Apartment vacation rentals in Ko Yao District

Condo is good, and Tomas is a great host. He did everything to make our stay comfortable. This location and neighbors are very good for a calm and relaxed time spending. One very important thing that I don't like, it's the beach. It's a dump, and local people absolutely ignore it. Once volunteers from CoralCrabi cleaned it and that's all. I understand that it's rainy season and waves every day bring waste, but that's your country and your place and your waste. You should think and care about it your home and place that is supposed to be touristik no matter that it's a low season. Krabi, it's a heaven, but ruined of plastic.

Riya is the best host, always very responsive, was in touch and answered any questions. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need for a long stay. Good internet. There are changeable towels, the right utensils for cooking and all appliances. I recommend this apartment for booking.

Nos encanto el lugar, unas vistas impresionantes, pasaron por nosotros al puerto y nos acompañaron de regreso, todos en el hotel fueron muy amables, el desayuno que sirven es muy delicioso, no escatiman, super feliz con la elección, y recomendable.

Жилье соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Ремонт и наполнение квартиры сделаны с душой — там было приятно находиться, а также в ней было все необходимое для проживания👍🏽 Расположение отличное: прямо рядом с немноголюдным пляжем и ресторанами, недалеко есть второй пляж (не останетесь без приятных глазу рассветов и закатов 😊). Также в пешей доступности 7 eleven, tops, лавка с фруктами и кафе. Надежда была на связи все время: помогала при заселении и во время всего пребывания. Рекомендовала интересные места, консультировала по ним и была очень дружелюбна. Было приятно общаться:)

This is a small bungalow on the private beach used by Viking Nature Resort. Absolutely 100% recommended to those who wants to spend lots of time by the beach. Breakfast was included as well as the 1 boat ride to the main port for your check-out. You can also arrange a boat ride to the main port anytime for 100 baht (150-200 if past 9PM). This bungalow is the only one in the entire resort that sits right on the beach. We had lovely time on the hammock, taking naps, staring at the beach, and drinking. The shared bathroom/shower is decent and close-by.

Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, da sie mich freundlich empfangen hat und immer erreichbar war. In der Wohnung habe ich mich direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist lichtdurchflutet mit Blick auf dem Meer und einem großen Balkon. Das Internet funktioniert hervorragend. Zum Strand läuft man nur 3 Minuten. Ich würde wiederkommen :)

Dette var et veldig fint sted og har alt man trenger for et opphold! Ville anbefalt til alle som skal til Phuket!

Квартира хорошая, соответствует описанию. Также порадовало то, что в квартире было предусмотрено все для жизни (сковородки и кастрюли хорошего качества, много кухонных принадлежностей). Хозяин был очень отзывчивым и внимательным, спасибо ему)

Hallo 🙋🏻‍♀️ Wir sind direkt mit einer freundlichen Begrüssung von der Gastgeberin empfangen worden und haben uns zusammen die Wohnung angeschaut. Sie gab uns die Schüsseln und ein paar hilfreiche Informationen über Phuket. Wir hatten eine saubere Wohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer, klein aber sehr fein. Alles ist vorhanden, sogar eine Waschmaschine. Wir hatten eine super schöne Zeit in Phuket, waren nicht sehr zentral, mussten überall mit dem Auto fahren, aber eine sehr ruhige Lage und eine sicherer Wohnblock. Das einzige was uns nur ein wenig gestört hat war der unangenehme Geruch von der Kanalisation, aber später haben wir gemerkt das in ganz Phuket das Problem herrscht. Jederzeit wieder, sehr nette Gastgeberin. Wunderschöne 12 Tage. Danke ☺️

Excellent location near the centre of Phi Phi Don. You can hear some music late in the evening, but it's not super loud here. Great view of the sea from the balcony. Wifi is excellent. Cleanliness can be a little better, but overall for the price, location and view, the apartment is worth it.

Nice apartment. Condo has many features like pool (with shade during the day). Great shopping mall nearby, also big tennis center and convenience stores. Host was very kind and helped with many questions that we had. Karon beach 30-50 min(depends on traffic)

Perfect place to stay. Very clean, easy communication, everything thought through (they've even had a small pharmacy bag there!) kitchen is perfect, view from the window very pleasant (i've finally started to visit fitness center and swim because the pull was to beatiful to not to go there and i've seen it from the window each day hehe :) Highly recommend!

Comfortable well furnished apartment in a great central location 5 mins walk from the markets, cafes, and restaurants. The lounge chairs were very comfortable and there is a huge TV! A washing machine and dryer was an added bonus. Paul provided local recommendation’s and was in contact to ensure that everything was going well. There is a nice pool which was the perfect temperature and not too crowded. We really enjoyed the Steak Ao-Kae restaurant directly across the road from the apartment, a lovely family, great food, and very good value. We would highly recommend staying here. 😀

One of our favourite places to stay. It’s a little challenging to get to. Well worth it once you arrive. It’s a private paradise. Will go back for sure, you must check this place out!

We came for a couple of nights and finally stayed 8 nights because we couldn’t leave this area and this apartment because it was so nice and cozy. and we love it. definitely will visit it again.

Very responsive host. Easy to check in. And flat was what I expected based on the pics. Overall a great experience !

Very private. Even common swimming pool was empty for most of the time. Very close to the beach. The water in the sea is clear. Planty of restaurants and almost no people. Ideal for somebody who want to chill.

Great location. 2-5 mins walk to the beach & 20mins drive to the bar strip in Ao Nang. The apartment itself is large, spacious, clean, light and airy - really fabulous indeed. The major downside during our stay was that the relaxation we'd anticipated, was tainted by the ongoing construction of apartments. It was constantly noisy with drilling, banging, hammering every day from around half 8/9am through to half 5/6pm every day. Ohh eventually offered, as a recompense, a free airport transfer and upgrade to one of her larger, ocean facing private pool villas which was awesome however, frustrating that this was only for our remaining 2 days here. Great restaurants: Rimlay directly across the road (consistently delicious food!) and The Beach Bar had a lovely English breakfast. The White Orchid Bike Rentals is fantastic! Excellent and friendly service with a good selection and availability of scooters. We highly recommend.

This was a lovely place with plenty of room for our five guests. The kids particularly loved the balcony pool and we enjoyed the views. It's off the beaten path so not for those who want to be in the heart of the action but for those like us that want a quiet and private retreat it was ideal.

Мы жили в этих апартаментах около 1,5 месяцев. Комфортно жить и работать вдвоем. Жилье соответствует описанию. Квартира расположена на 4 этаже, окна выходят из гостиной на шумную дорогу, окна спальни - во внутренний двор. Шум дороги из спальни немного слышно, но к этому привыкаешь. Есть балкон. Два кондиционера, работали исправно. Быстрый интернет, подходит для работы (около 400 мбпс), но в спальне ловил с перебоями. В спальне есть маленький рабочий стол. Розетка есть только с одной стороны кровати. :( Бесплатная уборка раз в неделю. Очень большая кровать. Просторная квартира, санузел раздельный. В конце проживания доплатили 3000 бат за электричество (это прописано в описании). Ближайший 7/11 пешком 8 минут. Ближайший, малолюдный пляж Ao Yon 25 минут на байке. 10 минут до старого города. Рядом есть рынок выходного дня с самыми выгодными ценами на всем острове. В целом для Пхукета это очень хороший вариант. Хорошее местоположение вне туристической части, без дорожной полиции :)
