Zen Meadow: The whole House

Somewhere in the meadow, between the Karkonosze Mountains and the Janowice Rudawy Mountains, there is a house. Meadows rustle and birds chirp around. With a cup of coffee, you greet the day on a spacious terrace, suspended over the grass like a raft on the sea. When it rains, you sit by the window overlooking the "Śnieżka" mountain. On winter evenings, you light a fire in the fireplace, and in summer you sit by the fire in the company of fireflies and crickets. Boredom? Perhaps. But beware, this boredom makes you not want to leave us!

Sowi Kamień are two cozy wooden cottages in the mountains with a beautiful, panoramic view of the Karkonosze Mountains and Rudawy Janowickie. It is an ideal place for people looking for peace and quiet and closeness to nature. Away from the hustle and bustle of the cities, in a quiet place that provides space and comfort. Each house is surrounded by a spacious terrace, has a fenced area, garden, playground and a place for a bonfire. Nearby you will find numerous walking paths, forests, meadows, beautiful views and clean air :-)

Undoubtedly, the view of the entire valley is the main advantage of our facility. At any time of the year and time of day - it is always beautiful here! Here, you can feel the proximity of nature at every step - direct access to the tourist trail and the singing of birds can calm you down and at the same time add energy. There are 3 new cottages located in a very mountainous area, at a comfortable distance from each other. Each of them has a spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette.

Holiday Hill Karpniki Hygge sauna, balia, jacuzzi

Holiday Hill is a comfortably furnished cottage with a fully equipped kitchen, living room, bedroom and anteroom (designed for children), where our guests will find everything necessary to relax and unwind surrounded by forests and meadows overlooking the Karkonosze Mountains and the Rudawy Janowickie. The cottage has two terraces, is surrounded by a 1500 m garden, where everyone will find a space to relax. Additional attractions are a hot tub without hydromassage and a SAUNA (reservation and additional fee).

Our new cottage is similar to the property that is already on this plot (Apartments with a view of the mountains in Marczyce, max. 8 guests, 100 m2, ground floor, first floor, attic. Ground floor: living room, bathroom with toilet,kitchen. Upstairs: bedroom 1 - two single beds , seating area, 8.5 m2 balcony. Bedroom 2-one double bed, entrance to room from bedroom - study or children's bedroom (2) Attic: 2 single beds, sitting area/corner for playing cards. The area of the plot of 1.5 hectares.

Dream Cottages - Purple - with private Jacuzzi

In the heart of the Rudawy Landscape Park, near the Colorful Lakes, there are "dream houses" - created with passion and love - designed and built by ourselves. The cottages surrounded by nature were planned in accordance with the Tiny House idea - a small but very functional space - conducive to closeness. Each cottage has a panoramic window overlooking the mountains instead of a TV, and outside there are 2 terraces and a jacuzzi - from where you can admire the landscapes, sunsets and stars.

The base is 3, fully equipped houses with an area of 50m2 + closed mezzanines. The ground floor of each home is a living room with a kitchenette and an 18-meter patio, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom. There are two single beds on the mezzanines. The optimal number of guests in the house is 4 people, a sofa bed in the living room can provide accommodation for 2 additional people. Tlen is a year-round retreat. In winter, heated, air-conditioned in summerFor rest and quiet.

Kowary Family Apartment

We love the mountains, especially the Karkonosze Mountains. We also love our children, of whom we have three. The result of these loves? We bought and renovated an apartment in Kowary, which can comfortably accommodate large families or a group of friends. The apartment is decorated in white and wood. It is very bright and "fresh" because we completed the renovation in June 2024. So if you are looking for a place that will comfortably accommodate up to 7 adults - we invite you. :)

High Grass Pear Trees Glade

Our space is immersed in the wild nature of the Rudawy Landscape Park, located in a tiny village called Gruszków, which once had the status of a health resort. The house is located in close proximity to the forest on an unclaimed clearing. If you are thirsty for the whispers of trees, the sounds of the meadow, the sight of fireflies, bird trellis, the starry sky, rest in a place where time flows more slowly, and the world is more fully and attentive, then come to the High Grass.

Larch House

We invite you to a unique larch cottage that delights with its unique, natural scent of wood. It is a great place to relax in a quiet, historic neighborhood. The climatic interiors of the cottage, full of charm and character, guarantee a comfortable rest. A large, 1700 m² garden with a lawn, a playground and a fireplace is the perfect place for family activities. From the terrace and balcony, you can admire breathtaking views of the mountains, including the majestic Śnieżka.

Sporthaus Sosnówka — Private mountain escape

A comfortable 450 sqm villa with a private garden. Sporthaus is an ideal place for active people as well as for families and groups of friends looking for a place to relax. The proximity of the Karkonosze National Park and the ski areas in Karpacz and Szklarska Poręba offers great opportunities for active recreation. The large area and private 5000 sqm garden provide comfort and privacy. The location close to the trails allows for mountain hikes straight from home.

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
