Vacation home - quiet, bright, modern

Our bright, new apartment is very well equipped. Located on the outskirts, you can enjoy the tranquility on the balcony. Facilities such as a supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. Water playground, space to relax next door. The Main is not far and thus also many small villages and beautiful cities. Leisure: Bandkeramikmuseum, Jewish cemetery, the cities of Schweinfurt, Würzburg, Volkach, Werneck, swimming lakes, thermal baths, wine villages on the Main loop.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of an old building from 1909 with views of the rooftops of Schweinfurt's old town. In this 40 m² attic apartment with a converted gable and unobstructed views, you will immediately feel at home. It has everything you need for a longer stay or for temporary living. It has a bathroom with shower and a brand new fully equipped, open kitchen with fridge, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, stove and dishes.

Holiday home right by the river

Modern penthouse, private entrance, self contained, at the outskirts of Wipfeld. Big garden, hilltop, with great view on the water, Mainwiesen and orchards. A bike path is directly in front of the house, it is a 3 minute walk to the center / shore. Also, hiking trails within the vineyards are close by. I am happy to suggest great places to hike, dine, have fun and relax during your stay. The city of Würzburg is about 30km away.

Quiet vacation home with idyllic garden view. The apartment has a large daylight bathroom as well as a spacious kitchen incl. Stove and microwave. Extra beds for up to two more people and babies are possible. The accommodation is located in the middle of Lower Franconia. The city of Schweinfurt and many wine towns, such as Volkach or Sommerach, can be reached in a short time by bike or car.

Haus am Walnussbaum

The house by the walnut tree is a tastefully furnished vacation home, renovated with building biology materials, very well equipped and in a quiet residential area within walking distance of the romantic old town and a small lake. The non-smoking house can accommodate up to six people. No parties or bachelor parties. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed to protect allergy sufferers.

Apartment Schweinfurt Eselshöhe for feeling comfortable

Quiet and centrally located accommodation with a terrace and a modern, feel-good ambiance. The accommodation was completely renovated in 2026 and offers everything for a pleasant stay. The swimming pool and zoo are close by. Supermarket and bakery are within easy walking distance – ideal for families, couples and business travelers. Unfortunately, the TV isn't working. No Wi-Fi.

We welcome guests with children. You are also welcome to bring your dog! We are waiting for you right at the Mainschleife, very idyllic and yet central. A70, A7 and A3 - each 15 km, Würzburg, Kitzingen and Schweinfurt each 23 km The vacation apartment is on the first floor. We ourselves live on the upper floor of the house. Your accommodation is located approx. 5 minutes' walk from Leopoldina Hospital and approx. 20 minutes walk to downtown. In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery, a butcher, a deli and a pharmacy. The nearby wildlife park invites you to take leisurely walks.
