Romain had already been very friendly before our arrival but as soon as we set foot in the accommodation, we felt the human warmth that emanated from the walls! A home that is not only impeccable and well furnished but also full of small details that make you feel welcome (sheets that smell good AND ironed, a little welcome note, some candy...). Thank you to Romain for all this, it allowed us to feel comforted while we came to Nantes for the hospitalization of a loved one.

Martine and Pierre's accommodation is ideal for small families, close to Forget Island for walks with children. Easy access to a park-and-ride lot to get to Nantes by public transit! Martine and Pierre are very welcoming and have nice touches for travelers!

Great home with lots of thoughtful touches

The apartment offered is very clean, Béatrice provided all the bed linen and towels that were impeccable. She welcomed us warmly and showed us the possible activities around the cottage thanks to many leaflets and maps made available. This home is located in a quiet area. Thanks to Beatrice for hosting us, her kindness, her arrangements for check-in and check-out!

I was lucky to manage to grab a long weekend with my husband in Isabelle's slice of paradise in Nantes. She was a wonderful and kind host, I asked for some local recommendations for restaurants and she came back very quickly with a variety of suggestions at various prices. We had a wonderful time relaxing in the very private courtyard and swimming in the pool. I would highly recommend staying if you get the chance.

Super cozy and well thought-out small apartment, bathroom and kitchen great, separate toilet (unfortunately loud, so rather difficult at night) Bed quality super good, pull-out sofa, cool wallpaper / wall design, nice ambience. Everything great! Only: unfortunately quite loud street :( And: for the stairs to the 2nd floor with luggage, you have to be sure-footed. In total: great and the communication with the landlords was perfect !!!

The accommodation was as described and well-equipped, especially the kitchen. I enjoyed the view of the Erdre and the private parking space which are a real plus for an apartment in town. Recommended! Cécile is welcoming, friendly and accommodating! Small downsides: the elevator button to go to the basement was broken which involved going around the outside to go to the garage and the soundproofing is not terrible especially in the living room.

We had a lovely stay at this place as described. The apartment was clean, nice and in a good location. Communication with the host was excellent, always responsive and attentive. It was a little hot inside during our stay, the air circulation being quite limited, but this did not spoil our experience. We leave with very good memories and recommend this listing without hesitation!

We had a great time at this apartment in the city centre of Nantes! The place was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located. Our host was nice and very communicative with fast responses, which made everything easy and smooth. Highly recommended!

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

Great stay in Nantes at this place. Friendly and accommodating host for the arrival time, the place was clean and functional. The building is a bit noisy and poorly insulated, however.

The accommodation is well-equipped, easy to access. Public transport is relatively close, about 500 m. 2 bakeries nearby, 30 m for one and 100 m for the other. Instructions are clear. Importance of having a closed parking lot. I would this property.
