It is a beautiful and cozy house with a big garden and pool perfect for bigger groups or families. It is located a bit offside so its very calm but all important things still are within reach. Marie was a very friendly and helpful host who always reacted very fast to any questions. We would definitly consider coming back!

A perfect Place, the pool and Garden is amazing, very nice furniture, perfectly clean.

We had a lovely time at Arthur’s place. He’s very responsive and the views and the pool were outstanding. There are several homes being built here, so there is a fair amount of construction noise during the day, but the weekend was quiet, as were the evenings. The AC worked great in the bedrooms, but there is no AC in the rest of the house, so it can get quite hot. There are a LOT of mosquitoes here (I’m allergic), and there are no screens on any of the doors or windows, so we really couldn’t enjoy the outside in the evenings. It was nice to have a washer dryer in the house, and it’s a short (steep) walk to the beach. The amenities could be improved upon for the price of the house, but we still highly recommend this place.

We and our dogs enjoyed the outside space and the peaceful atmosphere a lot!

Modern apartment, view from the balcony just amazing, pool clean and large. Upstairs apartment with air conditioning and two new TVs. Jean Jacques and Ingrida were very friendly and accommodating. Although the house is located on the tracks, the passing trains did not bother us during the day. Very nice surroundings, many beaches nearby. Accommodation is highly recommended!!!

A beautiful house with just such a location and tremendous views! We were received in a very friendly manner and with exquisite luggage, in-house olive oil and wine. We also enjoyed the long pool. Valérie always responded immediately to our concerns.

Great place for children, adults and grandparents that can be placed in a separate little house😉 The pool was heated and lovely to bathe even in the month of April. Great to have lunch under the olive tree and dinner at the long table with barbecue and views🙌 Definitely recommended.

We spent 10 days in this listing. It was our first time with Airbnb and we don't regret it. A very welcoming, attentive host, gave us lots of tips and was always there when needed. Regarding the house, everything was perfect, as in the description! Very clean, very tidy, everything was great. A really beautiful house with all the necessities. Highly recommend this rental. Location was perfect for the area. Annie was easy to deal with and was quick to respond. Yvonne, the house manager, was very helpful, showed us around the property and how things worked. She quickly responded when needed. The summary printed information sheet in the home was very useful in terms of things to do, shopping and recommendations for restaurants. The areas inside and outside the home were open, spacious and comfortable. Our group of three couples has lots of room, felt very comfortable and enjoyed our week.

We spent 2 nights in this beautiful house for a wedding, there were 5 of us and the house was comfortable and open to a beautiful exterior. The pool is very well exposed in a relaxing environment.

Were ninth in Geoffrey's house and felt very comfortable. The garden and the pool are a dream, the house is very spacious. It offers enough space to sit together, but also offers the opportunity for retreat. The terrace invites you to spend cozy evenings together. Geoffrey was easy to reach and quickly supported us with our questions.

The place: situated on a hill some 30 mins away from Nice the house offers a great base to explore the Riviera. It is home away from home- the kitchen was fully equipped so we could comfortably prepare own meals: oven, microwave, dishwasher water boiler, milk frother and a Nespresso machine top the experience. The place has no A/C but ceiling ventilators make up for that. It is situated on two floors with staircase that has a safety door so no problems if you come with small kids like we did. The house is perfect for a long stay as it has a washer and a dryer, fast internet, a big screen smart TV situated in its own TV room with a huge coach that can host your entire family for movie nights. There is a BBQ in the yard and some 4 dining tables to choose from: 3 outdoors and 1 indoors. The bedrooms were comfortable with enough storage space for your clothes, linen bedding and bathroom facilities to all bedrooms. Swimming pool maintained by the host twice per week was greatly appreciated
