Hi We had a wonderful stay at Nandani's place. The place is charming less than five minutes walking distance Colombo - Kandy road. Evrything close you may need. I didn't met the host but Nandani's sister and her husband are very nice people, Higlley recommend.

Great host - very responsive. We stayed one night so couldn't make use of the facilities. Local food options was a challenge for us as there was a festival and so I believe a lot of restaurants were closed/Uber eats kept cancelling our orders. Apartment was nice, lovely kitchen/communal space. Bathrooms could do with an update and there is no shampoo/conditioner so bring your own. Overall worth what we paid for

Nylander was a great place to stay on our first night in Sri Lanka. The residents of the cooperative made us feel very welcome and told us about their life together. The house is very comfy and the compound is peaceful green haven in such a busy area. We would highly recommend a visit as part of your visit. Many thanks. Alan and Amanda graham.

This place was truly exceptional. Top location. Amazing view-lotus tower. Distance-15km air port. The are very nicely equipped. High quality interior including metress and linen. The property it self was spotless and looked exactly like the photos.Itoffered a high level of privacy.the views are stunning and the amenities were exactly as described,all meticulously arranged.the pool which on the roof top was fantastic.high quality utensils and appliances,making our stay comfortable and convenient.sandaru made the experience even better with his friendly and responsive service

Great location, great amenities, The working staff does a good job to keep it clean and safe. pool, gym and party room is great. Safest place we saw. So many restaurants, Grocery shops and a laundry in waling distance

Beautiful stay at this apartment. Just like the pictures show. The host was responsive getting back to us. One thing would be it is a bit hard to get to from the main road but other than that it’s a beautiful and peaceful place to stay.

by far the best accomodation we stayed at in Sri Lanka. It's a gated community with all facilities and apartment is extremely spacious plus Lakmal and his team Mr. Ashley are so professional, courteous and made one feel right at home. It has a massive and beautiful swiming pool and an amazing water park for the kids.

The villa is very nice and even though the owner was out of town they arranged their family to give and take the keys. The terrace is huge and the villa is spacious.

Spencer home is a great place to stay. It really feels like home away from home. They treat their guest like a family, one call away host everytime I need something his always willing to help. Host was very friendly and helpfull very nice guy. I really reccommend the place. It's all near to everything very accessible place all worth the money and experience. 💯💯💯 Loved this place will surely come back and stay here again.

The place was nice and really clean, shower had hot water which was actually hot. There was water and soft drinks left for us in the fridge which we found to be a nice touch to our experience staying here. Overall this was a nice place to stay, only drawback was that finding the place was not as easy as expected, since maps pointed to the street in which the property was, but not to the property itself. In any case, hostess was very responsive and after a call we were taken to the place.

Nice place. Nuwan the caretaker was really helpful. Clean spacious house. A/C was on when we came so nice and pleasant inside . Recommend if you are staying near the airport. Use the app pickmeup for drop offs at the airport.

I traveled solo for two months in Sri Lanka... This is one of my favorite places to stay... I did not want to leave... Besides the cleanliness... comfortable bed... functional kitchen... washer and dryer... and the wonderful views from the balcony... There is a nice restaurant in the building... a rooftop pool... and a weight room... These amenities kept me busy... I had to force myself to leave the building... The added bonus is the very close access to the beach... and the cafe next door... The restaurants, cafes and shops are without number... If you need a ride... the tuk-tuk drivers will come to you... This is a great last stop before going home... The airport is a 20 minute drive away... I recommend this place... and Mr. Lipson was a great help, attentive, and a professional... Thank you...
