The small guest apartment in the The basement of our detached house is located in a preferred location of Stralsund overlooking the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct connection to the Baltic Sea coast bike path. It's a one-room apartment with bathroom and kitchenette including dishwasher and fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment has been comfortably furnished and spacious through the fold-out bed, which can be folded up during the day. A crib will be made available upon request.

(Completely renovated 07-2017), Stralsund is about 150 meters as the crow flies from the beach promenade. The 2.5 room apartment usually can accommodate 4 people (alternatively 4 adults and a maximum of 2 small children). Parking is available directly in front of the house and can be rented separately on site.

Cozy little apartment - close to Sund

In a quiet side street just 250 meters from the beach promenade, lies our small cozy high ground floor apartment. It's bright and has a small balcony. In the living room there is one double bed and one sofa bed. Two extra beds for children are thus possible. There is a washing machine on the basement, which can be used free of charge. Bedding and towels are included. Downtown is in walking distance and there is always a parking space in front of the house.
