Die lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft ist mit elektrischen Rollläden und einer Fußbodenheizung ausgestattet. Lebensmittel / Bäckerei gibt es direkt Vorort. Mit dem Bus (Linie 1 - alle 30 Min.) ist man in 20 Min. in der mittelalterlichen Altstadt von Landshut. München ist mit dem PKW innerhalb von nur 60 Minuten erreichbar. Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

Im absoluten Stadtkern gelegen direkt zwischen Altstadt und Isar lädt unsere Ferienwohnung mit Isarblick-Balkon ein zum Entspannen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen. Fußläufig über die romantischen Gassen und Strassen erreichb. sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Landshuts. Es stehen insgesamt 3 Schlafmögl. zur Verfügung, sowie ein Bad mit Dusche und WC, ein separates WC und eine komplett eingerichtete Küche. Im Hof ist Platz für Fahrräder und der Anwohnerparkausweis lässt sie nicht weit zur Wohnung laufen.
