Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in La Chapelle-d'Abondance

Our stay was most enjoyable. The house offers all the amenities for a week-long stay. Thirty minutes from the train station, the walk is pleasant. We enjoyed the cleanliness of the place and the modernity of the facilities.

Very nice hosting . Very friendly, easy communication. Very well-equipped accommodation, very clean, even better than in the photos. You can go there without a second thought. i recommend it.

Sebastien responded quickly to our messages, communication was easy, not complicated and friendly, we felt comfortable. The cottage was as described, clean, very, very well equipped (better than described), the magnificent view, and the sauna and jakuzi great. In short, a lovely vacation for us.

Maria and Jean-Marc are very welcoming and open hosts without being stingy with practical information. The accommodation is exactly as described and is very functional. Jean-Marc offered to take us to a site close to their home while showing us his native region. A big thank you to Maria and Jean-Marc for their advice and availability. We had a great time, very comfortable beds, everything perfect. Very useful coffee machine and kettle, with everything you need to use them. Very convenient parking space and lake, restaurants and funicular less than 10 minutes from the house. We will definitely be back, also because we felt welcomed with care by Stephanie, who is always very helpful with advice.

Our weekend in Paola's chalet was wonderful. The chalet is spacious, wonderfully decorated and very confortable fir 3 families and 5 kids. We enjoyed our stay and already want to come back! it was perfect!!!

Claire and Benoit are extremely caring and available. The dishwasher was unfortunately out of order but that didn't bother us at all. To apologize, Claire and Benoit offered us a basket of local products, we appreciated this delicate attention. Despite the rain, we had a lovely stay. The accommodation allowed us to be quiet, and the hikes rejuvenated us. We recommend this beautiful place!

This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

"Made with love" is the best way to describe Jean-Claude's and Marinette's beautiful place. The interior design and the view are gorgeous. Every time I thought I had forgotten something (scissors, travel adapter) I found it was already provided for. And there is even Ninja Cooker! Marinette made sure that I have everything I needed when I arrived and Jean-Claude messaged me straight away when he found I had forgotten some of my belongings, so I could return and collect them. During my stay I had all the privacy I needed and the internet was working perfectly. Thank you so much Jean-Claude and Marinette for your wonderful hospitality - I look forward to returning again!

We spent three nights at Charlotte's cabin and couldn't have been happier with our choice. It is situated in a peaceful and beautiful location, with many great hiking trails nearby. The owners were very friendly, giving lots of useful tips on where the best places to visit and eat in the area. The location was perfect for many amazing trips. I loved being able to stay there with our furry friend. The accommodation itself was very cozy, maybe not very big but enough for a couple with a dog. We felt in love with the views there, and would definitely like to come back there. Thank you Charlotte for your hospitability, and a lovely stay in your house, with all great recommendations !

Our highlight was the view from the terrace. We enjoyed sitting there for a long time in the evening and looking at the lake and the lights. Everything else was great and we didn't miss anything. As a starting point for a bike tour, the place was also very convenient. We can only recommend this place!

The view from the balcony is breathtaking. From Thollon, Geneva, Lausanne and Montreux can be reached in up to an hour's drive/ferry. We highly recommend taking the cable car up to enjoy the breathtaking view over Lake Geneva and the mountains. The restaurant offers very delicious food and drinks. Christiaan is very friendly and is always available. Thanks a bunch I'm sure we'll be back.

The most gorgeous location, perfect to stay as a solo traveller. Easy access to beautiful local trails and felt very safe and secure in the property.

Very responsive host (Small problem dealt with almost instantly!) with good communication. Clear instructions to get in. Central location that was also quiet . Easy to walk to local restaurants ( good recommendations from host) even with my crutch ( notes there is 2 flights of steps to flat) Immaculately clean & well presented studio flat. We didn’t do any cooking but simple hot plate & microwave, fridge & Nespresso coffee machine. Hot shower.

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

We had a wonderful stay at Ivanka's condo. We were looking for something serene and peaceful, and we found exactly that! You have an amazing view of the lake and surrounding mountains, and the huge balcony allows for a total submersion into the surrounding nature. I particularly enjoyed the hanging chair on the balcony. We also really appreciated that we had everything we needed; we did not have to want for anything. The space was spacious, comfortable, and well-stocked. Ivanka was also extremely responsive, always under 10 minutes, and this was so lovely. She gave excellent suggestions and made the check-in and check-out process seamless. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you Ivanka!

Thierry’s place was amazing! Everything was very well prepared and Thierry was very quick to respond to any questions that came up. We had a little trouble finding the place and Thierry came and met us and showed us where to go. Thierry was a fantastic host! The view from the house is so beautiful! Pictures don’t quite capture it. Kitchen was well equipped and showers had great water pressure. The place does not have A/C (which we were aware of) but even with the fans it was still quite warm due to the hot summer temperatures we had during our stay. This is not a complaint, just something to be aware of. We really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for your hospitality Thierry!

A very nice apartment. Check-in and check-out well organized. Great location. We liked it. The street is busy, so we had to keep the windows closed at night. The windows are well insulated, but you could still easily hear the traffic. Unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on the beach, but we were able to lie down next to the water.

We had a wonderful stay at Katya's place! Since it’s the house where she lives, it felt very cozy and like a real home. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes from the train station, making it super easy to visit nearby cities like Montreux and Lausanne. Communication with Katya was very smooth, she was always friendly and helpful. We left already wanting to come back!

Can’t say good enough things about the host and the apartment. Was perfect for our weeks skiing for my family with 3 children. Will book again if I come to Châtel and will recommend! 5 star!
