I stayed at Mr. İlhan's house for the second time with my family. Everything about the house is perfect. The view, location, etc. There are facilities to meet all your needs. Mr. Ilhan is a very hospitable, thoughtful and very caring host. I highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time there during our 2 week stay. Due to an issue at another airbnb we had booked and cancelled, we booked last minute and were able to check in within an hour of booking, so very responsive and reactive hosts. They were very friendly with a lot of attention to detail. The pool is shared with the other 3 units, but we were alone there during our stay, which was nice. The pool is clean and well maintained. Parking spot right in front of the entrance. Nice sandy beach only 5 minute walk away, and the centre of Turgutreis about 10m walk, with nice restaurants and shops by the sea. We definitely recommend staying here.

The location of the house was great, it was very clean and everything we needed was available, we were very pleased.

Mrs. Büşra's kindness was very valuable. The house is in a great location, 1 minute walk to the beach. Only because of the bars around, you are exposed to very loud noise until late at night. Earplugs will be useful and sufficient for those who are sensitive to sound while sleeping. There was equipment to meet all kinds of needs in the house and it had a very pleasant balcony.

We thought it would be more comfortable to rent a house when we had a small baby, and we rented a house for the first time. That's why I did a lot of research, I was very meticulous, and we really felt at home with the cleanliness of the house, the furniture in it, and the approach of Ms. Seda and the gentleman working on the site. They were flexible both at our check-in time and at our check-out time, according to the baby's sleeping time. This is incredibly precious for a mother. They definitely helped us when we needed something. I really haven't had a vacation outside of a hotel in years, I think I'll be open to renting a house now. In fact, I think I'll make a plan to come here every year. ☺️🙏🏻

Good value, a little tricky to locate but the host provided good information. Property is more than half an hour drive from Bodrum. Host was great to deal with.

We stayed in Bodrum for 3 days. Absolutely incredible city on water! Great people, our hosts were super easy to work with, great I instructions, go rent a boat directly from the boat owner, enjoy the restaurants! This apt is up a slight hill only 100 feet from the marina, fairly new apt, good shower, laundry, two nice rooms, great toiletries, balcony, private compound. Quiet. There is a dog and cat in the compound, don’t be afraid, he doesn’t bite, he might follow u to make sure you aren’t a bad guy! Bodrum is the best! Think… Newport Beach California is vibes except Turkish….

It was a great stay experience! This house we stayed in Zergülkent was a complete paradise! A balcony with a wonderful view of the bay… Morning coffee was nice, sunset was very enjoyable. The house was spotless and tidy. All the basic needs were considered, everything was complete in the kitchen. The location was very nice, transportation was extremely comfortable. The host was also very caring and kind, our communication was fast and smooth. We felt like we were at home. We wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone who wants to relax and have a comfortable vacation. We'll come again with our eyes closed!

As seen in the photos of the house, the linens and towels are as clean as you use in your own home. It is quite difficult to walk from the house to the sea due to the slope, but you can go down to the beach in 1 minute by car, there is a parking lot on the beach. The site has its own deck chairs and umbrellas. The beach is not very crowded, you can easily find a place. The site has its own restaurant by the sea, the prices are not bad, we took our own food We took our own raki and they only charged us the service fee. The host Ms. Esra's mother Ms. Sema and her father are incredibly polite, caring and friendly people. They took care of us closely during our stay. We thank them once again for their polite and kind behavior. If you are looking for calmness and peace, I definitely recommend Ms. Esra's house. The house has a magnificent view. We sat and slept at home without sweating.

We had a delightful and memorable stay in touch with nature with its peaceful garden. The amenities in the house are quite sufficient, clean and quiet, within walking distance to the center. There is a private car park for the vehicle.

We had an amazing stay here, it was just as described and the views from the terrace were beautiful. Kay was so helpful throughout, any questions I had he was super responsive and helpful, the wifi and air con was temperamental but always fixed very quickly. Kay even went as far as helping with taxi number etc which we really appreciated. The pool area was lovely, plenty of space and sun beds. We did struggle at first with the steep hill up to the villa but soon found some steps down from the pool which were much easier to climb. Thank you again for a lovely stay!

The place was very clean and exactly as shown on Airbnb. Husnu was a fantastic host and provided many helpful tips and suggestions. I would absolutely stay at his apartment in the in future and highly recommend. I made the dumb mistake of forgetting my cellphone in Bodrum. Husnu immediately shipped it to me in the United States.

As someone who has stayed in this type of accommodation at many points, this is the first time we have experienced such a warm and sincere family home comfort and intimacy... On the last day, we had breakfast together at a table full of laughter, and breakfast lasted 2 hours without realizing the time... As a result, we were very pleased, it is my recommendation to anyone looking for a high-pitched, sincere and good service.

This Airbnb in Bodrum was one of the most enjoyable places I have ever stayed. The location is great; quiet and peaceful, but very close to the center of Bodrum and the beaches. The house is modern and comfortably furnished, with a large and bright living area. The beds are quite comfortable and everything you could need in the house has been considered. The garden area was also lovely, perfect for cooling off, especially on hot days. The host was incredibly hospitable; he made us very happy with his attention throughout the stay. I felt very comfortable and at home during my stay here. An ideal place for those who want to explore Bodrum or just relax. I definitely look forward to staying here again and would recommend to anyone!

The house is extremely comfortable, convenient and well maintained. The kitchen has everything you need. The surroundings are calm and clean and tidy. Very close to the beach. But since there is no public beach, it is necessary to use a hotel or private beach. Young children can also be comfortable. I'll recommend it to anyone.

Lovely Place, just what you need for a stay in Bodrum. It‘s a walkable distance from the water. Serra was super responsive and helpful. Would love to come back.

I highly recommend it to everyone, incredibly beautiful, cozy apartment, the hosts of this apartment are just a separate topic, they became family after a couple of minutes, helped with the taxi call, fed breakfast. If I could give more than 5 that would be 100.

Everything was clean and tidy as we expected for this stay. Everything was as seen in the photos. The instructions and descriptions were sufficient for check-in and check-out, and the hosts were helpful with the needs. We received quick and proper responses to our questions. There were plenty of supplies and supplies to be in the house. We had a pleasant holiday, the stay was very good in the morning and especially the sunset view was great

We a couple from Germany, spent 5 days in Metin's apartment and it was really very pleasant. Water pressure and air conditioning were great and everything very clean. The hospitality was also great, so we even found fresh fruit and a bottle of wine as a welcome greeting in the apartment at night when we arrived. Important without a rental car, you can't get along in the entire zone on this side of Bodrum. We are happy to book Metin's apartment again. Kind regards from Berlin

Very well maintained hotel. Everything is clean. Extremely friendly staff. About 10 min from Bodrum city center by car. We did not regret it. Very small con the apartment is a little bit dark. Which is probably a big plus if it summer but in march we needed the lights during the day. But this is beeing picky.
