We love to welcome you in our former spacious forester's house. We are a Dutch family with 3 children who bought the house in 2006 as a family vacation home. With a lot of love and attention we think we have created a unique spot in the quiet forests of the Czech Republic. If you love nature you will feel completely at home. Walking, cycling, mountain biking, you are in the middle of it! In the summer you can enjoy the silence on the veranda and in the winter the cosines by the fireplace.

Welcome to Niedermurach in the beautiful Upper Palatinate! We are a small family offering our lovingly prepared holiday apartment, which features a picturesque view of the Murach stream. It is situated in a quiet spot on the lower level of our house and is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. There is ample parking and, of course, a private entrance. Children are very welcome; a travel cot and a high chair are provided in the apartment.

Das schöne, moderne Doppelzimmer ohne Balkon erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen. Es bietet Platz für bis zu 3 Personen. Im schönen, hellen Schlafzimmer befindet sich ein Doppelbett und ein Fernseher. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich eine Schlafcouch (bietet Platz für eine Person), ein SAT-TV; Telefon und ein Tisch mit Stühlen. Außerdem kann ein Kinderbett in das Zimmer gestellt werden. Das Bad besteht aus Dusche und WC.

The vacation home is located in Winklarn, a small town, home to a baker, butcher and pastry chef. The next largest city of Oberviechtach with all shopping is only 6 km away. It is at ground level, barrier-free, surrounded by a large garden. It is heated with electricity and a fireplace/wood. Hot water is prepared by a water heater.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
