Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Kraainem

I initially wrote a long piece extolling this apartment but lost it somehow before posting! In brief: this is an excellent duplex apt for a stay from a few days to a few months. Host, cleanliness, equipment, kitchen stuff, location: all excellent!

Very good accommodation, consistent with the photos, very comfortable sofa bed! On the other hand, it's difficult to park and find information about free and paid parking areas, I recommend taking the optional parking space, which will avoid long walks.

The apartment was perfect, located in a nice neighborhood but tucked away on a quiet street. Ali was very communicative and welcoming. Highly recommend!

lovely space, great location, will gladly return

We were traveling through Europe so a clean, quiet, comfortable place to land for a few days was awesome at this place. We appreciated that we could do some laundry and rest up for a few days. Our host met us at his place and we appreciated that so much. Guy walked us through his apartment and gave us helpful information, allowing us to ask questions and to clarify instructions. After Guy left and we got settled in, Guy went to some great effort to text us names and locations of restaurants nearby, with some of his favorite recommendations, as well as things in the area to do.

The perfect Airbnb for our week long stay in Brussels!! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay… Very walkable to different places. Michael is a great host, very responsive and happy to help with any questions we had. We highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at Emile’s apartment! Emile met us at the suite and helped us get in, which was especially appreciated since we were traveling with two kids and lots of luggage. The apartment was absolutely perfect—spotlessly clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a central area that made getting around easy. One of the highlights was the beautiful outdoor space, complete with comfortable furniture that made it a lovely spot to relax. The apartment itself was quiet and peaceful, and the individual AC units in each area kept us cool and comfortable throughout our stay. Emile and his wife were incredibly responsive and sent us detailed instructions on how to enter the apartment, which made check-in a breeze. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again!

Spacious and warm cottage with amazing views of the farmland from the window. Just like the photos. It had everything that we needed. We look forward to returning one day.

Great location for trips to Brussels, Ghent and Antwerp. The apartment is complete with many amenities and space bedroom, bathroom, separate kitchen and living room. Annelies is hospitable, complete in her instruction and friendly in her communication. We enjoyed from start to finish and look back on a fantastic Pentecost weekend. Nice place to stay with everything that makes the stay pleasant. Clean and tidy. Walking distance to Metro and Tram.

Would recommend Ann's place

Very spacious accommodation for 6-10 people (equivalent to 5 double beds). Special mention to the very comfortable living room and the huge TV with bluetooth speaker. Ann-Charlotte was welcoming and even offered us breakfast on the first day. Just know that the hosts live next door so you have to go through their hallway and the common garden to enter/exit (but the Airbnb house itself is private). Well served by tram and bus, it takes about 20 minutes to get to the center.

The house was very elegant and well-appointed, with lovely historic details as well as modern amenities. The bathrooms in particular were beautifully-done, with excellent features like a large tub and shower stall. The hosts were very welcoming and left plenty of information about the house, the neighbourhood, and various things to do in the city. It does have a lot of narrow stairs - if you have any mobility issues that make it difficult to climb stairs, it could be an issue, but it is a historic home with many original features still intact, so it adds to the flavour. The neighbourhood was lively, if a bit noisy at times, and there were many good restaurants nearby. It was about a 10-15 minute walk to the metro, so it wasn't too difficult to get around. I also have to put in a good word for the hosts, who were extremely helpful when I had a question about where to find a drugstore after 8pm, when most local places were already closed. Thank you!

If you want to get in touch with nature then this is the place for you. Great stay and had everything we've needed (no TV specially). David was a responsive host. we would come back. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Me and 6 friends stayed at Françoise's cottage for 4 nights. In front of the door we could park both cars, which was very pleasant. Everything looked nice and tidy, also it is of course a wonderfully quiet area where you can walk nicely. A supermarket relatively nearby (5 min by car) and plenty to do within a 30-minute drive. The mattresses seemed somewhat hard at first, but these slept fine! The shower on the 1st floor does not have that much water pressure, but this was also not really disturbing. All in all, the cottage is very cozy, well clean and many basic things you often use are already present in the cottage (oil, herbs, foil, etc.) The contact with Françoise himself was also really great! Often within 30 min/1 hour already a useful and friendly answer. Thanks Françoise!! Who knows until next time ;)

My stay at Vincent’s apartment was amazing. The apartment itself is very large, the pictures in the listing don’t do it justice. It was cleaned very well and had all the amenities listed in the description. The best thing about my stay was the location. The apartment is centrally located in Brussels, just a few minutes walk to the Grand Place and Central station. I would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone looking to explore downtown Brussels!

Olivier was helpful and responsive, and it was a great place to stay for a few days. The bathroom and elevator up were admittedly a bit tight, but it was enough space to maneuver with just the two of us. This location is located very close to Merode station which was handy to get around. It can be a bit loud if there are concerts in the nearby park (as was the case for our stay), but they ended well before midnight so it was not a major problem. Definitely recommended if you can book this AirBnB!

This was our second stay at Lieve's place during the past few months because of the exceptional accommodations, location, and excellent hospitality. Lieve's Airbnb continues to be one of the best, if not THE best, place we have stayed at in many years at Airbnbs. The place is immaculately clean, has all the comforts of home, and is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and all the great places you may want to see. Best of all, you will experience Lieve's warm hospitality. During both stays, she greeted us upon our arrival with a warm smile and a box of excellent Belgian chocolate, which we enjoyed immensely. She provided complete instructions for everything in the apartment. She was responsive to any requests we had during our stay. She even arranged for a taxi to take us to the train station for our departure. You will be hard pressed to find a better place than this Airbnb in Brussels. We are already planning on returning and staying at Lieve's place.

We were greated by Rubi for the check in and she gave us an excellent overview of the apartment and tips for things to do near by. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment!

Beautiful place, high ceilings, classical architecture, but with a modern interior. Hard to be in a better location, a block away from the Grand Place, but out of the path of tourists. Centraal station is super close, so it is easy to come from and go to the airport. Host responded very quickly to any request and let us drop our luggage way before check-in time.

Chosen for its location, close to the center of Mechelen and the train station, making Antwerp, Brussels and Leuven very easy to reach. Apartment is spacious, including parking garage and partly covered terrace. Washer, dryer, spacious bathroom, everything you might need. We can highly recommend this.

Very glad stayed in this warm place. Super-market, restaurant and bus/train station within walkable distance. Definitely will stay here again for my next trip.
