Amazing apartment in a heart of a city. Just few steps to subway station Khreshchatyk. Central department store, Maidan Nezalezhnosty (Independence Square), Bessarabsky Market (farm market) and a lot of boutiques, malls, supermarkets, ATM, restaurants and cafes, all you need you’ll find just in 2-10 min walking distance from this apartment. It’s a VERY CENTRAL part of the city. And despite this our apartment is in quiet place. All the windows and a huge balcony overlook a quiet courtyard.

This unique space has its own style. The apartment with designer renovation, new furniture and new appliances has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Luxury renovation is made of quality materials and thought out to the smallest detail. A great area with excellent infrastructure. A lot of shops, cafe, restaurants. Within a walking distance there is a clinic "Dobrobut" Across the street there is a park area with entertainment for children. Nearby is the NOVUS HYPERMARKET

The apartment was exactly as described and the photos matched perfectly. Alisa was very responsive, helpful, gave some great tips. The area is a super area for a short or long term stay, many nice restaurants, a walkable distance to two nice malls. The cafes and restaurants in the area were really high quality, everything from breakfast cafes, pastry shops, Asian, Italian, all really good and nearby. Liked the apartment very much, very big, plenty of room, closet space, nice sofa, everything you could ask for!
