La casa di Rabaa è bellissima, situata nella Medina in una posizione perfetta. La zona è tranquilla, a pochi passi si trovano tutti i punti di attrazione principali. La casa è bella, spaziosa e ben fornita. Il terrazzino è un punto bonus. La consiglierei a chiunque voglia trascorrere le sue vacanze a Tunisi!

Un havre de paix ! L’appartement correspond parfaitement à la description. La vue est à couper le souffle. L’appartement est spacieux et très bien agencé. Un grand merci à Mohamed pour sa disponibilité et son hospitalité. Je recommande vivement pour vos prochaines vacances à Tunis

Encore une excellente expérience ! Ce n’est pas la première fois que je loue un appartement avec l’hôte Myriam, et à chaque fois, c’est impeccable. Les logements sont toujours propres, bien situés, bien décorés et super confortables. On sent qu’elle prend soin de chaque détail pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Une vraie valeur sûre sur Airbnb, je recommande les yeux fermés !

We had a great stay at the apartment. We loved the location (a few minutes' walk to the beach, not too far from the city centre) and everything was so clean when we arrived. I highly recommend Hana’s place.

L’appartement était impeccable, très propre et conforme à la description. La communication a été rapide, claire et chaleureuse. Je recommande vivement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir !

Un séjour très cool dans cet appartement, hyper bien situé, dans un quartier vivant avec beaucoup de restaurants. L’appartement rend plus grand qu’en photo, avec une terrasse très agréable et des équipements parfaitement fonctionnels. Un lieu parfait pour un séjour dans la banlieue nord de Tunis.

Très bel appartement, très bien situé. À quelques minutes à pied du centre de la Marsa et de la grande plage. Hôte accueillante et très sympathique. Il y a également un ménage de l’appartement si la durée de séjour est d’au moins 7 jours ce qui est super.

We had a very comfortable stay here and enjoyed using the apartment to explore Hammamet. The apartment has everything we needed. The one down side I would say is that there is no air-conditioning in on one of the bedrooms and it got rather warm in that room.

During my three nights here, I had an amazing experience. The flat was completely occupied, spotless and functional, with all the appliances in the kitchen and other areas functioning properly.

The place is perfect for friends or two couples or families with kids. It’s a nice location and easy to access by taxi. The area is beautiful and nice to explore! Nour and Nabil are great hosts! Mary, the house keeper is very sweet! If I come back to Sidi Boy Said I will try to get their apartment.

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and hassle-free experience, I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to stay.

The apartment was in good location With a supermarket nearby.Easy to get taxi near the area!! Amines communication with us was outstanding! Will be booking again in future,highly recommended!!!

Bilel is just amazing host. He was very helpful and friendly☀️. I traveled with my cat to Tunisia. My trip was very long and took me about 20 hours in total. And several flights in one day And Bilel came to meet me in the airport at night . I did not ask for it , but it was so nice from him and very helpful . Because I felt very tired and sleepy as well And I had very worm welcoming in the apartment with water, fruits , coffee and chocolate. Bilel bought even wet food to my cat and it was so nice and heart -touching. And I got feeling of home from the first second. I was planning to stay 1 month in this apartment. But I had to leave more early by my own reason. Other wise I would stay much longer The apartment has everything you need for comfortable living. It’s clean and comfortable in everything. WiFi is working very good as well All supermarkets, cafes, money exchange , pet shops etc. are very near . If you want to feel like in real home I highly recommended Bilel’s apartments

Dommage de n’avoir échangé que par message. Nous avons regretté l’absence de bouilloire électrique et de torchons. Nous l’avons signalé mais sans succès. Il manque au moins une chaise dans chaque chambre pour pouvoir poser ses affaires . Sinon c’était très bien

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans une résidence magnifique avec le concierge et monsieur Mohamed qui étaient très agréables et serviables et très réactifs et rien à dire sur l’appartement comme sur les photos , parfait je conseil fortement.

It was my second time staying at Kenza and Malik’s place and as fantastic as before. Every detail thought through, perfect location walkable to great restaurants, sad to leave! Thanks again!

Un petit appartement charmant qui possède une grande terrasse, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et suffisant pour un couple Le logement était extrêmement propre Cependant la localisation nécessite d être véhiculé Merci cher Aymen

Excellent séjour ! Arrivée autonome, ce qui n’est pas plus mal d’ailleurs mais Farah reste à votre disposition par messages si besoin ! L’appartement est magnifique propre un plaisir d’y séjourné. Tout est mis disposition pour ne manquer de rien ( brosse à dent, dentifrice, coton tige, gel douche, shampoing…) L’emplacement de la résidence est top mais prévoir quand même une voiture Parking privé à disposition Nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine sur le rooftop les petits étaient ravis Encore merci Nous reviendrons

nous avons passé un excellent séjour le mall ce trouve juste en face de la resistance pas besoin de voiture pour manger ou faire ses courses. A chaque fois que descend à Tunis j'y dépose mes valises je recommande vivement ce magnifique appartement.

Lovely spacious and very modern apartment, I had a lovely stay here for two weeks with my husband and two children . Close to beach , shops and restaurants . Lyed is a great host and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. He was very helpful and always responded to messages Thank you for everything Lyed to you and your family !
