Kleio's hospitality and graciousness as a host was truly the highlight of staying at her property. She clearly went above and beyond our expectations to make us feel welcome and taken care of, especially after a long overseas flight or after a long day of hiking around Athens or nearby cities. She had ample supplies a weary traveler might need or forgotten on hand. We are super grateful for the attention to detail Kleio put into thinking about her guests. The location was ideal for launching off on daily adventures and delightful to come back to after exploring all day and into the night. Simply a perfect location and property beautifully appointed and maintained. Hands down one of the best AirBnB stays I have had. Don't hesitate in selecting this place. Book ASAP.....

Giannis was the best host! Friendly, communicative and helpful, he provided lots of information and tips about the area and Athens. His love for the city and his home was really apparent. The house is quiet, clean and full of art and nice touches, he is obviously creative and it was refreshing to stay in a place with real character! The best thing was the view from the terraces, with the acropolis and city laid before you. Watching the sunset and the lights come on at night was a highlight of our trip! We loved the village feel of the location, walkable to the centre or an inexpensive taxi ride home up the hill. Thank you Giannis, you’re great :)

Beautiful apartment that is nicely decorated and feels spacious for the size. There were three of us so plenty of room. There is one set of stairs from the building door to the apartment door. We had dinner at Kouvelos and Garden in the beautiful courtyard and the meal and service was great. Also a wonderful breakfast at Neratzia Cafe, the eggs were so fluffy! The streets around the apartment look somewhat run down but it was safe and no issues. The 15-20 min walk to city center is flat and easily doable but you can also take an Uber for cheap for 4 people or less. Communication with the host was easy and they arranged transportation from airport for us which was wonderful and worth it. Get What’s App to communicate with drivers, Ubers, tour operators, etc.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

The ceilings, natural light, beautiful craftsmanship of the wood, REAL ART! We have travelled extensively and enjoyed some beautiful Airbnb experiences. Christos space has moved to #1 on our list. My doctor, his parents were born in Greece, advised I should limit our time in Athens to 2 or 3 days. We are so glad we didn’t. Christos created a book, which I was hoping to buy but he gave us, that is BRILLIANT. The book is a pictorial and informational guide to Athens and Greece. Which he told me he could reproduce quite easily. If you stay at his space you will understand my surprise. Everything you need is a few minutes walk away. We came to Greece because of the history and the islands. We fell in love with Greece, the kindness of its people and generosity of spirit. Christos and his place may be the best of it.

Rosana's apartment is extremely convenient as it's literally around the corner from a bazaar/market, 5 min walk to the metro, 2 blocks down from the strip of busy restaurants lane, and a mini block away from the Bread Factory (a super large bakery/deli/kitchen). Every room was immaculate and Rosana was very informative with recommendations for food, transportation, and where to get the best views of the Acropolis. We used the metro for everything and the beaches (Half metro/bus or Uber). When we wanted to go to the beach, Rosana was unbelievably kind and brought us beach towels even though she lived further away. She's SO responsive, genuine, and hospitable. My guest and I felt safe in her area. There's lots of tourists who stay in this city as it's considered one of the safer spots in Athens. Also, her home is next to the elevator/lift if you have large luggage like we did. Great stay!

Dourgouti, Neos Kosmos är ett enkelt område men trivsamt! Verkligen att bo i det riktiga Aten, långt från hotellets turistvärld. Förvånansvärt lugnt och tyst för att vara ett så stort område och centralt. Skönt. Supermarket ett par kvarter bort, ca 7-10 min gångväg till metron. Lägenheten var jättemysig, har verkligen llt man behöver. Jag njöt mycket av den lilla balkongen på nionde våningen med morgonsol på morgonen och fin måne över bergen kvällstid. Ilias var en toppenvärd! Svart snabbt på meddelande, tydliga instruktioner. Fanns till hands under vistelsen med lokala tips. Vill du uppleva Aten på riktigt - bo hos Ilias! :)

Absolutely incredible apartment in Koukaki. It’s right in the heart of the area, with amazing restaurants and shops witching minutes. The view of the Parthenon from the larger balcony is unparalleled. Upstreet was super helpful the entire time. Didn’t want to leave. Don’t think I’ll ever book another place - will always want to stay here while in Athens. Thanks!

Romina and George are great hosts, they had amazing tips about the area and things to do and we really enjoyed the neighborhood too, it’s still calm but there is very nice tavernas and terraces and the Akropolis is just a 15 min walk! Flat is very cute, you can tell that they renovated it themselves and it makes it special, cute features!

Wir waren begeistert von Renatas Wohnung und haben uns direkt wohlgefühlt, als wir zur Tür hereinkamen. Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern, sehr stilvoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Lage hat uns super gut gefallen, ganz viele leckere Restaurants und Cafés direkt um die Ecke und wir konnten in Athen alles fußläufig erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit Renata war ebenfalls großartig, mit sehr hilfreichen Infos, genauen Angaben & Bildern für den Check-In und sehr schneller Reaktion. Bei unserem nächsten Besuch in Athen werden wir definitiv wiederkommen.

Beautiful, clean apartment with great amenities. Really liked the neighborhood and being close enough to walk to tourist sites but not directly in the hectic area. Felt safe and comfortable. Host was very communicative and amenable.

I must appreciate the hosts for their kind and responsive attitude in all situations, no matter how small. The apartment is super clean, chic and well stocked. I found it comfortable for my long stay in Athens. I also received various useful recommendations on the local markets, restaurants and public events.

I recently stayed at Theo’s place for 2 days . Where do I begin? EVERYTHING was on point . The apartment is super clean and modern . Loved everything . It literally has everything , even a flat iron which I’m amazed Now I know where to stay every time I come to Athens I wouldn’t ask for more . Theo was very helpful with everything and answers all the questions in minutes . Thank you very much for everything . I’m definitely coming back!

Finest Airbnb I have ever stayed in. Actually, it's hard to compare with other Airbnbs because this was such a cut above. Views of the Acropolis from almost every part of the two story unit. 10 mins from the best dining and the Acropolis museum. Very private and safe even when entirely open to Athens as both floors open to the outside with extensive outdoor areas on both floors. Very, very clean, high end Euro design and top notch technology and everything easy to use. My family and I were blown away. Lastly we chose the daily breakfast delivery. Made the day start just right.

We had a wonderful time. Check in instructions were easy but getting used to opening the door was a little tricky at first. Our host was very responsive and helped us with our check in. The apartment was very spacious and private. The neighborhood is fantastic, walkable, and a great place to mix with the locals. We loved our times in Athens and will definitely return!

Hello to everyoneone who plan to travel to Athens, Greece. You can not go wrong with Loannis' place. This beautiful room is very clean, comfortable, everything is ready for you when get inside. Mini market is at the next door, restaurants are every where around. Only 20 minutes walk to all monuments. Loannis responds very quick to answer all your questions. Highly recommend for everyone. We really loved the apartment! It was walkable to anything you would want to do or see. The best part is the view from the balcony.

This was the best Airbnb rental we have experienced. The host thought of everything and made our stay feel even better than a hotel! The location is unparalleled, the little details of snacks and water and wine in the fridge. What an extremely hospitable host and property! Easy to check in, check out was also a breeze. Can’t recommend enough.
