The villas are tucked in the heart of Bali’s trendiest and most popular area, Seminyak. They are situated in a very quiet and save residential area on Jl. Plawa, without any noise disturbance. Just 200 m leads you to the famous shopping street Jl. Seminyak and well known restaurants and a short walk to the beautiful Seminyak Beach. To Bintang supermarket it takes a 5 min walk, to Seminyak beach 15 min. The DAYAK Villas are within a 30 minute drive from Bali’s international airport. For availability of Villa Dayak and Villa Dayak-Asmat please refer to the corresponding Calendars. Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas Bali are built each on 500 m2 land size. The villas are completely independent and separated by a 2,5 m high wall. They look same, also the outside area, but are completely separated. Each villa has of course its own pool. So you can enjoy your full privacy. The Villas have a beautiful tropical adapted design, with a real personal original touch. A subtle combination of modern comfortable tropical living with a touch of antique ethnic art, creating a unique atmosphere secluded among lush manicured gardens. Managed with love and care, it’s our pleasure to provide you a personal service and make your stay in Bali relaxing and unforgettable. Each villa features two fully air-conditioned Bungalow-bedrooms, with queen size beds (180 cm x 200 cm), 2 beds for 4 guests. You will especially appreciate the en-suit bathrooms with its own beautiful tropical garden. The rooms are comfortable, equipped with air conditioning, offering large cupboards and views to the garden and swimming pool. They are decorated with taste and with nice combination of colors. Luxurious queen-size beds with comfortable pillows and high thread count sheets and mosquitos nets will contribute to your healthy, recuperating sleep. At Dayak and Dayak-Asmat villas there is space and comfort. Each villa has a 60 m2 open-plan living area, with well equipped kitchen, separate dining and comfortable, romantic sitting space The living and the pool area are spacious and the infinity natural stone 3 x 10 m pool gives you an impression to have a piece of the ocean in your garden. To assure you optimal service our housekeeper and some of our staff are living in the staff quarter of the resort. The entire resort in monitored by CCTV. Our villa staff will be delighted to attend to all wishes and needs; be it arranging day trips, renting scooters, or preparing breakfast at the villa. We are looking forward to your stay. We will make sure that you are very well looked after. Beautiful open living room, dining area, & pool-side gazebo for massages & to relax. Enjoy a relaxed breakfast with fresh fruit & fresh juices at the villa. Please note that there will be and will only charge you the cost of ingredients. for her efforts as she will take care of the shopping, preparation, and cleaning for you afterwards. We also recommend to try out some of the great restaurants in close walking distance like Kilo Cafe or Principle Cafe which also offer great breakfast and coffee. We will be happy help you to arrange for motorbike/scooter hire & day trips - just let us know! We will also prepare fresh towels and bed sheets for you and are cleaning the villa for you 6 days a week (Sundays are off in Bali - if you require service on Sundays kindly let us know) including the service for pool & garden. There are security cameras outside of the villa which will be checked by our security guard who stays less than 5 mins from the villa for your safety. The villa has 2 bathrooms, each equipped with shower, bathtub, toilet, shower gel, shampoo, hand wash, towels, hair dryer, and scented oils and candles so you can fully relax at Villa Etania. The villa has plenty of parking for a car and several motor bikes. A short stroll up the lane to the main road (Jl Braban) that runs behind 'Eats street' (Jalan Laksamana) is an easy option to hail a blue cab. A cheaper and easy option is to download the 'Grab taxi' app and order a taxi to the villa front door. Mr Sukra, the villa manager, will happily assist with organising any transportation requirements. We have a very reliable, bubbly and trustworthy nanny available upon request.
