Vacation rentals with beach access in Kitty Hawk

Perfect location, super convenient to the beach! We had a great stay and will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was exactly how it looked in the pictures. It was in a very convenient location close to restaurants, shops, & the beach. We would recommend to others and come again!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay! Believe all of the amazing reviews— there is definitely a reason Pat and Chuck have so many! Pat was extremely welcoming and began communicating prior to our stay. She was prompt and was waiting for us when we pulled in. Chuck was just as friendly and so easy to sit and have conversations with. They welcomed you in with open arms. The place was so clean and smelled wonderful! It may not be the biggest of spaces, but it was perfect for two and Pat literally thought of EVERYTHING you could need during your stay. Forgot your toothpaste? She’s got it. Forgot your sunscreen? She’s got it. Need a beach chair or extra towel? She’s got those too! Need a snack? There’s plenty and a couple drinks also! Looking for recommendations of things to do, places to eat, etc? She’s got folders with everything for you to look through. We cannot wait to visit again! Hands down the best Airbnb experience we have ever had. Thanks again Pat & Chuck!!

We had a great time at this place! Very accurate description and faithful to the pictures. Kitchen and bathroom in pristine conditions, clean linens and lots of gadgets to bring to the beach. Those bikes and the V shaped scooter was plus! I highly recommend it!

Heather and Tom were wonderful hosts and even more wonderful people. From start to finish, they made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Casa de la Luz is truly a gem: immaculately clean, thoughtfully decorated, and full of charm. The neighborhood is peaceful and relaxing, with the beach just a short walk away. When I return to OBX, checking Heather and Tom’s availability will be my first priority.

The location of this Airbnb was perfect and Gia the host provided ample recommendations and helpful information making our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. The accommodations were just like the pictures, very clean, and the hot tub was amazing. Would love to stay here again on our next visit to OBX.

This is our second time staying here and it was just as wonderful and clean as the first. It’s convenient to our family and restaurants! By far the cleanest place we’ve stayed! I love that there are snacks for guests as well as a little “coffee” bar! We are looking forward to next year!

Earl’s place was perfect for two people—cozy, comfortable, and very clean. The king-size bed was especially comfortable, and the kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with coffee and filtered water. The location was great: walking distance to the sound and a short drive to the beach. Earl was incredibly responsive whenever we had a question or request. We also really appreciated the extras he provided, like beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach cruiser bikes. Stand up shower was small but wouldn’t stop us from staying here again!

We had the best weekend at this property! It was so clean, excellent location/ quick walk to the beach, and the host included so many thoughtful details to the space and our stay that made our trip wonderful. We will book again the next time we are in the OBX!

We enjoyed a great time at Laurie's place. Everything was as described in listing. She was available on site and friendly.

This place is perfect! Tucked away from the touristy areas, yet only 7 mins to beaches. House is kept in immaculate condition, even the garage was clean and able to keep my car in there. We loved that they left a pamphlet of their favorite places and we hit a few of them, and they were indeed awesome. If we head back to Duck, we will be booking Chloes Cottage again!

Phenomenal stay. very lovely home with all the necessities. Very good restaurant the Rundown Cafe just behind the home. Easy access to the beach, home was very clean, looked just like the pictures and very accommodating. Felt right at home and bonus was sand toys and things for the beach. Will most definitely look at staying here again for future family fun.

We absolutely loved the Outer Banks! Kitty Hawk was so close to all the near by towns. Everything was within a drivable distance. Necla was so kind to offer us free coffee when we visited her business, The Outer Bean Cafe. We enjoyed the avocado toast from there. It was delicious. The Wild Horse Adventure Tours in Corolla were amazing. The surroundings and wild horses were really interesting to see. The beaches were sandy and so much fun. We loved visiting Jennette’s Pier and Bodie Island lighthouse. There were many places to shop and several great places to eat. Necla’s place was clean, cozy and offered privacy. We would love to visit again! :)

This was without exception, the best Airbnb experience we have had! Ryan’s home was not only neat and clean, but was well furnished and beautiful! Ryan was always responsive and helpful when needed. The listing was very accurate in what we needed to provide and what was provided for our use. We requested the linen service for sheets and towels, and an ample supply was provided for our stay. The location was second to none with easy access to the beach for fishing, swimming, and just hanging out! We are already planning our next visit!

This place was everything we hoped for and more! Clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated—Sun & Sound was the perfect home base for our girls trip. The location in OBX was ideal, close to everything but still peaceful. We loved the sunset views and how well-stocked and comfy the house was. The host was super responsive and thoughtful. We’d come back in a heartbeat!

Spent a wonderful girl’s trip in this condo and enjoyed every second. Beautiful, clean space, easy beach accesses, and walkable to my favorite restaurants. This was the perfect place to stay to introduce my friends to OBX for the first time. Would absolutely stay again!

This place was great! Everything you could possibly want was included in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The beach access was just as it was described. The storage unit had everything you would need to enjoy the beach. We loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.

You can tell that Meredith wants guests to have a good experience at her place. Everything was clean, well taken care of, and the location was great. There are two decks, one which is enclosed in screens for great nighttime use, and this property is directly on the sound. We liked it because it was quiet, safe, and relaxing. I would recommend it to my friends.

Beautiful condo that is right on the water. The view from the balcony is worth staying at this condo. There is easy beach access and the condo is clean. It is the perfect size and location for a beach getaway. Gene is extremely friendly and responsive as well.

The place was exactly what we were looking for. We were in town for the Jazz Fest which was across the street, so it was perfect. The beach was a little bit of a walk, but wasn't the primary reason for our visit so it was fine. The place is really cute and comfortable.

Sara’s place was a perfect location of walking to the beach. Accommodations were clean, bright and tastefully decorated and communication went well. The beds are Very Firm which was a little hard to get used to but all in all it was a great stay!!

Great location within steps to the beautiful Outer Banks beaches. Steve's place is comfortable, stylishly decorated, and so close to the ocean that you can fall asleep to the waves crashing upon the beach at night!

I really appreciated the communication I had with Dave as we definitely walked to the local grill next-door and had an amazing dinner! I thought it was a great location, could see the ocean and sunrises and public access to the beach was just a short walk! It was great. Thanks Dave!
