Comfortable place for a relaxing stay in the area. Located in a very quiet place compared to noisy beach line, feels very safe and nicely rural. Ozge who oversaw my check-in/out was a pleasure to work with, and allowed for plenty of flexibility. Appreciate everything!

Bodrum’un en sakin kısımlarında huzurlu güzel bir tatil arayanlara tavsiyemdir. Gamze hanım her konuyla tek tek ilgilendi. Çok profesyonel bir döküman paylaştı bizimle her konuyu içeriyor. Yine de sorularım olduğunda çok kısa sürede yanıt verdi. Evin manzarası ve sakinliği benim en sevdiğim kısmıydı. Tertemiz , ihtiyacımız olan her şeyin olduğu bir ev. Gamze hanımın evini kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz.

Yıllardır farklı ülkelerde, farklı şehirlerde birçok ev sahibiyle tanıştık. Ancak Emre Bey, Süleyman Bey ve Feyza Hanım gibi bir ev sahibiyle tanışmadık. Bu kadar ilgili, bu kadar kibar ve bu kadar paylaşımcı oldukları için kendilerine çok teşekkür ederiz. Ev gerçekten inanılmaz temizdi. Mutfak malzemelerinde eksik hiçbir şey yoktu. Ev mükemmel konumdaydı. Manzarası ve denizi harikaydı. Eleştirilebilecek tek bir durum bile olmadı. İnanılmaz ağırlandık, bizimle çok ilgilendiler ve ilgileri sayesinde mükemmel bir tatil yaptık. Bize yeni bir dost, yeni bir aile kazandırdıkları için kendilerine tekrardan teşekkür ederiz. Burayı tercih edeceklere de kesinlikle gönül rahatlığı ile tavsiye ederiz. Yeniden görüşmek dileğiyle.

Esra is a wonderful host. Very polite in communication and always helps with problems, if any. For example, he helped us find a hospital where we can get vaccinated and then make an appointment there. The house is fully consistent with the description, live comfortably. The location is excellent, very nice and the sea is 100 meters from the house. The Internet in the house is also good, enough for remote work as a programmer. The only problem was that 2 times the electricity was completely cut off in the city for several hours during the day. But this was due to the construction work that was carried out precisely during our stay. Usually this doesn't happen here.

Mit den Infos die Mari uns vorab geschickt hat haben wir die Unterkunft sehr gut gefunden. Die Villa liegt in einer Ruhigen Straße und wir haben immer einen Parkplatz direkt davor gefunden. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Kleinere Geschäfte und den Strand kann man über Treppen zu Fuß erreichen. Besonders geliebt haben wir die Aussicht auf Kos und den Pool. Auch der Lokale Strand ist sehr schön. Ins Stadtzentrum von Turgutreis sind es mit dem Auto wenige Minuten. Dort gibt es größere Lebensmittel Geschäfte und viel Auswahl bei Restaurants. Die Aussicht auf die Inseln dort zählt zu den schönsten in der Ägais. Sie Kommunikation mit Mari war Klasse, immer schnell, hilfreich und super nett. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Bedriye hanım sağolsun oldukça nazik ve yardımseverdi ev ise oldukça yeterli ve tam fiyat performans mekanı. Tekrar bodruma gelecek olsam tekrardan aynı yerde konaklama yapmak isterim.

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, es muy amplio, cómodo y su ubicación es excelente!. A solo 100 metros de la zona de restaurantes y bares, pero lo suficientemente lejos para que se pueda descansar bien. El anfitrión respondió a todas nuestras consultas de manera inmediata, siendo siempre muy amable. 100% recomendado!

Cannot recommend this place enough! My husband and l loved staying here! Hikmet was extremely hospitable to us and made us feel very welcome in the beautiful Turkish countryside. Her neighbors invited us to eat authentic Turkish food the first night, which was so good! The cottage was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well furnished and the views were so beautiful. I wasn't feeling well for a couple of the days that we were there and Hikmet took such good care of us. She brought me some herbal tea and soup which was so good. You won't find a better place with a more wonderful host if you’re looking for a cozy, comfortable and authentic getaway in Turkey!

Jolie petite maison dans une grande résidence privée. Belle vue de la terrasse. Loin de l'ambiance festive de Bodrum. La piscine naturelle est à environ 7 minutes à pieds. L'hôte à été accessible et répond rapidement aux questions. Je recommande cet endroit pour du calme recherché

We come to Turgutries every year for peace and relaxation, that is exactly what you get here at Mustafa’s Villa. He was extremely friendly and helpful, he greeted us with his family and showed us around the villa. The villa is very private and peaceful. The pool is great and there is plenty of space here. The villa is exactly like the photos. You can reach the main bar street on foot with beautiful seafront views. A taxi back on an evening was only £3. The home is beautiful, perfect for a quiet relaxing holiday. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Mustafa’s wife & mother baked us the most delicious cake which was very kind. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Fantastisk 3-dages bådtur med Mustafa i Bodrum Vi havde en utrolig 3-dages bådtur med Mustafa i Bodrum. Fra start til slut var det en afslappende og mindeværdig oplevelse. Maden var fantastisk – frisk og velsmagende tyrkisk mad, som vi nød i solnedgangen. Vi sov på dækket under stjernerne, hvilket var helt magisk. Mustafa tog os til smukke, skjulte bugter, hvor vi svømmede i det klare, blå vand. Ingen stress, kun ro og afslapning. Mustafa og hans besætning sørgede for, at vi havde det godt hele vejen. En perfekt måde at opleve Bodrum på – varmt anbefalet!

had a great stay, just a 5/10 min walk down hill to seafront ,we got taxi bk. set 200 liras around town. loal shop delivered essentials to us, water milk butter bread eggs. Just wats app them ( number on a fridge magnet) came with in 15mins. villa was spotlessly clean, lovely comfortable beds, beautiful furniture, though we sat outside most of the time and only in the kitchen. pool guy came twice,he was very polite and friendly. we are all looking forward to using villa leila again in the near future. would highly recommend the villa to a group of ladies like us .

We had a wonderful stay at Köksal’s villa! He was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. Whatever we needed, he was quick to respond and assist, which made us feel truly welcomed. The villa itself was spotless—so clean, cozy, and well-maintained. We especially loved the pool and the beautiful outdoor area. The neighborhood was peaceful and just a short 5-minute walk to shops and other local spots. As foreigners visiting Bodrum, we really appreciated Köksal’s local recommendations—they helped us discover great places and enjoy our time to the fullest. This was truly a great experience, and we’re so glad we chose to stay here!

Burada bir ay boyunca konakladık ve kendimizi gerçekten evimizde gibi hissettik. Harun bey ve ailesi çok dost canlısıydı ve sorularımıza hızlı cevap verip çözüm sundu. Ev sitenin en güzel manzarasına sahip konumunda fakat tepede olduğundan denize havuza arabayla gidip gelmek bazı günlerde yorucu oldu.(Yürümek isteyen merdivenlerle de inip çıkabilir ama bizim bebeğimiz olduğundan yükümüz çok oluyordu.) Genel olarak temiz, huzurlu, her ihtiyacını karşılayan bir evdi.

Bir arkadaşım ve köpeğimle beraber İstanbul’dan uzaklaşmak, kafa dinlemek için 1 haftalığına konakladık. Ev inanılmaz keyifli, her katında bulunan terasta mükemmel bir manzara eşliğinde keyif yapabiliyorsunuz. Mutfağa meraklıysanız A’dan Z’ye her şey mevcut. Yaz - Kış düşünmeden bu harika lokasyonda konaklayabilirsiniz, tavsiye ediyoruz.

Öncelikle Ilgın Hanım’ın sıcak ve samimi yaklaşımı bizi çok rahat hissettirdi, ne zaman iletişime geçsek çok çabuk dönüş aldık. Ev mükemmel; gerçekten resimlerdekinden daha güzel. Özellikle 2. Kattaki manzara nedeniyle yeşillikler içindeki havuzu zaman zaman göz ardı etmek durumunda kaldık. Ev, tertemiz bir şekilde teslim edildi. Evde tüm ihtiyacımızı karşılayacak malzeme ve eşya vardı. Özetlemek gerekirse; hem evden hem de misafirperverliği nedeniyle Ilgın Hanım’dan çok memnun kaldık.

Le séjour était parfait! La maison se trouve au bord de mer avec une vu magnifique sur la plage, on se sentait comme chez nous, l’emplacement est top, proche du centre Engin n’était présent physiquement mais très présent par téléphone , il demandait souvent si on avait besoin de quelques choses :) Je recommande vivement la maison et j’espère y retourner l’été prochain.

This is one of the best villas I’ve stayed at. The location was like paradise with the private beach just for the villa complex being spotless and had crystal clear water. Our host was very accommodating and him and his wife- Denise were just wonderful people to be around. The atmosphere was out of this world and the edition was right next door allowing for some music! There is also many many rooms (4) so it’s perfect for a family just like we did.

such a nice apartment ,view overlooking the beach and beautiful sunsets ,very helpful staff and lovely cleaner who came in every 2 days changed towels and linen and every few days cleaned the whole apartment which we didn't expect ,would definitely recommend , the only problem not suitable for anyone with mobility issues as are 2 flights of stairs

Fazla söze gerçekten gerek yok sadece bavulunuzu alip gelebileceginiz harika bir ev. Barkın bey son derece ilgiliydi, kahve makinasi olmasina rağmen frencpres istegimizi bile karsiladi kendisine inceligi icin ayrica tesekkur ediyoruz. Tekrar görüşmek dileğiyle sevgiler

Genel olarak her şey çok güzeldi. Bulaşık makinesi çok kötü yıkıyor. Neredeyse kirli çıkıyor içinden bulaşıklar. O kısmı zorladı. Bench olmasını rica etmiştim, gittiğimde yoktu. İletişime geçtim 2 gün sonra getirdi. Bulaşık makinesi ve bu kısım harici kusursuz bir deneyimdi.

Ercan bey ve eşi hanımefendi çok nazik ve tatilimiz boyunca bize her konuda çok yardımcı oldu ev de ihtiyaç duyduğunuz herşeyi fazlasıyla bulabilirsiniz. Deniz ve manzara süper araç ile deniz 5 dakika kesinlikle tavsiye edilir bir daha tercih edeceğim bir yer
