A cosy detached cottage with two bedrooms makes this the ideal choice for groups of up to four people. We are a 5 minute drive from the medieval town of Josselin and are perfectly located to discover everything Morbihan has to offer. This self-catering gite offers charm and character and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The summer months offer a swimming pool with hammocks, ponds and streams and the cooler months offer a cosy ambience in a picturesque location.

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene space. Large bedroom with dressing room overlooking the countryside on the ground floor, partly fenced and with vegetation, terrace with barbecue, access to the heated pool a few meters away, lined with oak trees with birdsong. Relaxation and rest assured. 1 hour to the beaches, medieval village 10 min, lake 15 min, Brocéliande forest 30 min. We make and sell organic sourdough bread and brioche on site.

This townhouse is close to all amenities. Designed to accommodate 6 guests, your kids can have fun in the play area designed especially for this purpose. The house consists of 3 levels served by two spiral staircases. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. In one, a shower, in the second, a bathtub. Bedroom on the 1st floor: double bed. 2nd floor bedroom: double bed + pull-out bed (2 single beds) Easy parking nearby.

Small stone building, adjoining our house, this cottage is located in a small village, 10 minutes from Ploermel and all amenities, with quick access to the Nantes to Brest canal and the greenway (bike and hiking). You will also be 35' from the Gulf of Morbihan, Vannes, beaches, but also, close to the forest of Brocéliande, Josselin and its castle, Rochefort en Terre (classified village), La Gacilly, Malestroit...

Our house atypical by its size , its shape, its spiral staircase ⚠️can adapt to people with mobility difficulties because it is a little narrow and steep. It is classified 2 ⭐️and is located in the heart of Josselin in a quiet area. You can walk to the shops: the bakery,the restaurants ,the Saturday morning market and especially the castle.
