Cozy, quiet 2 room apartment, parking free

The bright and friendly apartment with living room and bedroom is located on the garden level of our house, which is accessed by an external staircase. Very good bus connection to downtown. In the neighborhood there is a café, an ice cream parlor, two pizzerias and lots of shopping (10-minute walk) and lots of greenery. The property is located in a quiet residential area. Free parking is available on the property or right in front of the house or on the main road, 100 meters from the house.

Eppeltree is a delicately furnished accommodation for nature-loving couples in the Mullerthal hiking region in Luxembourg, 500m from the Mullerthal Trail. Eppeltree is part of a converted farm and is located in an orchard in the middle of the nature reserve, with a breathtaking view into the sunset. The accommodation is fully equipped, including a kitchen for self-catering, everything is included in the rental price. Washing / drying possible for an extra € 5, bike shed available.

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.

The apartment is very centrally located close to restaurants, supermarkets and the confluence of Saar and Moselle. Comfortably furnished with a lot of love for detail. Box-spring bed 160 x 200 cm. Coffee & tea are free. There is a small kitchenette without a dishwasher and Extractor hood. Guests who value complete self-sufficiency even for short stays are better off with competitors. For long-term guests, that's not a problem. Perfect for couples and solo travelers.

You'll love the loft because of the outdoors space, the garden, the fireplace inside for the coziness, 63sqm to feel good in old walls with clay plaster inside. In the gallery is a 160cm wide bed and a desk, downstairs a sleeping couch. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and Eifelfans. Bus connection to the university in the immediate vicinity, as well as three supermarkets and a cafe.

The bright, open floor plan leaves plenty of room for cooking together, game and TV evenings or just relaxing with a delicious glass of Mosel wine.
