Our Landshütt is situated at 1,550 metres directly next to a ski area, hiking and cycling trails. In the centre of a hut village on Klippitztörl. On 3 floors there are 3 bedrooms with 5 beds, 3 bathrooms and a large living/dining/cooking area. There is a variable games table (billiards and table tennis) in the party cellar, including a bar. In the large children's room there are many game options available. Smart TV incl WLAN per floor and a spacious sauna. Carport and storage room outside.

A cozy vacation home a little off the beaten track of our farm invites you to linger and relax at over 1100 m above sea level. The house is situated in a sunny location, with views of the wonderful nature. It is located just 5 km from the A2 in Modriach, in beautiful Western Styria. Absolutely no noise from cars or anything else. Currently there are great tobogganing opportunities! Shopping is available in the village of Edelschrott, 15 km away, or in the village of Hirschegg.

Winter: There are 12 downhill runs at Klippitztörl, as well as routes for ski tours or snowshoe hikes. With a little momentum and strength, you can reach the slopes directly from the property. Summer: There are well-marked hiking trails. An adventure summer toboggan run, a climbing rock and climbing park. Food: There are several restaurants nearby

WITH HEART AND SOUL. The Webertonihütte is a detached alpine hut at 1320 m above sea level, which stands with a lot of love for detail at the foot of the Lavanttaler Saualpe, near the Klippitztörl. So nature lovers, sports enthusiasts or families can take undisturbed relaxing vacations and are completely among themselves. You can leave the stress of everyday life behind and simply relax to the sound of the ringing cowbells or the rippling spring water of the fountain.

Our Murmeltier vacation home is located at an altitude of 1520 m with a magnificent view to the south in the middle of the hiking and skiing paradise Klippitztörl. It has very good facilities with sauna and space for up to 8 people. The nearest ski slope is just 700 meters away. The Klippitztörl ski resort is a family ski resort with about 20 km of ski slopes that you only have to share with a few skiers. Many cozy ski huts invite you to take a break. Free Wi-Fi.
