Haus. Uns hat es super gefallen! Die Lage ist nicht zu toppen! Tolle Aussicht auf den indischen Ozean. Auch ein privater kleiner Strand gehört zum Haus. Pool wurde täglich gereinigt wie auch das Haus. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Davina. Welche uns auch während dem Aufenthalt immer zur Verfügung stand bei Fragen. Sie hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch der Wächter des Anwesens war sehr hilfsbereit und ging mit uns am ersten Tag mit dem Auto einkaufen. Wir hatten kein eigenes Auto wurden aber durch den Nazim und seinen Fahrern super betreut. Hatten während unseres Aufenthaltes schlussendlich immer den gleichen Taxifahrer (Nawfar) den wir sehr empfehlen können. Die Ausflüge mit ihm waren super! Er zeigte uns viele schöne Orte und war den ganzen Tag für uns verfügbar wenn wir uns dies wünschten. Somit ist auch kein Muss ein eigenes Auto zu haben. Ein lokaler Supermarkt ist auch sehr gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

House is absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, master bedroom is huge with breathtaking views. There are 4 bedrooms in the house, all with private bathrooms. The pool and deck were fantastic. It was so nice to sit there and just look at the ocean! The property is located approx. 10 min walk (2 min drive) from the main street and the beach. A shopping center with a grocery store is also super close. Athalie was very nice, super flexible and helpful. She gave us a detailed tour of the house. It was really nice to meet her. The only thing that was a problem and may be a problem in the future is the roof over the staricase. It is made of glass and unfortunately leaks when it rains. Since the leak was quite big and required a lot of work and effort from us to keep the house dry, we assume that it would probably be fixed very soon, so it may not be a problem anymore.

Das Haus von Loic hat eine gute Lage und ausreichende Größe für 6 Personen. In fußläufiger Entfernung finden sich ein großer Supermarkt (150m) und mehrere Restaurants (mein Tipp: das Roots Spirits!) sowie der öffentliche Strand von La Preneuse (nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß). Der Ort eignet sich super für Erkundungen im Süden und Südwesten der Insel (z.B. Strand von Le Morne oder der Black River Nationalpark). Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist zweckmäßig und gut. Toll sind die Klimaanlagen in jedem Schlafzimmer. Außerdem gibt es einen (allerdings recht kleinen) Pool auf der Terrasse. Eine kleine Erneuerung bräuchten die Poolliegen und das Geschirr im Haus. Trotzdem kann ich das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Loic ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der umgehend auf Nachrichten reagiert hat. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in La Preneuse!

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in diesem Apartment! Florian, der Gastgeber, ist unglaublich bemüht und immer hilfsbereit – er gibt tolle Tipps und ist stets erreichbar, wenn man etwas braucht. Das Apartment ist Teil eines kleinen Komplexes mit drei Wohneinheiten und verfügt über eine Gemeinschaftsküche, einen Pool, sowie eine schöne gemeinsame Terrasse, auf der man wunderbar entspannen kann. Es ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. Ein Auto ist allerdings empfehlenswert, da die Lage etwas abseits ist!Wir haben anfangs den öffentlichen Bus genutzt, was gut funktioniert hat, uns dann aber doch für ein Auto entschieden, um flexibler zu sein. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die liebe Köchin, die auf Vorbestellung richtig leckeres Essen zubereitet und direkt zur Villa bringt – ein toller Service! Außerdem wird einmal pro Woche gereinigt und die Wäsche gewechselt, was für zusätzlichen Komfort sorgt. Insgesamt wirklich empfehlenswert 😍

We had a wonderful stay at this villa! The place was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. Kavita, the villa owner, thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful place with us, it truly felt like a home away from home. Priscille, the villa manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. She welcomed us warmly, gave us a detailed tour of the entire property, even at night, and made sure we were comfortable from the very beginning. On our first day, they even brought us food, which we really appreciated, and we settled it with them later. She was always available if we needed anything and even came to say goodbye when we checked out, despite it being earlier than usual. Priscille truly went above and beyond, and we’re very grateful for her hospitality. Highly recommended!

We had an incredible 12-night stay at this holiday villa. From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. The host and cleaners were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They were super friendly and attentive, even assisting us with extra services like washing our clothes, which was a big help during our stay. A special thank you to Malini, who was a true gem! She was always available, checked in regularly to make sure we were okay, and made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. The villa itself was perfect for a family getaway – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. It provided everything we needed to relax and enjoy our holiday. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this villa to other families. We look forward to returning in the future!

Le logement est parfaitement conforme à la description, propre, grand et très bien équipé. Nous n’avons pas eu la chance de rencontrer d’avis mais il a été très réactif. Vous êtes à proximité du port de trou d’eau pour les excursions mais sinon les alentours n’ont pas grand intérêt - belle mare pas loin.

This wasn’t our first time staying here, and once again everything was wonderful. The host is always incredibly welcoming and makes us feel right at home. As always, it was an excellent stay – we truly enjoy coming back!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour en famille dans ce bungalow de plage. Très propre et confortable. Environnement très paisible, avec une vue magnifique. La plage y est très belle, mais comme dit dans la description, il y a très peu de fond pour nager. Il y a de très belles balades en longeant la côte. Il faut absolument être véhiculé, mais vous êtes à proximité de grande baie et de très belles plages. L'arrivée dans le logement a été très flexible et facile. Laure nous a accueilli le premier jour et s'est assurée tout le long de notre séjour que tout se passait bien. Laetitia était présente tous les jours sauf le dimanche pour entretenir le logement et nous cuisiner des petits plats locaux. Nous avons apprécié rencontrer Laetitia et découvrir la culture locale. Merci pour le repas cuisiné le jour de notre arrivé, c'est une délicate attention. Vous pouvez réserver sans hésiter ! A très bientôt

Would recommend staying at Dan’s place. We had a great visit. The apartment is conveniently located ~5 min walk to beach and “downtown” Flic en Flac. Apartment is comfortable and has the amenities you need. Best of all is Dan! He’s a great AirBnb host. He and his mother could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Thank you for everything!

Paradise! We could have stay here even Longer then a week. Kayaking with dolphins, snorkeling the Reef if thé sea is calm. Beautiful views and a very friendly cleaning lady. We had thé best time here. Thé house had everything we needed. And we loved the atmosphere.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines superbes dans la maison. Toute neuve, toute équipée avec vraiment tout le nécessaire pour être à l’aise en famille et cuisiner. Tout est vraiment bien pensé. La communication avec Nazia a été très fluide, et ce bien avant le départ où nous avons pu lui poser toutes nos questions. Isabelle sur place a pu faire le ménage plusieurs fois par semaine. Nous avons adoré notre séjour. Encore 1000 mercis pour tout !

Extraordinaire !!! Tout était absolument parfait. La plage, plus belle encore que dans nos rêves, nous a offert des instants magiques, seuls au monde dans un cadre paradisiaque. Dès les préparatifs jusqu’à la fin du séjour, Natasha a été d’une efficacité et d’une bienveillance remarquables, toujours disponible et attentionnée. La villa est sublime, décorée avec goût, très propre, et parfaitement équipée. Tout est pensé pour le confort de chacun, même pour les plus petits (chaise haute, berceau, jeux, livres…). Chaque espace permet à 10 personnes de profiter pleinement tout en gardant leur indépendance. Mention spéciale aux deux femmes de ménage, adorables et discrètes, et aux repas maison (du petit-déj au dîner), préparés selon nos envies – un vrai luxe. Nous avons vécu des vacances formidables. Difficile de repartir… mais une chose est sûre, nous reviendrons très vite!

michel est un hôte agréable , discret et serviable très réactif et de bon conseil il nous a réservé toutes nos excursions jusqu a la réservation au restaurant, le taxi et la voiture de location. Le logement propre et confortable et correspondant exactement au descriptif. je recommande vivement.

Great stay at a peaceful, cozy and beautiful house. It was private, clean, and fully furnished. Also a warm Stephanie to welcome us. Would have it as a first choice when around Grand Baie again. Did also receive a lot of information before the stay as well as tips about local activities/places to visit. For other visitors: following the GPS instructions can make you follow a bad unpaved road through bushes but if you read the map yourself you can get there through a good paved road as the residence is in an urbanised area.

It's a beautiful place, calm, serene & peaceful. The villa is rustic with beautiful corners & paintings adorning its walls. It's is close by to everything including the airport. There is a detailed guidebook curated by the hosts. And there is a little corner for books.

Que dire 🤩 Nous avons passé 5 jours incroyables dans ce logement avec une situation paradisiaque. Pour commencer, le logement porte vraiment son nom 😍. Cosy à souhait, propre, confortable, avec vraiment tout le nécessaire vital et même plus. La terrasse est parfaite pour manger en extérieur. Coin calme et très sécurisé. Et son emplacement qui est littéralement à deux pas de la plage, magnifique au passage, où nous nous sommes sentis seuls au monde 🥹. Le voisinage est adorable à l’image des mauriciens, tout comme Jessie, la femme de ménage. Quand à nos hôtes, Laurent et Élodie, ce sont de fabuleuses personnes. Très accueillants, adorables, très réactifs et pleins de bons conseils. Grâce à eux, nous avons passé un début de séjour extraordinaire. Nous avons pu manger local et toutes les adresses étaient succulentes. On a beaucoup aimé le marché de Mahébourg qui est très authentique. Et la journée en catamaran a été exceptionnelle 🥰. Un seul mot pour finir : MERCI pour tout à vous ❤️

On a passé un séjour très agréable chez Alex et Marie-France. On a apprécié la qualité de la maison, le calme de l’endroit. La maison est facile à vivre et bien équipée. Beaucoup de choses à disposition pour l’arrivée dans le frigidaire ou en dehors (fruits, boissons, miel, etc.). La maison est située à proximité de la plage. La plage est très sympa en particulier le soir au coucher de soleil avec le Club Med illuminé à proximité. Le restaurant la Murene situé à deux pas est un délice et offre un super rapport qualité-prix.

We cant recommended this place enough, it was perfect for the 3 of us. The place was super clean and well maintained. Barendar is a great host. Everything from the linen to the toiletries were all stocked up. She even had a small medical kit, which in our case was super helpful since my son had a minor cut while snorkelling . If you’re a small family and looking for a place to stay this would be perfect. A peaceful neighbourhood and very conveniently located.
