An Oasis of Wellness! This impressive holiday home, partially powered by solar energy (12 solar panels), with 4 bedrooms, sea views, a private heated pool, and a jacuzzi, offers everything one could wish for a perfect, relaxing, and comfortable holiday — whether for a large family or a group of friends. Located in a quiet and safe residential area right in front of Ensenada Pelada beach, it features a spacious terrace with a cozy seating area under a romantic wooden pergola, sun loungers to enjoy the wonderful Canary Islands climate, a dining area also protected by a pergola, and a large barbecue. The very spacious living room with open kitchen is fully equipped with all kinds of appliances, including a water filtration system. Three double bedrooms and an independent studio with air conditioning, two double beds, and its own en-suite bathroom, plus two additional full bathrooms with showers — one of which has a whirlpool bathtub with sea views — guarantee the privacy of all guests. You will also find a complete towel set. You’ll enjoy every corner of this special property, both its outdoor spaces and its warm, comfortable interior furnishings. You’ll also find a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer, a safe, and an alarm system. The center of El Médano is only a few minutes away by car. Due to its proximity to the protected natural beach of Ensenada Pelada, we inform our guests that on very windy days, large amounts of sand may accumulate in the pool area, which could affect the outdoor appearance. Likewise, because of the proximity to Tenerife South Airport, occasional aircraft noise may be heard. The total built area of the house is 190 m², including the studio. The plot is 350 m². The pool measures 7.50 m × 3.60 m and is 1.60 m/1.70 m deep, except at the entrance where the depth is about 35 cm over an area of approximately 2 m². Included in the rental price are fiber-optic Wi-Fi, thousands of international TV channels, bed linen, towels, beach towels, a hairdryer, and an ironing set. Please note that this holiday home is equipped with a visible surveillance camera system in the shared outdoor areas, to provide greater security during your stay. The cameras inside the property do NOT record footage; they only serve for motion detection and possible activation of the alarm system. We kindly remind guests that this is a residential property. Therefore, we ask you to respect quiet hours (from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.), not to host parties, and not to smoke inside the accommodation. La Tejita, Family apartment

My 2-bedroom apartment is located in La Tejita, one of the most beautiful beaches in Tenerife. It is fully equipped for either a group of friends or families with children, and can host 6 people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms and a pretty comfortable sofa-bed. Note that one of the bedrooms does not have a window, but there is AC available. The complex has a beautiful pool and solarium to which you will have full access - don't forget to follow the rules when there -. Also, you will have access to a garage space within the complex and there will be a storage unit available for your surfing gear if you come to La Tejita to enjoy watersports! For arrivals after 10pm, there will be an extra cost of 20 EUR that you will pay directly to Lena for her commute outside working hours.

The Loving Los Abrigos apartment has an elegant and comfortable appearance. Very bright, with a spectacular view of the sea. The small building is located right in front of the harbour. Los Abrigos is a small, beloved fishing village, that still retains the charm of the typical seaside village, with many restaurants where you can eat good freshly caught fish. You can dive directly from the pier or use the ladders..to swim in an emerald green sea, play golf or walk along the coast In a word RELAX

Banana plantation 2 bed House + Really Heated Pool

This house is inside a Banana Plantation & Little Group of Houses which Star is a "Really Heated" Pool ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. On the very south of Tenerife, this banana plantation has been there for more than 100 years. Pool is shared with a few more houses. There is also a BBQ area and reading room near the shared pool. Free Mineral water + Spring water dispenser. A recent guest mentioned: "you can go and explore the banana plantation freely: its an unreal experience".

Apartment a few meters from the beach with a wonderful view of the Red Mountain of La Tejita. The apartment has a terrace, a bathroom with a tub, an equipped kitchen (without an oven), and an interior bedroom with a double bed. It also has a community pool and very well-kept gardens. A few meters away is the shopping center, which has restaurants, shops and leisure activities. And an extensive park to walk, play soccer or basketball. A very quiet place to spend a few days relaxing.

The natural beach of La Tejita is 500 meters, also a park with swings for children and to take a nice walk. For more economical, in reservations of 3 or less people will be closed a bedroom. You will enjoy the island from a quiet and calm site nearly just some meters from a wild beach. It's an avant garde architecture (2006) house with a community pool only for 18 houses. Although it's very near TFS airport you will NOT hear the noises, due to is in parallel to the airstrip. The patio downstairs with access from the rooms will make you enjoy and rest. There is a parking place at your availability and condominium pool.
