Es ist eine Wunderbare location. Alles sehr geraumig und sauber.

Une vue à couper le souffle et un endroit comme coupé du monde ( les villas mitoyennes étaient vides lors de notre séjour). La villa est est très bien agencée mais pas de gel douche , shampoing papier toilette… La piscine a changée de couleur au bout du 3 eme jour. Manque de maintenance global sûrement due au manque de clients… Cependant je ne regrette pas mon séjour et reviendrais en espérant que le propriétaire fera les ajustements

Our third visit to this amazing place was nothing short of spectacular. Each stay just gets better & better! The location is unbeatable, and it’s incredibly welcoming for our pet, which is a huge plus. The host is fantastic, always communicating promptly and ensuring everything is perfect - thanks a bunch for the delicious dragon fruit! The accommodations are pristine, beautifully decorated, and super comfortable, making it feel like our second home. We can’t wait for our next getaway here. Wir haben einen Monat in dieser Wohnung verbracht und waren mit unserer Wahl sehr glücklich. Die Wohnung mit Balkon und Dachterrasse ist genauso, wie sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Die Kommunikation mit Kenneth war super. Er hat uns einen Fahrer für die Anreise vom Flughafen in Bangkok vermittelt, der uns sehr zuverlässig zum Surin Beach und wieder zurück gebracht hat. Das Bett war mir etwas zu hart und kaum habe ich es gesagt, habe ich schon einen Topper bekommen. Die Anlage wird super gepflegt. Wir haben bei Kenneth einen Saleng (ein Roller mit Beiwagen) gemietet, mit dem wir in das etwa 10 Minuten entfernte Dorf fahren konnten. Dort gibt es viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Massagen zur Auswahl. Es gibt aber auch zwei Restaurants ganz in der Nähe am Strand. Wir werden wieder kommen.

This is a gorgeous property literally on the beach with a beautiful swimming pool (shared with two other apartments). The property is located in a very small fishing village with a 10 minute ride to the nearest town which has a 7-Eleven and other mini-markets. Excellent for those who seek private in a quiet and relatively secluded place. Ying was a very helpful and responsive host. We had a great experience!

Un appartement super propre, très bien équipé et avec une super vue. La plage à quelques mètres et la tranquillité. Un beau jardin et une piscine agréable. L’appartement est très grand. Un véhicule semble indispensable pour passer un excellent séjour dans la région. Hôte hyper réactif ce qui est appréciable.

We loved staying at Leo’s place. His co-host Sow was very welcoming and helpful, organising bicycles for us which were necessary as the house is located a little out of town. The house is spacious and cool. The location is great, just a minute from the beach. Ban Krut is a beautiful beach town with a surprising amount to offer. We’d highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay! The spacious villa just steps from our private beach exceeded expectations. With a clean pool and peaceful location away from tourist crowds, it was amazing. While the furnishings aren't the newest, the villa provided outstanding comfort. The layout was perfect for our family - our children could stay independently upstairs while we had our private space on the ground floor - what more could you ask for? :-) The highlight was Miss BB, wonderful staff member. She took care of everything - cleaning, cooking, laundry, advice, and even gave us gifts - we'll miss her dearly! This was the perfect escape from busy Thailand. We experienced authentic fishing village life, rode tuk-tuks, enjoyed local food, markets and festivals, explored nearby national parks, and loved the local hospitality. Special thanks to Nicki for arranging perfect accommodation, airport transfers, and car rental. A fantastic experience for our whole family.

Petite maison dans un petit village résidentiel d’expatriés suédois. Propre et bien équipé. Chouette ambiance et piscine au top. Mieux vaut être motorisé (possibilité de louer un scooter sur place) pour pleinement profiter du lieu, des plages alentours et des restos.

This is a really beautiful location and area. The neighbourhood is very quiet and friendly. The host is very kind and very easy to communicate with. The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the fact that it is right opposite the security guard box and so there is a security personnel always in front of property. Good for safety but not so much for privacy. However this was only a small issue for us and it would not stop us from returning at all. Many thanks to host for sharing your lovely home with us and hope to return.

Die Villa ist sehr schön gelegen und macht garantiert spass. Wir haben es sehr genossen, als Familie dort zu sein. Die Reception und Nadia sind sehr freundlich und reagieren schnell. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden. Es gibt 2 Sachen, die wir aber erwähnen müssen: 1) Wir konnten die Küche nicht benutzen, weil sie keinen Strom hatte. Wir haben das Nadia zwar mitgeteilt, aber irgendwie war da ein Missverständnis. Beim Auschecken haben wir dann von der Rezeptionistin erfahren, dass vergessen wurde die Küche für uns freizuschalten. Das war schade, denn wir konnten dadurch unser Morgenessen nicht zubereiten und mussten uns umstellen. 2) der Plattenboden im ganzen Haus war nicht sehr sauber gereinigt. Die Füsse waren sehr schnell dreckig. Man hat das auch gut gesehen im Gegenlicht. Wir können die Unterkunft aber absolut weiterempfehlen. Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus und die Umgebung/Strand ist wunderschön. Wir hatten eine super Zeit.

Vi boede 5 dage i det vidunderlige strandhus. Der er bjergtagende smukt og roligt. Huset er helt nyt og meget smagfuldt indrettet. Siri var meget hjælpsom og svarede hurtigt hver gang. Siri kunne give mange gode anbefalinger. Vi har boet i mange boliger gennem Airbnb - dette er den bedst vært nogensinde.

The house is both cozy and spacious, with every detail thoughtfully curated—it’s clear the host put a lot of care into creating this beautiful sanctuary. Each morning, we loved waking up to the peaceful natural scenery just outside our bedroom window. The host is incredibly responsive and helpful, and the manager’s team is equally kind and attentive. We also enjoyed the optional seafood BBQ and Thai-style pork BBQ (Muu-Krata) offered at the house—available at a very reasonable price. The pool was a lovely activity for my kids; they loved swimming while being surrounded by nature. It’s an ideal spot for a private family getaway. Plus, the Wi-Fi was very stable, which was perfect for when we needed to work. Highly recommended!

Beautiful location right at the sea. We stayed for a week and enjoyed every day of it. The house is situated in a lush garden with many happy birds talking. The staff and especially the manager Am took great care of us. The wimming pool is really big and enjoyable. Although we managed very well with the bikes they have, a car is necessary if you want to explore a bit further away from the area. There are multiple simple, but delicious Thai restaurants just a short bike ride away, with lots of seafood. If you don't like the busy crowds of Hua Hin, just drive a bit more to the south and enjoy some Thai peace and quiet.
