Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

You are welcome to wander the farms in the garden or settle in the shade of the huge hanging arrow. The house is located at the end of the road, and here is calm and peaceful. Here, the nightingale sings in May-June. Double bed is available, if you have children, there is the possibility of an extra bed or a crib. Bicycle is available, close to train station and bus. Close to Söderåsen and to several cities.

In a few square meters we have created a smart and modern compact living where we have taken care of every square meter. There is the possibility to take walks in a rural setting or just take it easy on the private patio (40 m2) with its own hot tub. The property - Hyllie station (where Emporia shopping center is located) it takes 12 minutes by bus. Hyllie station - Copenhagen center takes it 28 min by train.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family house, where the host couple live in the apartment above. A warm welcome to pleasant Ekeby, a small town located in northwestern Skåne. Around 3,500 people of mixed ages live here, mainly in villas but also in some apartments and farms. One of Sweden's largest privately owned furniture stores is also located here, with a restaurant serving lunch, sandwiches and cakes. Enjoy your holiday in a rural location with the animals outside the window! Morning sun and grazing horses as accessories for morning coffee. 1.5 km to the train station with connection to Helsingborg and Malmö. Spacious parking included. The apartment is located on top of the stable so noises can occur during the night. There are animals on the farm so it is not recommended if you have a severe fur allergy. Beautiful rural location just outside Röstånga. Functional and fresh. You have two levels of about 25 sqm built in the gable of a barn entirely to yourself. The bedroom is upstairs, the stairs do not have a handrail. The kitchen has two cooking plates, kitchen fan, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and fridge with freezer. No oven. Fully equipped with kitchen items. The sofa bed is on the ground floor and unfortunately is not so comfortable to sleep in. Note towels, sheets and cleaning included!

Welcome, My name is Frans, a couple of years ago I had a stroke so my speech isn’t a 100% but I understand Dutch, English and Swedish. The living room, bedroom and bathroom have been built inside a garage which is yours as well (there’s plenty of heating). There has been installed a small kitchen which has a stove,toaster,kettle,fridge,microwave and of course your basic utilities.(Theres a crockpot as well). If you need any other kitchen equipment just ask :)
