Around the corner is a tram stop that takes you into the city or out to the archipelago (15 minutes in each direction). Ica Supermarket is one block away. The perfect accommodation for families with children or larger groups of up to 8 people.

A 15 minutes tram ride will take you to Saltholmen, the gateway to Gothenburg’s archipelago or 25 minutes to the City center. It’s walking distance to Röda Sten and Nya Varvet where you will find restaurants with harbor view’s . The Swedish translation is funky, it’s not a loft it’s down stairs and the room for your suitcases is just that 🤷‍♀️

Peter ist ein super freundlicher, bemühter und zuvorkommender Host. Die Kommunikation klappte immer reibungslos und er antwortete innerhalb kürzester Zeit. Wie waren nun für 4 Wochen in der Airbnb und sind super zufrieden. Wie würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Die Wohnung ist ganz nahe der Tramstation und schön gelegen. In der Nähe sind tolle Möglichkeiten zum spazieren gehen. Auch an sich war die Wohnung sehr schön und gut ausgestattet!

πολύ ωραία εμπειρία!! η οικοδέσποινα απαντούσε κατευθείαν είχαμε καλή επικοινωνία. Για μακροχρόνια παραμονή δεν ξέρω αν είναι το ιδανικό γιατί είναι πολύ κοντά στα τρένα και έχει σχετικά φασαρία και για κάποιο λόγο είχε πολυ σκόνη. κατά τα άλλα πολύ καλό το σπίτι ανταποκρίνονται στην πραγματικότητα οι εικόνες!! θα το προτιμούσα ξανά αν πήγαινα Γκέτεμποργκ. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την παραμονή!!

It was in a great location not too far away from the city centre and right next to the old town where there was plenty of nice restaurants and there were many things to do nearby. The host was very friendly and provided clear instructions on how to access the property, as well as provided us with more information upon arrival. Highly recommend.

Var så heldig å komme over leiligheten til Johan da jeg lette gjennom Airbnb-appen i forbindelse med deltakelse på fotballturneringen Öbollen. Kommunikasjonen gikk bra. Raske og gode svar når jeg hadde spørsmål i forkant av mitt opphold. Vi var 3 menn hvor 2 delte et soverom og jeg sov i seng i stuen. Var ikke veldig mye i selve leiligheten da dagene gikk med til fotballcup. Enkel og grei standard på leiligheten, med alt man trenger i hverdagen. Romslig stue og fin uteplass. Vi fikk også låne sykler. Flott kyststi rett utenfor døren. Virkelig flotte omgivelser. Om vi noen gang skal tilbake til Öbollen, drar vi gjerne tilbake til Johan :-)

Vi tyckte mycket om detta boende. Fint och smakfullt med alla bekvämligheter. Lugnt och mysigt område men ändå nära till city. Emma och Victor var jättetrevliga värdar med snabb återkoppling och kommunikation. Kan verkligen rekommendera deras boende!
