Das Apartment ist Super. ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Balkon mit Blick auf den Pool. Alles sehr sauber und es funktionierte auch alles. Toilettenpapier, Zahnbürsten & Zahnpaste, Duschgel & Shampoo, sehr viel Wasser, warer auch schon im Apartment. Auch genügend saubere Handtücher waren vorhanden. Terapon war immer sehr schnell und gut erreichbar, immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. ich komme wieder.

The apartment is very spacious and large. There is everything for a comfortable life. Lots of appliances in the kitchen. Air conditioning, TV and internet. Beautiful sea view! But you can only use half of the balcony. :(If you want privacy on the balcony, then you need to choose other apartments, as there will be neighbors from another apartment behind the curtain.

Great location! Stayed for three days and were comfortable throughout the stay. This place is truly excellent for the price. The host was very responsive, so we had no inconveniences.

Perfect place to stay in Pattaya! Location is very central, just a short walk to the beach. Close enough but also enough distance that it doesn't get loud. If you're a light sleeper, there were earbuds as an amenity. Studio was very clean, comfortable and had everything you could need for a longer stay. The gym is well equipped and the rooftop pool and garden gave us our most impressive view of the sunset of our entire trip! Victor was very friendly and accommodating! Great stay!

This place is peaceful, ideal for families, very close to the beach, it's best to rent a bike because transportation is bad, we can cook, there are no Indian groceries nearby, the air conditioner in the bedroom is broken, and the induction stove has some issues with its display. It's on the fifth floor, and you have to walk 100 meters each time to get to your room, after u get out from the lift so be ready to walk. The swimming pool is only available from 9 am to 9 pm, so if you're planning to go outside early, don't go swimming because it's too salty.

What a view you see once you walk in the condominium. Just as Advertised. Lots to do from pools on property, to shopping and walking the streets. People are friendly and neighbors are quiet. Definitely enough space for our Family and more to offer. Will refer to Family and Friends to stay in the future.

I stayed here for a week and I would highly recommend this place, very spacious house and a quit neighborhood, but also not very far from everything you would want to do. if you plan to go to pattaya I'd recommend staying here.

Sehr schöne, neue Unterkunft mit allem was man braucht. Es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend. Ihr braucht eigene Fahrzeuge um hinzukommen. In der nähe gibt es viele Möglichkeiten um Aktivitäten in der Natur zu verbringen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett!

Had a great stay at Tony's place. Location is great. It's near the beach and restaurants but it's also quiet and peaceful. Tony was really helpful too. I would book again

J’ai passé un excellent séjour chez Nida ! Le logement était conforme à l’annonce, propre, confortable et très bien situé. J’ai particulièrement apprécié la réactivité et la gentillesse de Nida tout au long de la réservation et du séjour. Elle a toujours été disponible pour répondre à mes questions et donner des conseils utiles. L’accueil était chaleureux, et tout était parfaitement organisé. Je recommande vivement ce logement à tous ceux qui cherchent un endroit agréable, bien placé et avec une hôte attentionnée. Merci encore Nida !

Amazing place , absolutely what you need for a lovely getaway in Pattaya . Me and my family/friends enjoyed are lovely stay with the host being very responsive and kind . Thank you will most definitely stay again!

Nièce quite place , easy to reach , privacy secured , easy transport via grab even in late nights , Nina quite responsive , only issue was smell in kitchen section due to sewage blockage in society Nina tried to resolve as best possible

A piscina é a grande atração do local, pra adultos e crianças a diversão é garantida! A academia é de tamanho médio e tem um espaço aberto se você quiser correr ou se exercitar do lado de fora, ela tem vista pro mar e é bem agradável pela manhã malhar e olhar o mar. A anfitriã foi muito simpática e nos deixou algumas frutas para nossa chegada. A praia está a uns 300 metros e é fácil de chegar caminhando. Voltaríamos para o apartamento em outra oportunidade.

Michael svarade snabbt på de få förfrågningar jag hade. Incheckningen gick väldigt snabbt och inte ett dugg krångligt. Området ligger en bit från centrum och beachen men detta tycker jag vägs upp av att området är väldigt lugnt och fridfullt. Jättefint poolområde som ligger precis utanför dörren. Ett tips om man hyr Michaels lägenhet är att skaffa ett Bolt konto då är centrum och även Jomtien inom räckhåll för en billig peng! Det ska nämnas att centrala Pattaya ligger en 15 minuters promenad bort. Storleken på lägenheten är toppen om du reser ensam eller med din käresta. Fler än 2 personer tror jag inte är optimalt! Tilava ja siisti huone. Sänky oli mukava ja tyynyjä tarpeeksi :) Kylpyhuoneessa oli riittävästi naulakoita ja tasotilaa saniteettitarvikkeille. Parveke oli erinomainen ja tilava. Kaikki toimi hienosti ja allasalue oli todella kiva paikka. Rannallekin pääsi vain ylittämällä tie. Suosittelen kaikille!

Andra gången jag bor här & förhoppningsvis inte sista. Läget är perfekt med nära till allt. Personalen & värden är mycket vänliga & man känner sig verkligen välkommen. North Beach Pattaya <3

Trevligt boende med gott om förvaring. Bekväma möbler på balkongen En promenad genom poolområdet sen är man på den långa stranden. Restauranger finns på gångavstånd. Vi har bott i huset tidigare men första gången i den här lägenheten och den är helt klart vår favorit. Vi trivdes utmärkt och Natt som värd är väldigt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam och svarade snabbt vid kontakt. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet och området.
