The apartment in the converted basement of the single-family house is about 20 m ² and has: - Separate entrance entrance with small kitchenette (fridge, induction hob, kettle, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc.) - sleeping area with 140cm double bed - Small bathroom with shower, WC, sink. The nearby Nordstrand, a beautiful lake, invites you to water sports (water skiing, wakeboard, swimming,diving) and walks.

Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a small apartment building. The apartment is about 45 square meters with a living room, bathroom, bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The city center is within 15 minutes on foot. In the house is the excellent Kua Thai Bistro. Our house is not yet completely renovated, which means that there are some blemishes on the facade, in the staircase and also in the garden. For long-term stays for two, please request a discount.

Located a few minutes from the old town, the apartment is ideal for a city stay. The center of the Thuringian state capital is a 15 minutes. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a listed house from the beginnings of German Classical Modernism (BAUHAUS period). It is functionally furnished. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Privacy for a guest or a tour group of max. 2 people There is always an extra mobile stove, towels, shampoo, toothpaste, shower gel, hair dryer, coffee, tea, etc. for guests. The tram stop (line 4) is only 1-2 minutes' walk from my apartment. Alternatively, you can walk to the main train station in 10 minutes and to the city center (Anger) in just 2-3 minutes.

Our small apartments in the middle of the old town have only recently been completed. They have their own small kitchen, newly made bathrooms and a great bedroom. The location is perfect for a beautiful walk in the city center. The hallway still needs a little attention. “So, if you live by the motto I sleep, not in the hallway,” you can book a great room for a good price in the middle of Erfurt.

The bathroom features a spacious walk-in shower enclosed with clear glass. A sleek black sink cabinet complements a modern faucet. The walls are adorned with white subway tiles, and a rectangular mirror is mounted above the sink. Warm light fixtures provide illumination.

We were only in the Fuchsbau for one night and loved that this was possible at all. A really nice, homely and furnished with many tasteful details, which we will certainly visit again when we come to Erfurt again.

Julia's room is super nice and totally clean. The bed is very comfortable, I slept almost better than at home. Julia was super flexible, also when it comes to check-in. I'd love to come back anytime and can recommend the place to anyone.
