The apartment (since mid-July 2020) is small, lovingly and particularly furnished with clay walls, hand-painted bricks on the floor, favorite pictures and furniture. It is adjacent to the house, which we as a family with children live on an old three-sided courtyard. There are no direct neighbors, lots of nature and you can make beautiful excursions in all directions by bike or car: the Baltic Sea, islands, Stralsund, Greifswald, Rostock, Mecklenburger Seenplatte, Peene, Tollense...

Cozy apartment in Loitz the the river Peene at the harbor. Here you can swim, paddle (and rent canoes) and cycle! The apartment is on the ground floor of a renovated house from 1900 and has its own entrance. The apartment is 56m2 and has a living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1 person) in the living room. If required, we can provide an additional air mattress. The apartment is barrier-free and has no thresholds.

Quiet, bright and friendly apartment on the second floor in the center of Greifswald. Large rooftop terrace on the third floor with views over the rooftops. Theatre, cinema, museum harbor, zoo and train station within walking distance. The market square with its brick-style gable houses around the corner, the Pomeranian State Museum too. This is an animal-free non-smoking household. Therefore, animals are unfortunately not welcome. There is no smoking in the apartment.

Gutshaus Leistenow - Parking Apartment

The "park apartment" is located in a late classicist manor house on the 1st floor. From here you have a wonderful view in the Lenné Park. Tasteful furnishings, high rooms, wooden floors, clay walls and a new bathroom create a generous atmosphere. Here you can read and relax after an extensive walk. However, the manor house is an old building and therefore noisy. When other guests are in the house, you hear each other. Therefore we ask for consideration. No curtains!

Our farm is located between the towns of Greifswald (40 km), Neubrandenburg (40 km) and Demmin (20 km) on the northern edge of the Tollensetal. We are in the process of renovating the house. The 1-room apartment is located in the already renovated part of the house. You can take long walks, bike tours (including the ice age route) and paddle tours (Tollense). A swimming pool for swimmers is available at the Tollense in about 500 m distance.

Amazing recreational paradise near Usedom

In 2016, the farm was completely renovated and modernized. A mix of modern and country house charm make this a great holiday experience. Around it is a nature reserve of European importance: the Peene Valley - with a fascinating wildlife. Fireplace evenings, bicycle covers or boat trips on the nearby Peene provide plenty of variety. And best of all, it takes about 30 minutes by car to the island of Usedom. Summer, sun and beach :)

"Kontor" for 2 in posto-socialist manor house

The "Kontor" is a spacious, stately apartment with marodem charm for 2 people that is located in the right wing, on the ground floor of the house. In 2011, I acquired the manor house in Kobrow from the point of view of reviving and maintaining a small piece of the cultural heritage of our country. The Landhaus Marie is much more than just a place to stay. You have an entire house only for you. Here is a place to feel good, to unwind, to relax. No noise nuisance, no real car traffic, but nights when it gets dark. The nearest supermarket (Demmin) is 15 minutes by car. For the essentials, there is an old "consumption" in the neighboring village. Having a car here is seen an advantage.
