This charming little Creus house is located in Parchimbaud, a hamlet 3 km from the village of St-Sébastien (23160), where you will find a grocery store with bread depot, a pharmacy and an SNCF train station. St-Sébastien is 24 km from the Souterraine, 7 km from Crozant village famous for its valley of painters, fortress and arboretum de la Sédelle. 10km from Chambon beach on the edge of Lake Eguzon offers a wide variety of water activities.

A country house next to ours in a calm and peacefull situation surrended by nature. An independante entry with a private garden fully enclosed and a place to park your car. Once inside, you enter in the saloon with a fully equiped opened kitchen. You'll get a bedroom with a two people's bed, a bathroom with a bathtube and toilets. To finish, a mezzanine with a two people's bed a a desk corner. English TV available.

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.
