It is a great location and is very picturesque. The online pictures don't do it justice. The house has everything you need and more. We met with Mario on arrival, who welcomed us and provided us with handy local information.

You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Kozica! Everything about it was perfect — from the peaceful location surrounded by nature to the thoughtful design and comfort of the home itself. The house was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable holiday. Ivan was incredibly welcoming and helpful, always available if we needed anything but also gave us complete privacy. You can tell a lot of care and love went into creating this space — it's even better than the photos! If you're looking for a quiet retreat in the Croatian countryside this is the place to be. We would come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I had a great stay at Tom’s villa! It’s in a beautiful setting with incredible views of the Adriatic and the mountains in the distance, with a sparkling pool and vineyards in between - stunning! Shops and restaurants nearby were open during the first few days of my stay but closed down in early October. Plenty of great restaurants in Jelsa though which was still walking distance from the villa (3km). Tom had wine, and other drinks in the fridge and snacks on the table prior to checking which was so appreciated and the kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking (spices, oils, etc). Don’t hesitate, if you’re looking for a great villa in a perfect setting, book Villa Tomic!

We had the most wonderful experience staying at Milena and Mirko’s villa. From the moment we arrived, Milena made us feel incredibly welcome. She was warm, thoughtful, and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed. Her hospitality was truly above and beyond – always available, kind, generous and full of advice and local secrets.  Mirko was equally lovely – a kind-hearted host who regularly checked on the villa to make sure everything was perfect. He even brought us thoughtful little gifts during our stay, which made us feel extra special. The villa itself is immaculately maintained. The pool and hot tub are outstanding, and the outdoor summer kitchen is a dream come true – perfect for cooking and relaxing in the stunning surroundings. The view from the villa gave us a true sense of peace and escape. We can't recommend this place enough. It’s clear that Milena and Mirko put their hearts into hosting this villa. We would definitely return.

Fantastic nice place, definitely lived up to expectations. Beautiful view! All the amenities we needed. Very practical with three bedrooms + three bathrooms. A little annoying with barking from dogs in the distant neighborhood, but nothing that spoiled the good overall impression. We would love to come back and can safely recommend the place to others. Perfect for a family of 5-6 people.

Short version: Location MEGA! Top amenities! Communication friendly and great! Extremely relaxing. Book immediately if it's available. Longer version: The property and house are absolutely secluded in complete peace and nature. Everything is very thoughtful and high-quality! The artificial turf on the badminton/volleyball/football field is the highest quality artificial turf I've ever been on. There is a karaoke system by the pool that is simply great. The outdoor kitchen and "barbecue room" is excellent. The strollers are a lot of fun. The water on the beach is incredibly clear and invites you to dive in. Everything was super clean. Charcoal, airsoft guns, buggies and bicycles were in impeccable condition and belong to the house. The 3 terraces were perfectly located and the outdoor furniture, suitable and comfortable and of good quality. A nice little place with restaurants and a supermarket is nearby. It was really outstanding. Thank you so much for everything🙏🏼

We had a wonderful time in this magical house. It is as beautiful as it looks in the photos, if not more so. We loved the private location on the shore of a gorgeous rocky bay - there's a path down to a jetty and from there it's a couple of hundred metres to swim/paddleboard to the beach (you can also go via the road). The kids loved exploring the bay, with clear water, caves etc, and watching for shooting stars at night. The house itself is lovely , super-clean and with a beautiful view of the sea. You have to be a bit careful about how much electricity you use at once but we didn't find this to be a problem. The only issue we found was that it was very hot at night (it was a particularly hot spell when we stayed, temps of 35-36 C during the day). Izabel was a wonderful host, she made us feel welcome with a basket of figs, home-made jam etc, local recommendations and even thoughtful birthday gifts for my daughter and I. Would definitely recommend and hope we'll be able to visit again.

Honestly an amazing place and host. Very responsive. Felt easy and comfortable. Provided with everything and more, everything clean and fresh. Amazing space with breathtaking views. Huge market just 5 min walk down and beautiful beach less than 10 min with cafes along the beach at reasonable prices.

Lovely spacious apartment about 10 minutes walk from the town centre and 15 minutes to a pebbly beach, which was not at all crowded at the end of May. Stari Grad is a great town with some really good restaurants. Everything was good in the apartment and has a balcony to wind down on in the evenings. The view from there is lovely, with a little bit of sea in view along with the hills and plain. The crockery situation has been sorted and the flat is now well equiped with plates, bowls and cutlery. A couple of cooking equipment additions would make it perfect. It's a perfect base to explore the north of the island and, if you want to avoid the hustle of Hvar Town, this is the place. We were really appreciative of the late check out as it enabled us to get one more swim at the beach in. We would thoroughly recommend this appartment.

The host family was incredibly kind and friendly. We had a wonderful time, thanks to them and the lovely apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and just a 3-minute walk from the nearest bus stop. There’s also a supermarket near the bus stop, which was very convenient. The house has a beautiful garden with a terrace, which my son absolutely loved—he spent a lot of time playing there. The rooms were neat and clean, and the kitchen was very practical and well-equipped. I’d love to come back to this place already.

I have never been so sad to leave an Airbnb!! heavingly location, perfect clear water to dip into daily, hearing waves splashing through the windows, total bliss!! Mateo was so friendly and helpful, lots of helpful advise and info, felt so settled there instantly. beautifully decorated, lots of room for ourselves and two tall teens! lovely restaurant/bar a five min walk away with a pool you can use overlooking the sea, had fab day trip and dropped back by boat to the pier at the house! could write another review on the cat and the tortoises who we all loved too!! we'll be back!! thanks so much Mateo!

The apartment was nice and clean. It is in walking distance to the town center (and the ferry if you like walking). We got some vegetables from the garden to enjoy as part of our meals. We are very pleased with the apartment, as well as the town.

This apartment was truly something special, the view was absolutely breathtaking, honestly the best I’ve seen in my life so far! It felt like we were completely immersed in nature, as if the indoors and outdoors blended together. So peaceful and calming with the gentle sound of the waves. There were many beautiful swimming spots just a short walk away, and we found a ton of amazing restaurants nearby too. The hosts were so kind and accommodating, they let us check in early and check out late, which made our stay even more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

location location location. a 15 min walk and ur in old town and a 10 min walk ur at the Pokonji dollar Beach. modern design and furnishings. very comfortable and welcoming. the host was wonderful. Definitely recommend.

My first ever experience of Airbnb but I wish they can all be this way, Srdjan is the most friendly, helpful, accommodating host and he cannot do enough for you, at one point he even offered to leave work to help us with luggage when he realised he would not be able to see us off. a cosy beautiful place with a stunning view and everything you could wish for from a host. This accommodation is an oasis of tranquility. Be ready for steps and be mindful of where you need to take your luggage, but hey you're in Dubrovnik what do you expect! could not recommend this host enough. Thank you Srdjan!

Nenad is an amazing host that is responsive and helpful. He showed us a short path to town and provided great suggestions during our stay! We wish we could have stayed longer as the house and pool proved to be an oasis with great privacy for a few days!

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Voho was amazing. We had two couples staying halfway through our European vacation. This was the perfect spot. We were a mile walk (about 20 minutes) from Old Town Dubrovnik, so we were close but away from the noise. The view was spectacular. We spent evenings and mornings on the patio simply relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The apartment was spacious and clean, perfect for four people although we didn’t use the living room at all because we spent so much time outside on the patio. We were all able to do laundry mid-trip, which was nice. We were able to pick up breakfast basics up the street and make nice meals outside of a restaurant with the kitchen amenities and walk into Old Town for amazing dinners and sight seeing. Voho could not have been a better host. We feel like we found a friend with him and the drivers he arranged for us. The only negative was that we did not have more time so we will definitely return!

We had a truly memorable stay at this stunning villa. The views were breathtaking, and the villa itself was immaculate and beautifully designed. Doris, our host, was exceptional—so attentive and welcoming. She greeted us with bubbly and homemade pastries and even gave our daughters lovely gift bags when we left. The outdoor spaces were perfect for our family. The kids loved the pool, and the hot tub on the top floor offered amazing views across the bay—such a peaceful spot to unwind. We also enjoyed the 30-minute hike from the villa to Fortica Fortress. It’s a bit of a climb but well worth it for the panoramic views over Omiš and the Adriatic. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a luxurious, family-friendly escape with a personal touch. Thank you, Doris, for such a special experience!

Staying at Katarina's Airbnb was an unforgettable experience! She is an amazing, sweet, and welcoming host who truly goes above and beyond to make you feel at home. The house itself is absolutely stunning—spacious, beautifully designed, and surrounded by nature. The views are breathtaking, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The area is incredibly private and quiet making it the perfect retreat for anyone seeking peace and relaxation. A few things to note, be prepared to drive, as you'll need a car to navigate the narrow streets uphill leading to the property. At first, the drive can seem daunting, but soon it becomes part of the adventure. The house is powered by solar panels, so there is no air conditioning, which we knew ahead of time. Although it occasionally got quite hot, we really appreciated the eco-friendly approach and adapted to it. Overall, it was a magical stay, and we are already looking forward to our next visit ❤️🌊🫒✨

We are delighted with the accommodation! Fully equipped accommodation to the smallest detail, even a tablet for the dishwasher. We were greeted with a gift of the house (drinks, fruit,…). The host offered to wait for us at the agreed place to make it easier for us to find the house. We had the option of early check-in. Everything was clean and the host gave us tips and advice on local attractions. We'll come again!

I cannot say enough about this amazing host. 10/10. From the moment we booked the villa Mariela was on hand to help with every step of the process. From airport transfers, to organising a rental car, to local recommendations, they did it all. Also one of the most responsive hosts I have come across. Every message was swiftly answered with a very helpful reply. As for the villa, wow! The scenery is absolutely stunning and the villa itself was pristine. with both indoor and outdoor cooking facilities there's plenty opportunities to cook in the villa, or local restaurants too. Lots of places to lounge around outside and take in the views. Overall we had the best time and would not hesitate to recommend this location to anyone. It will be a treat for sure.

Ivica was spectacular from the start of our booking. He went above and beyond. He welcomed us to his lovely home that was beyond our dreams. The view was amazing. All the different hang out areas were great for our family. The hot tub and pool view blew our mind. Ivica and his family were so welcoming and gave us fresh produce from their garden, coffee, milks, and different food items. He was so accommodating and gave us great recommendations for everything in the area. I wish I could have stayed forever. I will come back again and recommend all my friends and family to stay. You won’t be disappointed with this home. Croatia stole my heart. I can’t wait to come back.

We totally enjoyed our stay, spent a beautiful summer weekend. The whole place definitely exceeded our expectations. Amazing pool right by the barbecue zone which had everything that is needed. Special thanks to Klara and her parents for warm welcome and compliments. Highly recommended.
