Господин Dimitriou очень гостеприимный и отзывчивый хозяин с прекрасным вкусом. Сама квартира удобна, все функционально, с современными технологиями, особо понравился декор квартиры( возможно ручными изделиями), кухня оснащена всей необходимой бытовой техникой. И вообще все продумано до мелочей. Я осталась довольна своим выбором. Хотелось бы особо отметить предупредительность и гостеприимство хозяина. Еще по пути к дому , уже были получены четкие инструкции и весьма полезные советы касательно достопримечательностей и еды. С удовольствием вернулась бы еще раз Спасибо хозяевам - господину Трифоносу

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

This place truly is a hidden gem of Athens - the view alone is PRICELESS! Konstantinos has put a lot of effort into creating an electric experience at his place. It’s very large, has everything you could think of needing, very comfortable bed and a view that is spectacular, day and night. Don’t skip this spot!

Welcomed on arrival and shown around apartment. Ideal for 2 couples each with own access. Perfectly located for popular tourist attractions, restaurants and bars, all within walking distance. The view of the lighted Acropolis from the rooftop at night created the perfect end to each evening. Highly recommend!

Great host excellent communication very clean apartment. Just next door to lovely coffee shop and close to great restaurants.

It was perfect for us for our short overnight stay and we loved the interior decoration, paintings and the covered courtyard. It was conveniently close to the ferry port and there was free on street parking for our van. The host was very quick to respond to our communications. Thank you! :)

Παρα πολυ καλο δωμάτιο, πολυ καθαρό παντου,κοντά στο νοσοκομείο που χρειαζομουν.Πολυ επικοινωνιακη η οικοδεσποινα και πάντα διαθεσιμη τις φορες που τη θελαμε.Η τιμη του δωματίου πολυ καλη.Σιγουρα αν χρειαστεί να παμε σε αυτην την περιοχή θα παμε ξανά. Ήσυχα γειτονιά με πολλα παιδιά!

Great place with a fantastic pool in Gazi. The hosts are very quick to respond. We loved our stay.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire. Il est à proximité immédiate d’une petite paisible calme où se trouve de nombreux restaurants. L’appartement est calme, la terrasse est idéalement exposé au soleil toute la journée, l’immeuble est très sécurisé. L’hôte est réactif. Je recommande.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

This spot is nothing short of Unique! The host was so kind and very responsive. We loved the accessibility to local restaurants and bars. We were able to get and Uber very quickly if we needed. The rooms were great and spacious. The pool was definitely a unique touch. I’d be mindful of the shower situation though, no shower curtain in the claw foot tub and the shower curtain in the downstairs shower didn’t prevent the water from going in the bathroom. Other than the showers the stay was incredible and so fun with a group of friends. I recommend if you want a unique stay in the arts area of Athens

Pj was an amusing owner. Place very lovely and romantic. She is very focused on customer and in apartment dont miss nothing. not so far from center of Athene where you can go with car or train too ( station is 10 minutes walk ). center of Kifisia is nice and we suggest an ice cream to Da Vinci shop. Only difficult thing is if you have a baby with stroller is very hard go truth sidewalks. thank you Pj for our stay. Andrea Veronica and Massimo 😀

Gemütliches Appartement, toller Balkon. Alles vorhanden was benötigt wird. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation war extrem gut und schnell und vor allem freundlichen . Alle Wünsche wurden erfüllt. Alle Anweisungen und Infos waren hilfreich.

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Smaragdas Appartement. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön. Die Lage gut für Ausflüge nach Athen und Umgebung. Wir hatten einen Mietwagen. Der Strand mit einer tollen Bar und Club liegt 10 min zu Fuß. Smaragda war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Everything was like it should be. The apartment was beautiful and clean and I really liked the bathroom because for me it’s one of the most important things and it was pretty clean it has a nice shower. The second important thing for me is the bed and it was amazingly comfortable and I slept perfect. I would definitely recommend that place because my experience was perfect and the host was super kind, helpful and a very friendly guy.

Predivan boravak u Zenijinom prelepom stanu. Komunikacija sa Zenijom i Tanjom je bila odlična, a prijava jednostavna. Veoma smo zahvalni i na obezbeđnom parking mestu u garaži odmah preko puta zgrade. Sve preporuke za ovaj smeštaj.

Eine sehr tolle Unterkunft und ein ausgezeichnetes Preisleistungsverhältnis. Yiannis der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und ließ uns etwas früher einchecken, damit wir nicht lange warten müssen. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wir konnten sehr gut kochen und alles was wir wollten auf dem Fernseher schauen, auf welchem alle möglichen Streamingdienste verfügbar waren. Den Abend konnte man sehr gut auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Leider gab es nur in einem Zimmer eine Klimaanlage, jedoch war dies ausreichend um das Aparment während des Tages ausreichend zu kühlen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und unserem Gastgeber Yiannis. Wenn wir fragen hatten, haben wir eine schnelle und hilfreiche Antwort bekommen. Eine Erfahrung die ich genauso wieder machen würde!

Tolle dachterasse und zusätzlicher Balkon mit direktem Blick auf die Akropolis. Lage top fussläufig zu Bus und U-Bahn. In ca 1h Fußweg hat man alle Spots bis zur Akropolis abgelaufen. Kypseli kleines nettes bürgerliches Viertel mit toller Kaffeehauskultur.

Leonidas’s place was one of the most beautiful apartments we have stayed in. There was a lot of attention put into decoration and furnishing that made it stand out. The terrace was amazing! The host was very responsive and we can only recommend this special place when visiting Athens!

This is a terrific AirBNB listing and excellent base to explore Athens from. The accommodation itself is very homely, stylish, clean and comfortable. The hosts were lovely and communicative. The location is walkable to the main spots in Athens, but also removed from the central tourist ‘hot spot’, so you’re away from the crowds. There are plenty of cool spots and bars nearby too. All in all, I’d gladly stay here again. Thanks for having us!

טניה היתה מארחת מעולה! התכניות שלנו השתנו והיינו צריכים לעזוב מוקדם יותר, והיא באה לקראתנו ועזרה לנו לבטל עם מינימום עלויות! גם הדירה עצמה היתה נהדרת.

I stayed here for a month and felt right at home. It’s a lovely, residential neighborhood and I was honored to feel like a local. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The apartment has obviously been recently renovated and is nicely furnished for a rental property. It’s comfortable and feels safe. There are coffee shops right downstairs as is a yummy kabob restaurant and multiple grocery stores within a short walk. In fact, I walked all around Athens from the apartment, but there are also bus stops very close and a metro station being built. Anna was responsive and helpful. I would stay again
