My place is a mix of scandinavian and loft design(renovated 2019). Its 35 sq.m. which will be comfortable for max. of 2 people. Location is absolutely perfect for exploring Almaty. Apartment located in the heart of historical center of the city called 'golden square'. Within walking distance (100-200m) you will find the main pedestrian streets (walking streets) Panfilov str. and Zhibek Zholy str., Astana Square, huge amount of cafes, bakerys and restaurants around, metro station(750m), big mall.

Tamerlan is one of the best hosts and people you’ll ever find. He helped me with a great many things and I can say we really got along. He went above and beyond to make my stay pleasant. 🫐🌻✨ reliable and trustworthy and kind. The apartment is stunningly new and clean and in a wonderful cozy neighbourhood with all amenities nearby. The city centre is only a 20 minute drive away. But a world class mall is only a four minute drive away. And the less travelled mountains are easily accessible.

I love it here. There are a lot of buses, and you can walk to the city. There are two beds, so it's very, very, very convenient for two people to sleep. The fridge is big and the kitchen is big. Now that Koreans are going to travel to Almaty a lot, please book this room in advance at a cheap price!!!!!!

The view from the apartment was fantastic. The apartment was really clean and spacious. Timur sent excellent instructions on how to get into the complex, building and apartment making the whole check-in process easy. He also supplied extra helpful information about activities! The location was great, walkable to everywhere, and close to a supermarket. Excellent stay, Excellent apartment, excellent views!

Great modern appartement, everything is very well thought through. The building and courtyard are nice too, lots of high quality coffee shops right in the building. Walkable to the historic city center. I stayed for a longer time (2 weeks) and it felt like home!
