An impeccable location!! We were welcomed by Ramon and we love him! He was super attentive and resolved everything we asked for and more. When we arrived they had assigned us an apartment at the top and we were with a person who could not climb stairs and they were so kind to change the apartment for one downstairs at the time, and provide us with everything we needed, the kitchen was very well equipped. we'll definitely be back!

The apartment has an amazing view and Ismael is a great host. The place has many sports and recreational activities, amazing pool steps down the beach. I recommend it 100% and I would come back again.

We had a great week. The apartment has everything you are looking for, it is one block from the sea in the area of the pier which is quite quiet and without tumult. Both downtown San Bernardo and Mar de Ajó can be reached on foot, (between 5 and 10 minutes on foot). Maria Elena is an excellent host, there was almost no need to communicate but she was always at our disposal. Highly recommended stay!

We had a great stay, we felt very comfortable, all the amenities available and the warmth of the place gave us the feeling of as if we were at home. The proximity to the beach a few blocks away allowed us to distend appropriately, allowed us to relax and disconnect from everything.

The place was wonderful, the space was very nice, comfortable and very clean. The nice area, close to the beach and Mirta very friendly,always attentive and I help us at all times. Excellent! The host, Kity, gave us a great welcome: with welcome chocolates, the house was warm thanks to the air already on, and everything was impeccable. He left us sheets and towels ready, which was a big plus. We went as a family to spend a long weekend and the truth is that the house exceeded our expectations: it is super comfortable, cozy and is lovingly decorated. Kity was friendly from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood is very quiet, ideal for resting, and the house is close to everything you need. We would definitely go back!

We spent a few great days in the house. It is beautiful, comfortable, has everything you need and more for a pleasant stay. The photos don't do it justice, it's actually prettier in person. The garden is a dream, we had a spectacular barbecue. Cristina welcomed us and treated us like family. We felt very comfortable. Beautiful house in Costa Esmeralda to enjoy as a family. Located in a strategic sector within the country, two minutes away from everything. You feel right at home from the moment you arrive until you leave. Francisco was always present and available for whatever we needed, super attentive. We'll definitely be back!

We had a super quiet stay. In a wonderful place, where the peace of the place allows you to rest and enjoy at the same time. The sunrises were incredible and the apartment is very spacious and modern. It has everything you need to stay in the place. The covered garage and 24-hour security add to the family's peace of mind. Our stay was excellent. The apartment was spotless, clean, well equipped and very comfortable. The location is perfect. Communication was prompt and clear at all times. We would definitely come back and recommend it 100%.

A super recommended apartment to stay, open the balcony and see the sea, the best view! The location is great, you have the Coto 3 blocks away, the center around the way, where you have the cinema, the toys, restaurants, cafes, where they sell souvenirs, etc. Regarding the apartment, the kitchen is very well equipped, the refrigerator is old but it does its job. The bathroom is full. The bed is comfortable and hidden, a genius because it has a super mirror. Hector is an excellent Host, he is very friendly and even leaves you up to a manual for the things of the house and useful phones.

EVERYTHING IS GREAT

We absolutely loved staying in this house! The apartment is perfect, especially for families — spacious, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The large dishwasher was a great time-saver, and the view is simply magnificent. You can enjoy the ocean from the living room, which makes every moment special. The outdoor grill was a nice bonus, and although we didn’t get a chance to use all the facilities, the whole area is beautifully maintained. It seems like a shortcut to the ocean will be available soon, which will make this place even more accessible from the beach. Overall, this is truly one of the best places to stay by the ocean. We hope to come back someday!

The apartment features a terrace and common space with great sunset views and is great for eating outside. The bedrooms are super comfortable, with good beds. Everything excellent, plus an unbeatable attention from Clara. We'll be back.
