We are renting our beautiful apartment in a newly renovated building in the UNESCO town of Karlovy Vary. It is composed of an open-space kitchen, a bedroom, and a children room. Located in a residential area of the town, it's a 15-minute walk from a mineral water swimming pool Thermal and the center of the town. A children playground is in front of the building and beautiful forests are a short walk away. There is an absolutely no party policy in the apartment - this is a residential building.

Other furniture such as beds, closets, and cabinets were made by ourselves along with our best friends. We have spent a lot of time, energy and effort on the overall renovation. We loved Petra’s apartment. When we stepped inside it felt very homey. The apartment is large, has 2 bedrooms, each with TV, main one with lounge, , big kitchen, washing machine and a dryer in the bathroom. We had a car so the location was great for us being a bit away from the Center if the town and close to golf resort we have played golf at. We have enjoyed our stay in Petra’s place and would recommend her apartment to anyone,

The accommodation at Bernhard and Silke's is a dream and super nicely located!!! If you can't make it down here, you won't make it anywhere ;-)! Bernhard and Silke are super nice hosts, give great tips and are just nice. Eggs are available directly from our own chickens and the playful cat also comes by to check ;-). Johanngeorgenstadt boasts one superlative after another (largest free-standing candle arch, pyramid with wooden figures that explain the town's history, horse goffel, first ski jump in Germany). There is a super nice natural outdoor swimming pool and you can explore the area directly from the accommodation on foot or by (e) bike. The Czech border is just around the corner. If you want to explore the West Erzgebirge with all its facets, this is the place to be!

We had a very nice time in Karlsbad. The apartment is well appointed and very well located. The city center and the thermal baths can be reached quickly. Only the street is sometimes a bit noisy.

A comfortable room features two spacious beds, layered with soft throws. Natural light enters through a large window, complemented by light curtains. A desk is positioned under the window, with decorative items on shelves along the walls, creating a functional and inviting living space.

Nice apartment in quiet area close to grocery store. We went skiing in Klinovec for a few days which worked fine for us.

Spa Jewel - Stylish Flat in the Center! with Sauna

A fabulous apartment and hosts! It's in the middle of the touristic center, but as it's a "penthouse" and there are no beer-bars under the buildings, it feels very private. Be ready to make 130 steps up, which makes it an amazing cardio! There was a smart TV where I was able to add my Google account so my parents were able to watch their favorite movies on YouTube. The apartment basically had everything we needed. I'm very satisfied!
